In a new interview, Todd Palin says the $150,000 spent on clothes and beauty services for his wife, Alaska Governor and vanquished Republican Vice Presidential nominee Sarah Palin during the 2008 campaign was "out of our control."

"She never went to Saks, any of that stuff," he says in Men's Journal. "You come into a campaign late, you put all your trust into the team, you got people who are working on VP ops for a long time, and we're just focused on debate prep."

When a couple of famous young hotties, one of whom may be a raging bitch, battle it out for who wore a black dress better, it's an event not to be missed.

Heroes star Hayden Panettiere attended a recent political event in Washington, D.C., in a jeweled Akiko Ogawa dress in January, while High School Musical 3 star Ashley Tisdale paired the mini with open-toed booties for the Kids' Choice Awards.

Michelle Obama may be the First Lady of the United States, but the mother of two is still a fan of the (relatively) affordable fashion from J.Crew she lauded during her husband's campaign for the White House last year.

While across the pond in London for Thursday's G20 summit, she wore J.Crew head to toe on Wednesday - a pencil skirt, tank and cardigan ensemble from the store.

Amid rumors that her fashion line failed and has been discontinued, Lauren Conrad has taken to her blog to clear up rumors about the line, which is currently "on hiatus," she says. The Hills star and fashion designer writes:

"A few days ago a statement was released to showrooms that carry my clothing line. It asked them to let stores know that I was planning on taking a couple seasons off from my line so that I could make some changes that I felt were necessary."

She's already announced her upcoming retirement from MTV's The Hills. Now it looks as though Lauren Conrad's clothing line is temporarily on hold.

"She is taking a hiatus, but the line still exists and will continue," her rep said. "Sales in the first year doubled what was projected. However, in light of the economy, it's a good time for Lauren to take a few seasons off to re-work her line."

It's a strange question, but who pays a sexier homage to Prince?

The Hills' Audrina Patridge paired this Chaser T-shirt with a slim skirt for a video-game launch party in Los Angeles, while Beyonce added a leather jacket and jeans to her vintage Prince t-shirt at pal Kelly Rowland's birthday bash in L.A.

Lindsay Lohan enjoys fornicating like a madwoman. It's only fitting, then, that she has become the new spokesperson for a fashion line called Fornarina.

Okay, that was probably the worst intro in the history of this site (a bold statement), but seriously, Lindsay is featured in a funny new ad for the brand's Spring / Summer 2009 campaign for Fornarina (clever tagline: celebrity fashion style).

Reggie Bush is into her either way (as evidenced by their sexy GQ photos), but like many celebs Kim Kardashian loves to switch up her appearance.

The reality star got edgy at the Y-3 fashion show in N.Y.C., tracing her eyes with angular black liner, but later, she gave into her soft side at the Tracy Reese show with some '50s-inspired top liner and shiny red lips.
