Two beautiful women who entertain us greatly but you would probably never want to hold the nation's nu-cu-lar codes celebrate birthdays on this 11th of February.

First, give it up for Alaska Governor Sarah Palin! The former GOP V.P. candidate and mother of Track, Trig, Willow, Piper and Bristol Palin remains near and dear to us.

Former Laguna Beach beauty Kristin Cavallari turns 22 today. While her high school rival Lauren Conrad has risen to greater reality TV fame on The Hills, Kristin has sort of faded away. But not so much that it's not worth posting this picture:

While her post-Laguna career hasn't rivaled LC's, Kristin Cavallari has been fairly active in modeling and acting, appearing in music videos and five movies.

Here's a celebrity birthday tribute to one of our favorite celebrity babies: Harlow Madden! Not that all babies aren't wonderful, but we have a soft spot for Harlow.

The one-year-old daughter of Joel Madden and Nicole Richie not only made Nicole eat again (and look better in bikini photos), but she's just so darn cute.

Ever since she was invited to move into the Playboy Mansion and become one of Hugh Hefner's seven girlfriends in August 2001, Holly Madison has become an institution at the men's magazine, both in print and on TV - and to the delight of many!

She's risen to fame along with Kendra Wilkinson and Bridget Marquardt, and although she broke up with Hef - Criss Angel of all people is now seeing Holly Madison naked - we'd like to wish his former #1 girlfriend a happy 30th birthday!

Today's two biggest celebrity birthdays have next to nothing in common.

Jordin Sparks won the sixth season of American Idol, and almost more significantly, is an idol American girls can actually look up to. Her down-to-earth nature, self-confidence and family-first values make this 19-year-old a rare star in this era.

Ali Lohan, who turns 37 15 today? She's a train wreck in training.

Not entirely of her own volition, of course. With mom Dina Lohan pimping her hard, Ali has no choice but to become a raging crack whore for the entertainment industry and follow in the twisted, drug-addled footsteps of big sis Lindsay.

Emancipate yourself, Ali. Do it soon. New York courts are so liberal, they might actually go for it. Then move in with Jordin. There's still time!!

An actor who's brought magic to the screen and a guy who's brought it to Vegas showrooms and many women's pants both celebrate their days of birth today.

Happy birthday, Criss Angel and Jake Gyllehaal!

In addition to being a fine-looking fellow, Jake Gyllenhaal is one of the brightest acting stars in Hollywood today. As for Criss Angel? Well, dude sees Holly Madison naked. That's pretty much all he needs on his resume at this point.

So, here's a little photo tribute to our birthday boys. Also celebrating one today? Kate Bosworth boy toy / alleged model James Rousseau! Sorry, James. No room for pics of you, handsome as you are. Kate has a gift for you, we'd imagine.

Who knew December 18 would be such a huge day for celebrity birthdays?

Two of our five featured celebs are acclaimed actors (and form parts of huge Hollywood power couples). One has been nominated for a dozen Grammys and sold 42 million albums. Another was nearly stripped of her Miss USA crown after cocaine and alcohol abuse (plus girl-on-girl action). The last raps and has been arrested like 79 times.

Kim Porter discovered the advantages of being Diddy's occasional girlfriend this week.

The music mogul invited 30 guests - including Grey's Anatomy actress Ellen Pompeo, co-star Sara Ramirez and Pompeo's husband Chris Ivery - to Murano Restaurant & Lounge to celebrate Porter's 38th birthday.

"The group serenaded Kim to Stevie Wonder's "Happy Birthday," and then they presented her with a cake," a source told People Magazine.

As you might expect, Diddy did everything in style: guests drank a specialty lemon drop martini made with Ciroc vodka. Executive Chef Luciano Sautto served a four-course meal to the mother of his three kids and her pals. And the ghost of Denny even showed up for a toast.

Just kidding, Grey's Anatomy fans.

We don't know if Kim Porter and Diddy are dating this week. But they are attending partie together.

This is just what the world needs: an excuse for Tyra Banks to shower herself with attention.

The obnoxious, self-serving talk show host turns 35 today. And we really can wait to see how she celebrates the momentous occasion.

Tyra, of course, is the head judge on America's Next Top Model. When not dressing down contestants, she dresses up like a fat person or a stripper on her self-titled talk show. Anything to make headlines.

It may be our obligation as a celebrity gossip site to list a series of photos of the birthday girl below for readers to click on and ogle over... but we don't have to like doing it!
