Paul McDonald will be okay.

Yes, the funky singer got eliminated from American Idol this week. But the aspiring artist has confirmed that he has a famous, beautiful woman to go home to each night. Yes, he really is dating Nikki Reed.

"[She's] supercool," McDonald told Us Weekly of the Twilight star. "She's been real supportive of this whole thing. She's actually pumped up now because she likes my original material way better than all the stuff I do on the show."

Paul says he and Nikki are "officially dating," but "don't get to see each other too much because [we're] both working so hard."

Is there another Idol/Twilight love connection? Is Lauren Alaina getting it on with Taylor Lautner, as some sources have reported? McDonald has no clue.

"I don't know. I think he's just a fan of Idol in general. He seems like a really cool dude. I don't know too much about that."

The famously private Carrie Underwood opens up about her marriage to NHL player Mike Fisher in the new issue of Us. Not sure how they got her to agree to that.

Perhaps to clear the air about their marriage being on the rocks? It's been reported several times, and while she says it's not true, maybe the rumor got to her.

The American Idol winner does admit that it's been a challenge ...

After nine months as long-distance newlyweds, Fisher was traded from Ottawa to Nashville in February. Carrie Underwood has been giddy ever since.

"It was like, he's coming to live with me! I can go to work, he can go to work, and we can both come home, and we'll be together," she gushed to Us.

But rooming together in her gated Brentwood, Tennessee, development, though joyous, has led to some growing pains and difficulties as well.

"To be honest, on our days off, we just hang out. Just learning how to live together has been fun and frustrating and everything in between."

They watch TV and read the Bible, says a source, who adds, "They're not into partying." As for kids, she's in no hurry: "We have plenty of time!"

So much for Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart taking a break.

Their days on the set of Breaking Dawn may be coming to an end now that the film is nearing the end of production, but the two are closer than ever in real life.

Case in point? The “promise ring” Rob just offered his lady love!

“The ring is rose-cut diamonds set in rose gold,” says a friend of the rock, which reportedly set him back $17K. “It’s a very feminine piece of jewelry. Very old.”

The one thing we don't buy about this story? Kristen Stewart is kind of a tomboy. It's hard to imagine her wearing diamonds (even from Robert Pattinson).

Tired of long-distance love, Kim Kardashian plans to move to NYC "by October" to be closer to her beau of five months, NBA star Kris Humphries.

"Kim wants to live in NYC when Kris' season starts again," an insider says, making this the second such report about Kim we've seen in a week.

Of kourse, it's not all about Kris.

"She and Kourtney are probably going to film another season of their E! show [Kourtney & Kim Take New York] anyway, so it just makes sense."

Things have gotten SO serious for Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries, says a pal, that, "This is it for her. I'm certain of an engagement this summer."

Kardashian won't go that far, but did say this: "It's the next normal step! L.A. will always be my home, but it's about time I look in New York too."

Adds a source klose to Kim, who made headlines this week for tangling with Cosmo over its Turkish cover: "She's already in NYC much more now."

In other couple news, Scarlett Johansson is reportedly moving in with Sean Penn after just a few months! Hey, when the time's right, it's right.

Just three months into their surprising romance, is Scarlett Johansson already moving into the Malibu home of actor beau Sean Penn? Us says yes.

Relocating from temporary digs at a West Hollywood hotel, the recently separated 26-year-old "has essentially moved in over the last few weeks."

Hayden Panettiere says people are ALL about asking intimate questions when talking to her. Specifically, what's it like in bed with Wladimir Klitschko?

You know, given the obstacles and all.

The 5'1" actress and her boxer beau, who towers over her at 6'6", get this a lot apparently. But instead of shying away from the questions, she obliges:

On Ellen this week, Hayden discussed this occurrence: "He is quite a bit bigger than me. I get the prudest people come up to me, and they're like 'Does it work?'"

A shocked DeGeneres couldn't believe fans would ask Panettiere about her sex life but the Scream 4 actress replied that they do, and quite often in fact.

DeGeneres said she found the personal question "crazy and rude," but Hayden Panettiere dismissed it by saying, "I don't mind it. I find it amusing."

Rachel Uchitel, Tiger Woods' famous mistress, has scored herself a new boyfriend.

Not only that, but they're already living together! Matt Hahn, a 25-year-old insurance underwriter and former Penn State football standout, is totally "the best thing that's happened to me in as long as I can remember," Uchitel said.

At least since her affairs with Tiger Woods and David Boreanaz.

Amazingly, Matt Hahn is not a celebrity OR married to someone else!

Rachel Uchitel recently embarked upon a new career as a private investigator in NYC, where she owns the $2 million Park Avenue apartment she shares with Hahn.

Tiger bought them a nice love nest, it sounds like.

Earlier today, Prince William and Kate Middleton braved the rain in England to make their final public appearances as a couple before their wedding.

Greeted by well-wishers in the streets of Darwen in Lancashire, they were on hand to mark the opening of the Darwen Aldridge Community Academy.

William and his future wife smiled and waved to the crowd:

William is scheduled to officially open the school, where he will launch the SkillForce Prince's Award and address the students, parents, governors and staff.

Their next and last stop of the day will be at nearby Witton Country Park in Blackburn, where thousands of fans are already awaiting his and Kate's arrival.

While there, Kate Middleton and Prince William will observe a series of sporting events and meet with a group of athletes and coaches at the venue.

The Prince is patron of the Queen Elizabeth II Fields Challenge, an initiative which protects 2,012 outdoor recreational spaces across the U.K.

In fun celebrity couple news bringing the worlds of American Idol and Dancing With the Stars together, Pia Toscano and Mark Ballas are dating.

Pia and Mark became acquainted while shooting their respective shows and went on their first date Friday. According to reports, it was a 10!

Maybe an awesome date isn't enough to soften the blow of her stunning elimination from American Idol this week, but it can't hurt, right?

Pia was the instigator of the romance with Mark Ballas, sources say, but there was a surprise matchmaker involved who played a role in setting them up:

Pia and Mark both shoot American Idol and Dancing With the Stars on the same CBS Television City lot in L.A., and it turns out Pia is pretty resourceful.

She has a friend who is friends with Jericho, so Pia gave her friend a piece of paper with her number on it, who then passed it to Chris to give to Mark.

Sounds so high school, but apparently it worked out. Peeps connected with both Mark Ballas and Pia Toscano say they really hit it off. Way to go guys!

New couple alert? Audrina Patridge and Nic Roldan, a polo star who helped teach her a lesson in a contrived episode of her new reality show, have grown close.

At least according to People, which reports that they recently shared a romantic trip to the Presidente Intercontinental Resort & Spa in Cozumel, Mexico.

"They walked along the beach holding hands and had some wonderful dinners," a source says. "Nic likes her because she is a casual surfer girl, she is his type."

According to Corey Bohan, that "type" is ... well, not good. To put it mildly. But here's hoping the former Hills star and her rumored new lover are happy.
