The Hills' resident villain and PR svengali, Spencer Pratt, has turned another year older and richer on this 14th day of August, 2009 A.D. Say what you will about the man, he has turned being a media whore into art. Very lucrative art.

Having made himself rich and famous simply by existing, being overexposed and universally hated, Spencer Pratt deserves a tip of the hat on his 26th birthday.

By loving to hate him like we (and so many others) do, we're playing right into his hand. Which we know, and yet we don't stop. Because it's just too much fun.

Daniel Radcliffe turns 20 years old today, as the Harry Potter star has already received the best gift anyone could ask for: he recently (spoiler alert!) defeated Lord Voldemort and lived happily ever after with Ginny Weasley.

Despite this victory, Radcliffe could use some self-confidence. Earlier this month, he said that Robert Pattinson was much sexier than he is.

Indeed, Julianne Hough turns 21 years old, meaning this chaste beauty can finally swallow something a bit harder than water.

The girlfriend of Chuck Wicks and brother of Derek Hough is taking the upcoming season of Dancing with the Stars off in order to focus on her singing career. As long as she continues to look like this, we're pretty sure Julianne is in good shape.

Tom Cruise is bonkers.

There's really no other way we can put it. He jumps on couches. He gets married a lot. He shares his bizarre opinions on all sorts of political and social issues.

Regardless, he remains one of Hollywood's biggest stars, having starred in hits from A Few Good Men and Risky Business to Jerry Maguire and Tropic Thunder.

More importantly, for all his wackiness, Tom Cruise is basically harmless and seems like he cares about being a good dad to his kids (Isabella Cruise, Connor Cruise and little Suri Cruise) more than anything. Which is what really matters in the end.

Kendra Wilkinson turns 24 years old today.

Don't worry about getting anything for Hugh Hefner's ex, though. Over the past few months, she's already handed herself the best two gifts possible:

1. The end of sex with someone old enough to be ber grandfather;
2. An impending baby!
