Blake Lively is known for wearing ridiculously sexy outfits on the set of Gossip Girl, but the 21-year-old star doesn't do anything special to look good in them.

How much do you hate her right now, ladies?

"I do panic before I have to wear a really skimpy outfit, but I don't have enough willpower," she says of dieting in the August issue of UK Glamour Magazine.

"I had to do a scene in a bra and shorts for the first time in two years ... On the day of the shoot, I ate a pork burrito, chips and a coke. Afterwards, I thought, 'I probably shouldn't have done that.' But hey, whatever."

So maybe she doesn't eat right, but she exercises, right?

"I have never worked out, but I know you always feel better when you do," the blonde Burbank, Calif., native says, "so I'm planning on getting a trainer.”

Lively says despite all the cattiness that exists in Gossip Girl, on and off the set, she gets along very well with her costars: "We hang out after filming, and actually look forward to spending time together outside of work."

That includes her real-life leading man Penn Badgley, although she admits it wasn't always the case - she was unhappy when he was cast on the series at first.

"At first I was so upset that they hired him," she says.

"I actually poisoned the whole cast against him. But then they noticed that he was not a jerk and was actually a really nice, charming person. Almost immediately I realized that too, but it took me about a week to admit it."

In an exclusive interview with WooMeTV, Stephanie Pratt of The Hills took a break from her busy schedule of being annoying and doing nothing to come clean to fans (which apparently she has) about her experience with the "master cleanse" diet.

We'd sum it up for you, but Stephanie, who recently opened up about battling bulimia on the cover of Us Weekly, is just so painful to listen to that we sort of tuned out 30 or 40 seconds in. Sorry. We can only endure so much punishment.

Former Jenny Craig spokeswoman Kirstie Alley may want to get back on that horse. The actress recently put on, oh 10-20 pounds ... give or take 60-70.

When the star - who won an Emmy Award during her seven-year stint on Cheers, but is perhaps better known for her extreme weight gains and losses that followed - stepped on a scale for the first time in 15 months, it wasn't pretty.

"I started screaming," Alley tells People in its new cover story. "It said 228, which is my highest weight ever. I was much more disgusting than I thought!"

But looking back, Kirstie Alley, 58, is hardly shocked.

During her three-year stint as the face (and body) of Jenny Craig, she trimmed down to an impressive 145 lbs. after losing, and keeping off, 75 lbs.

But since parting ways with the company she was so closely tied to in 2007, she had not worked out and banished her gym equipment to the garage.

Obviously.

This celebrity's diet or small, low-calorie portions gave way to Chinese takeout and pasta drenched with butter. "I fell off the horse," she says.

Today, Alley says she is primed to hire a trainer, toss the butter and sign up for a triathlon in order to whittle her "schlumpy" figure back down.

"I'm going to have to work harder than last time," says Allie after candidly admitting she went all Jessica Simpson on us, "but I'm way excited."

It seems all the media does is scrutinize the weight of stars.

If Jessica Simpson is seen in an unflattering pair of high-waisted jeans, she's fat. If Beyonce Knowles dons a gown that accentuates her curvy physique, she's fat.

Kim Kardashian will quickly leap to their defense, but it's still sad.

Fortunately, a celebrity story pertaining to weight loss came out today that you can get excited about! At age 48, Valerie Bertinelli has gotten her bikini bod back - and she's showing it off on the latest cover of People magazine.

Valerie Bertinelli has lost 50 pounds as she approaches 50 years.

Of course, it wasn't easy achieving her newly fit physique. It was an uphill battle. In April 2007, the former One Day at a Time star proclaimed, "I'm fat."

She was 5'2", weighed 172 pounds, and vowed to drop from a size 14 to a size 8.

Almost two years later now, the actress is in the best shape of her life after losing more than 50 pounds thanks to exercise and her Jenny Craig diet.

The star, who had last worn a bikini when she was 20, was ready for a new challenge: "I thought, If I'm so afraid of a bikini, there’s something wrong. And so I had to get back into one!," Valerie Bertinelli says in the new article.

And so – after about a year of exercising on her own while losing weight, primarily by walking 10,000 steps a day – she hired a personal trainer in December. Before long, Bertinelli was running up to five times a week and shedding pounds.

The rest, as they say, is history.

After an unflattering series of pictures of her singing live caused a whirlwind of buzz about her somewhat fuller figure, then she struggled during her set on February 5, forgetting lyrics and appearing nervous, Jessica Simpson is stressed out.

But whatever happened to her that night, Jessica has a plan to bounce back, with the help of boyfriend Tony Romo - or so claims celeb gossip magazine OK!

A night after the Grand Rapids meltdown, the NFL quarterback was on hand to support Jessica in Champaign, Ill., - and she dedicated “You’re My Sunday,” to him.

Despite her insecurities and the widespread media scrutiny of Jessica’s body, Tony Romo - who was rumored to have banged some chick in her bed recently - has been unstintingly supportive of his diminutive sweetheart.

“She’s gone up a size in jeans, and Tony could care less,” a friend tells OK!. “He isn’t interested in some idiot Hollywood bimbo with an eating disorder."

After Jessica Simpson makes it through the stress of the tour, which ends March 14, close friends say the extra weight should disappear too.

"She eats her feelings - it’s hard having people criticizing your every move and ridiculing you on celebrity gossip blogs,” one pal tells OK!. "Once Jessica stops touring, she’ll calm her nerves and the weight will hopefully fall off.”

In addition, Jess is determined to cut back on her favorite finger foods like chips and guacamole and fall back into a regular fitness routine.

"She’d much rather gossip with her girlfriends than hit the treadmill, so I know she needs to get a workout buddy to run with her," her friend reveals.

She may only be 22 (give her metabolism a few more years), but Michelle Trachtenberg says she doesn't diet. In fact, she doesn't even work out.

"I love food, I hate working out," the actress said. "I don't get any of that endorphins and stuff that keeps people going. I went through a chicken fingers phase about a year ago...Chicken fingers, ranch dressing, MMM."

When she does thow in a healthy meal, the actress says she usually eats sushi or a salad and tries to "take a multi-vitamin".

And then there's her favorite: "I love club sandwiches; The multi-layer, the cheddar cheese, and avocado."

One thing's clear: Michelle's definitely worked up an appetite playing Gossip Girl resident mean girl Georgina Sparks.

Her character spends most of her time tormenting others around her. But in real life, Trachtenberg is nothing like Georgina.

"Unfortunately I didn't have the best school experience because kids can be very cruel," she says.

OK! Magazine has a story about Britney Spears' newly toned and fit figure this week, and unlike the last time they tried this angle, it appears they used a picture NOT from 2003! Everybody, put your hands together for OK!

While vacationing at Las Ventanas resort in Los Cabos, Mexico, in late July, Britney Spears sure looked good as she walked out of the surf in a white bikini that highlighted a tanned, svelte and once-familiar sexy-as-heck figure.

The singer reveals how she successfully regained her lean physique and how she's committed to being a role model to Sean Preston and Jayden James.

"I'm the healthiest I've been all my life," Britney Spears, 26, said.

"My diet has a lot to do with getting in shape. I have no sugar. I don't even eat fruit because of the sugar. I eat chicken, salmon and rice. I eat avocados. I'll have egg whites for breakfast and turkey burgers for lunch. I try to do 1,200 calories a day. It may not sound like much, but it's actually a lot if you eat the right things."

Of course, our girl also hits the gym like a madwoman.

The singer's comittment to being healthy is being applauded by trainers like Miami-based trainer and owner of SOMA Fitness & Performance, Adam Cronin.

Cronin says Britney Spears' routine of a 1,200-calorie-a-day, high-protein meal plan is ideal for someone who wants to drop pounds safely and healthily.

"If you do vigorous workouts — plus this eating program — it is possible to lose 12 pounds in 30 days, in a healthy, non fad-like way," the trainer said.

A celebrity diet that actually works and isn't dangerous? Imagine that. And just think - she'll can burn even more calories pummeling her ex-lawyer.

In the new issue of Us Weekly, the Ghost Whisperer star reveals her new, svelte self, having lost 18 pounds in just 10 weeks.

"I am in a pretty good workout regimen that I like, so it inspired me to keep it up," Hewitt said. "The energy level and the way I feel now is great."
