Rihanna and Ryan Phillippe GOT IT ON and not for the first time, according to a totally reliable unnamed source quoted by Us Weekly this week.

While the singer appeared to blow off Phillippe at a Gucci/Roc Nation brunch in L.A. Feb. 12, an insider now says it was actually the opposite.

The couple had a sleepover that very night! "She thinks he's hot," says the source. "They totally had sex. And it wasn't even the first time!"

"They initially hooked up when things were strained with [her ex] Matt Kemp back in early December," says a Rihanna source, adding that they "played it cool."

"There was no PDA," says an attendee of the Los Angeles party. "They hung out a bit, but were discreet. It is still very casual." Sums up another source:

"Clearly they're keeping it on the downlow!"

Pretty typical for a non-relationship. With Chris Brown's restraining order lifted, she may want to keep her options open too. You really never know.

On Monday, the actress stepped out for lunch at Joan's on Third in L.A. with her new guy: Will Kopelman. Us has a photo of the new beau in question.

An art consultant and a son of former Chanel CEO Arie Kopelman, Will is "a socialite type and a playboy," an insider says. Sounds like a real keeper.

While Barrymore, 36, made out with him at a Dewar's event Feb. 10, a witness saw Kopelman canoodling with another woman at L.A.'s Spare Room earlier.

The actress herself recently cooled off with on-again, off-again love Justin Long. So there you go.Hopefully whatever the two of them have, they're happy.

It's nice to hear that Demi Lovato and Selena Gomez are still BFFs.

It's not as comforting, however, to learn that the recently-released-from-rehab teen is also still seeing Wilmer Valderrama... and that the relationship could be turning series.

Rumors that these two were seeing each other first sprung up soon before Lovato entered a treatment facility in November.

Insiders now tell Perez Hilton that Demi and Wilmer have renewed their connection, as they were spotted at Sherman Oaks Galleria over the weekend, along with the Arclight Cinemas. Witnesses have also seen the pair getting cozy at Whole Foods in Tarzana.

Valderrama, a serial dater, has dated every young woman in Hollywood over the years, from Mila Kunis to Jennifer Love Hewitt to Mandy Moore to Lindsay Lohan. In other words: protect yourself, Demi.

Scott Disick, he is not.

According to Bruce Jenner, Kim Kardashian has found someone who fits in well with the family. Asked about Kris Humphries at Friday's BBVA Celebrity All Star Game, Jenner told Us Weekly:

"He's a very nice guy. He's been over the house. It's very different for Kim."

How different? A friend of Kim's claims she wants to squeeze out a little Kris ASAP.

"Kim really wants to have Kris' baby, and she's told him multiple times," the insider said, echoing a Tweet Kardashian sent out a couple weeks ago that showed a photo of Humphries and read: "I want my son to look like this."

Adds the source: "Her nickname for Kris is 'The Roman' since he's so statuesque. Maybe that's why she wants to have his babies!"

In news almost as shocking as Camille Grammer clamoring for pity, a new report spoils the finale of Kourtney and Kim Take New York...

... and states that the series will conclude with Scott Disick "proposing" to Kourtney Kardashian. From there?

"Just like sister Khloe and Lamar, Kourtney and Scott will not only get their own show but also a wedding. It's going to be TV gold," an insider tells Pop Eater.

Kris Jenner, of course, is the evil genius behind Scott and Kourtney's planned reality show, which will follow the bride and groom as they pretend to argue over wedding details.

"What is going to make this new show a monster hit is that Scott and Kourtney are actually happier than ever," the source adds. "Heading toward the alter is the next step for them with or without the cameras."

HA! Without the cameras. This is the Kardashians we're talking about, right? That was funny.

Sources confirm to Us Weekly that jaw-dropping beauty Scarlett Johansson is dating legendary actor Sean Penn, with the initial spark between the pair going off due to the latter's humanitarian efforts in Haiti.

"Scarlett first reached out to Sean when she was planning to visit Haiti with Oxfam," says a source. "She knew Sean was living there in a tent and turned to him for advice."

Describing the actress as "smitten" with the Oscar winner, this insider says the pair - who are 24 years apart in age - first hooked up last month when Johansson was staying at the Chateau Marmont and filming We Bought a Zoo.

Both stars split from their spouses over the last year. Penn called it quits with Robin Wright in August, while Scarlett and Ryan Reynolds divorced in December.

UPDATE: Says the actress' rep: "Scarlett and Sean are not dating - they have been friends for years. Nothing more, nothing less. They have been talking over the last few months regarding Haiti Relief and Scarlett's upcoming trip to Haiti as Oxfam's Global Ambassador."

Rumors that New York Jets quarterback Mark Sanchez is dating a 17-year-old high school student have been floating around online for weeks now.

It looks like they're accurate, and his girlfriend's name is Eliza Kruger!

Eliza claims she hooked up with Mark Sanchez, 24, with Deadspin and also on Facebook, bragging about getting texts from “MARK F–ING SANCHEZ.”

The daughter of Connecticut hedge funder Konrad “Chip” Kruger also reportedly texted pals who she met at NYC nightclub Lavo on New Year’s Eve.

“You know I’m 17, right?” Eliza recounted of their first conversation.

Mark replied, “Well, we can still talk, but I can’t see you until you’re 18," to which Eliza Kruger helpfully reminded him, “17 is legal in New York.”

Joe Jonas and Ashley Greene are getting more serious by the day.

The actress recently gushed to Teen Vogue about the "sweet and funny" man on her arm, while sources tell Pop Eater that Jonas is equally as smitten with the Twilight Saga beauty.

"He is impressed with Ashley's joy of life and dedicated work ethic," says the insider. "They are both well grounded and have a basic understanding of who they are."

Jonas has dated AJ Michalka, Taylor Swift, Camilla Belle and Demi Lovato, but signs point to Greene truly being the one. Regarding a meal the couple enjoyed in Louisiana, during a break from Breaking Dawn filming for Greene, a witness says:

"They were holding hands and seemed really happy to be together."

Giacinto “Gino” Paoletti is Bristol Palin's new boyfriend.

Not only that, but Gino, a former high school classmate, is the ex of Levi Johnston's sister, Mercede Johnston! Hey, it's Alaska. Not a lot of options around.

"She may have everyone else fooled, but Bristol gets around," Mercede told Star in an exclusive interview, totes outing Palin's mysterious new boyfriend.

For one night, at least, Prince Harry managed to wrestle the romantic spotlight away from his brother.

With Great Britain counting down the days until Prince William's April 29 wedding to Kate Middleton, Harry has made headlines over the weekend for appearing at a private London club with ex-girlfriend Chelsy Davy.

According to The Sun, the pair exited in the trunk of a Jaguar together around 4 a.m.

Security guards flanked the vehicle, but onlookers caught a glimpse of the on-again/off-again duo and told the newspaper: "Neither seemed the worse the wear for drink when they climbed in and they acted as if it was the most normal thing."

For Davy and Harry, it was the normal thing for five years, until a surprising split in November. On the heels of this hook-up, however, insiders say Harry has also invited Chelsy to his brother's nuptials.

They should officially be an item again in no time.
