Paris Jackson got a haircut recently. Like Miley Cyrus style, but maybe even edgier. She also got a new piercing and a tattoo, which is hopefully fake.

Michael Jackson's 14-year-old daughter showed off her provocative look - a close-cropped punk rock hairstyle, earring, ripped shirt and body art:

"Late night creativity," she tweeted to more than one million followers.

Later, sharing another photo of her new earring, she wrote, "finally!!"

While her older brother, Prince Michael, gets ready to make his acting debut on 90210 and join ET, could Paris Jackson be hoping to follow in dad's footsteps?

Britney Spears has LITERALLY gone back to her roots.

The famously blonde pop star, whose hair is naturally brown, debuted her darker locks at Elton John's big Academy Awards party Sunday night.

It's (brunette) Britney, bitch.

The 31-year-old pop icon also stopped traffic in her cleavage-baring gown by Michael Cinco, previously went brunette for periods of 2006, 2007 and 2009.

The "Scream & Shout" singer "was very happy with the result," her stylist says," and "is just ready for a change in many respects... she seems very happy."

Between her hit song, her new look and her new boyfriend, David Lucado, it looks like 2013 is off to a fresh and pleasant start for the mother of two.

Kat Graham is under the spell of a new hair color.

The actress - who plays Bonnie Bennett on The Vampire Diaries and also just released a new pop music album - debuted a much lighter hair color at last night's Oscar viewing party, hosted by Elton John.

Locklear was using a hot curling iron when suddenly her hair simply falls off. Her priceless reaction: "Oh my God..." she whispers. "You're kidding me."

Luckily, she's a good sport. On her Facebook page, she writes, "Hi I'm Tori Locklear! Yep, the girl who burned her hair off with the wand! That's me LOL :D"

"A hairdresser told me it was the TRESemme spray I put on my hair!"

See? Consider that your tutorial there. TRESemme + iron = bad.

But that doesn't mean the singer can't change the color a bit, as she did this week while attending a celebrity fashion show in New York City.

Miley has apparently let some of her blonde dye leak out, walking the streets this week with her dark roots sticking out beneath her cropped locks.

LeAnn Rimes took a break from beefing with Brandi Glanville Saturday to show off her brand new hairstyle on Twitter. The country star has bangs now!

"Love my Andy Lecompte! I got banged," Rimes wrote.

"Love 'em! Was time for a fun change."

The youngest Grammy winner in history (Best New Artist and Best Female Country Vocal Performance in 1997, at age 14) did not attend the 2013 Grammys.

"I'm hanging with my hubby and his babies," Rimes said of Eddie Cibrian and his two sons, saying she almost went, "but I like my pj's better."

Get used to it, celebrity gossip followers: the new Miley Cyrus' haircut is not going anywhere.

"You will never see me with long hair again!" Cyrus exclaimed this week to E! News. "My fiancé [Liam Hemsworth] loves it… It's so easy and [I] don't need to wash it. It looks better grungy."

Miley adds that she "hated" her old hair extensions and felt like she was wearing "a bun everyday" of her life. That's never fun, right, ladies?
