To the shock of Kendra Wilkinson and Kourtney Kardashian, there's another attribute to breast implants: they can still produce milk!

In the latest issue of Us Weekly, both pregnant women express excitement over the day when their impending babies can suckle from their unnatural knockers. Said Kendra:

"I was so scared that I wasn't going to be able to nurse that when I saw stuff come out of my nipples the other day, I was like, I can breast-feed? And I asked my doctor, who said, 'That's fine, but it's not milk yet!'"

TMI, Kendra. TMI.

Added Kardashian, who hasn't meant an opportunity to discuss her pregnancy that she failed to embrace:

"They say usually you can [breast-feed with implants]. I want to."

She also wants to show the world her fake boobs by posing naked while expecting.

Levi McConaughey went for a stroll with his father this week and we've got one word for the sighting:

Levi's parents, Matthew McConaughey and Camila Alves, are rumored to be tying the knot in the near future. She's pregnant with the couple's second kid.

It's almost unfair. With each child this pair produces, every other baby in the world gets bumped down on the cuteness scale.

Colin Farrell's girlfriend, Polish actress Alicja Bachleda-Curus, is rumored to be pregnant with his child. The look on her face below totally tells the story.

Okay, maybe not, but she does kind of look pregnant. Right? There's might be more information in the original report, but, well, we don't speak Polish.

So you be the judge:

If Alicja Bachleda-Curus is indeed pregnant by Colin Farrell, the child will be his second. Colin has a five-year-old son named Colin with Kim Bordenave.

The two met on the set of the movie Ondine and have been dating for seven months. Congratulations to the possibly expectant couple if this is true!

Jackass star Johnny Knoxville is going to be a dad for the second time.

His girlfriend of nearly a year, Naomi Nelson, is three months pregnant.

"Yes, they are expecting and very excited," his rep said.

Johnny Knoxville already has a 13-year-old daughter, Madison, with ex-wife Melanie Clapp. He and Clapp wed in May 1995 and were married for 12 years.

Knoxville filed for divorce from Clapp in 2007, citing irreconcilable differences. He and Naomi Nelson started dating at some point last year.

Congratulations to the parents-to-be!

Celine Dion is pregnant, a rep for the 41-year-old singer confirmed.

"Celine and [husband Rene Angelil are very happy," the rep said of the news, adding that "they are crazy in love over the pregnancy ... they are overjoyed."

Herself the product of a family of 14, Dion only learned of her condition on Monday, reports Tuesday's Journal de Montreal, after she and René Angélil, 67, conceived the child with the help of a team of fertility doctors in New York.

The couple's one child together, son René-Charles, was born January 2001. The rep tells ET Canada that he "starts his first day of private school today."

Rene Angelil has three other children from two previous marriages.

Celine Dion is ready to be a mother for the second time.

According to reports in the French language press, Dion, whose concert tour ended in March, took time off this spring to concentrate on becoming a mother again.

We're glad to hear that it worked out!

Actress Amy Ryan, who was nominated for an Oscar in 2007 for Gone Baby Gone, is going to be welcoming a baby of her own later this year!

The actress, 39, is expecting her first child with fiancé Eric Slovin, a comedy writer, her rep confirmed yesterday. The baby is due in October.

As you can see, Amy Ryan is already quite pregnant ...

Ryan has lately starred on NBC's The Office as human resources staffer Holly, who had a romance with Steve Carell's Michael Scott last season.

Hopefully she'll be back, and more classic Office quotes will follow.

She also starred on the critically acclaimed series The Wire.

Scrubs actress Sarah Chalke and fiance Jamie Afifi are expecting their first child, her rep confirmed this afternoon. The little bundle of joy is due this winter!

The couple has been engaged since December 2006, when Jamie Afifi, a successful entertainment lawyer, proposed to Sarah Chalke on a Hawaiian vacation.

"The best is just knowing that 100 percent somebody always has your back and you always have theirs," Chalke said early this year about being engaged.

"You have a partner, you have a buddy."

Chalke is not the only purveyor of classic Scrubs quotes to get knocked up lately. Co-star Judy Reyes is also pregnant and due with a girl this November.

Sarah Chalke and Jamie Afifi are having a baby!

First, Dumbledore, Now, Stewie Griffin.

In a recent interview with Playboy, Family Guy creator Seth MacFarlane pushed this child out of the closet. He told the men's magazine:

"We had an episode that went all the way to the script phase in which Stewie does come out, [but] we decided it’s better to keep it vague, which makes more sense because he’s a 1-year-old. Ultimately, Stewie will be gay or a very unhappy repressed heterosexual. It also explains why he’s so hellbent on killing [his mother, Lois] and taking over the world: He has a lot of aggression, which comes from confusion and uncertainty about his orientation."

Well, sure. That's an awkward stage for any baby, let alone one grappling with his sexuality.

Last month, Family Guy became the first animated show to be nominated for an Emmy Award in decades.

It's hilarious. We feel terrible for Carrie Prejean, considering she'll clearly never watch it again now.

Yes, Alex Rodriguez and Kate Hudson have only been dating a few months. But love is love, and Kate wants to have the New York Yankees star's child.

She’s hoping to start a family with him, In Touch Weekly reports.

While there's no way this is actually true, it's a great piece of celebrity gossip just the same. Especially since they went public only a few weeks ago.

Hudson has a 5-year-old son, Ryder, from her marriage to Chris Robinson of The Black Crowes, but feels like it's time for a sibling, according to the mag.

“(Hudson) just turned 30 and she’s ready to have a second child,” an alleged Kate Hudson insider told In Touch. “She wants Ryder to have a sibling."

"She brought up the idea to Alex and told him that they would make a beautiful baby together, and that she would assume all financial responsibility.”

At least you can't accuse her of digging for gold, Tameka Foster style.

Kate Hudson longs for A-Rod ... and a little Rod of her own?

While some Yankees backers are pleased with A-Rod's positive stats since he started hitting home runs off the field with Kate, others believe this is destined to become distraction - and that pregnancy rumors will only make things worse.

Fortunately for all, the same “insider” says that A-Rod, who has two daughters, Natasha, 4, and Ella, 16 months, with ex-wife Cynthia Rodriguez, is just not ready for more kids right now. Convenient, as the whole story's made up anyway.

Kendra Wilkinson's prediction was totally right (even though she had a 50-50 chance either way): She and husband Hank Baskett are having a boy!

Never one to hesitate from sharing pregnancy updates with us, after her latest doctor's appointment, the former Girls Next Door star blogged:

"Hank and I are having a baby boy!!!!!!!!!!!! AHHHHHH!!!!!!"

"When the doctor told me I was like OH MY GOD, I'm going to have a son!!!!! Today is certainly going to be one of the most memorable days of my life!"

We're so happy. And sort of glad we can read, and not hear that reaction.

Kendra is so lucky to be so happy with Hank and a baby boy on the way. As for the dude who got Kourtney Kardashian pregnant, he's still a mystery.

Kendra Wilkinson posted this ultrasound pic on her official site.

The 24-year-old reality star predicted in July, "I still think it's a boy," and noted that the little guy has no choice about one thing: "Whether the little guy is a jock or not, he's definitely going to be a mama's boy."

Also: "There's no doubt he's gonna be a handsome one. Just look at his dad!"

Sniff.

Lastly: "Hank and I can't wait to decorate the nursery and stocking his closet full of teeny tiny Eagles jerseys (and Chargers ones too hahahaha)."

Indeed.
