Last night on The Bachelor: Women Tell All special, Ashley Hebert debuted a new look, and quite a striking one at that. But did she need a makeover?

The Maine native's appeal, on top of her brains and effervescent personality, is that classic, cute, girl-next-door look. She's approachable and sweet.

Shaggy-faced for ages, Rango star Johnny Depp surprised fans when he emerged at least somewhat clean-shaven on Tuesday at Narita airport in Tokyo.

Depp didn't get a full makeover, of course. He's far from totally smooth.

His hair is still quite long as well, and he wore his trademark shades, hat, fedora and multiple necklaces. Still, it's a change. Do you like it? Vote!

Kim Kardashian has given fans a sneak peek at her upcoming music video. (Yes, Kim Kardashian really is coming out with a music video.)

On her official blog, Kim has posted the following photo of herself in braids, a Bo Derek-inspired look stylist Hype Williams reportedly came up with. What do you think?

There's no release date yet for the video, but Kim has said the single itself - titled "Turn It Up" - will hit the radio within a few weeks.

"I'm excited (and a little nervous) for you all to hear the song and watch the video," Kardashian wrote. "I really hope you all like it!"

It won't get as much publicity as Justin Bieber's haircut, but Jennifer Aniston lopped off several inches of her world-famous locks just yesterday.

The actress stepped out for a photo call on Tuesday in Madrid, Spain for Just Go With It, debuting a dramatically shorter, chin-length new bob.

There's not much more to say on the topic, as the following photo was Tweeted within the hour. No caption accompanied the image, but fans across the world are chiming in on the elimination of this singer's bowl cut, as seen here:

Explained Bieber: "I just wanted a kind of a change, I didn't want to cut it all off, but I had had it for 3 1/2 years, I had just gotten sick of it, it was in my eyes, I didn't want it in my face, I just wanted to change it up."

Would the girls still swoon over Justin Bieber without Justin Bieber's signature haircut? Jimmy Kimmel decided to find out last night on his ABC talk show.

When the host threw the idea out there, the star was surprisingly receptive. After they returned from a commercial break, the air fell out of the room.

Justin Bieber displayed a completely shaved, bald head:

"I like it," Kimmel said, admiring his handiwork. "You look like a young Lex Luthor!" Bieber concurred after a moment, "I kind of like it, too."
