Maggie Gyllenhaal and husband Peter Sarsgaard, already the parents of a five-year-old daughter, are expecting their second child together, according to reports.

Rumors swirled last month when she arrived on the red carpet premiere of her movie Hysteria at the Rome Film Festival, sporting what looked like a baby bump.

A source confirmed: "Over Thanksgiving weekend, Maggie was telling friends that she's six months pregnant. Her bump is so big! She's thrilled to be pregnant!"

Maggie and Peter got engaged in 2006 and wed in 2009.

The Gyllenhaarsgaard source adds: "She and Peter have wanted another child for a while. They're very happy that they'll have another baby in the house soon."

Jake Gyllenhaal, meanwhile, "is so happy she's pregnant again because he loves kids. Maggie's said that he's the best uncle and has done a lot of sweet things."

It's been a long struggle for Lily Allen, but the British singer announced the exciting news today: she's a new mother!

The singer - who suffered a miscarriage in both 2008 and 2010 - and husband Sam Cooper welcomed a daughter today, as Allen expressed her feelings on the matter in via a simple Tweet: “Totes Amaze."

Cooper proposed to Allen on Christmas Day 2010. They got married in June and we couldn't be happier for the new family!

Kailyn Lowry of Teen Mom 2 is putting her unplanned pregnancy to good use.

The youngster has launched a kids clothing line named after the main little man in her life - 22-month-old son, Isaac - who is also the face of the collection!

The Isaac Elliott Collection by Little Miss Cupcake features onesies fashioned into vests and tuxedos. Seriously. Check out two pics of the lil' fella modeling:

The response to Kailyn's new venture has been very positive so far.

"I'm overwhelmed with all the sweet things people are saying," she tweeted after the Isaac Elliott Collection got some radio shout-outs in her native Pennsylvania.

Best of luck to Kailyn Lowry while she works on her other full-time job - being a parent - as well as getting her bachelor's degree in social work. Talk about busy!

After confirming she is pregnant just before Halloween, Jessica Simpson has been on cloud nine. After years of romantic woes, a lifelong dream is coming true.

But is it all on the verge of crashing down?

We know, we know. They claim the strife over her now-delayed wedding to Eric Johnson, and medical problems, are threatening her health and her child.

Not every day to you see a tabloid make up a miscarriage threat.

"She's said it's been a difficult pregnancy, she's been dizzy and nauseous," a pal says.

Adds another insider: "She was unprepared for how hard it would be on her body."

We're sure she's fine, physically. As far as her supposed betrayal by Eric Johnson, that's another story. Their relationship was fast track, and their pregnancy likely unplanned.

Their wedding date had to be scuttled, and now there's reportedly tension over a prenup. Are they still happy? Will they tie the knot next year? We hope so, but time will tell.

Since news broke that Eric Johnson got Jessica Simpson pregnant long before she went and confirmed it, she lost out on the whole tabloid exclusive deal.

But, since the pressure's on celebs to shed the baby weight they inevitably gain as soon as possible, she may have a backup plan up her sleeve to cash in.

If Us Weekly is to be believed, then Jessica is already planning for just that, and is in talks with Weight Watchers to be their newest celebr pound-shedder.

Once baby makes three, Jess will make four. Million. All she has to do is lose "a significant amount of weight" on the points-based plan, and shill for it.

While it would be a bit surprising, even in this day and age, for a star known for promoting body acceptance to be in negotiations to make her pregnant body the new face of weight loss, her camp is already shooting down the rumor.

So false! And order is once again restored to the universe.

"There is no Weight Watchers deal," a source told E! News, claiming that Simpson planned to sign on with the company to lose the weight she'd gained over the past few years, "But then she got pregnant" and there is currently no plan to do so.

Funny, the same has been said of her wedding to Eric.

Hugh Grant's baby mama Tinglan Hong is going to extremes to protect her privacy.

A British High Court approved an injunction on behalf of the actress, with whom Hugh had an unplanned child in September, forbidding paparazzi from snapping pics of her and the newborn outside her London home or in the street.

She welcomed Grant's first child, a girl, in late September.

Per the BBC, a judge granted the court order on November 11 stating that celebrity gossip media members were making the 31-year-old's life "unbearable."

Consequently according to the court, Hong, whom Grant is no longer seeing, has been forced to change her phone number after receiving "terrifying" calls.

The little bundle of joy is a girl, but Tinglan Hong has apparently not settled on a name. Instead the court refers to her in court docs by the initials KLM.

"While Hugh Grant is very well known, the first claimant [Ms. Hong] never sought any publicity or been known to the public for any reason," wrote the judge.

"She and Mr. Grant did their best to keep private the fact that the second claimant was their child and do not know how the information reached the public."

Celebrity news weeklies really want to make Kate Middleton pregnant.

A day after Life & Style emphatically declared that Prince William and Duchess Catherine are six weeks along, Us Weekly is getting in on the fake baby action with their latest cover story ... albeit with more careful wording.

She is totes ready for baby, people. Note lack of the word "pregnant" ...

Apparently the happy royal newlyweds are ready for a baby ... though Will's upcoming overseas deployment is putting their marriage of six months to the test.

According to Us' reports, Kate wants a boy AND a girl! Who wouldn't! Kate is said to be "preparing" to be a first-time mother ... whatever the hell that could mean.

We've heard that she's been actively trying (hot!) to get pregnant, and seen her grab her belly a lot (cute), and even refuse peanuts (!!). All in the last few weeks.

William and Kate, both 29, have had so many baby rumors published about them at this point, one wonders if the general public even pays attention anymore.

Regardless, the tabloid baby train is roaring full speed ahead! ALL ABOARD!

Niki Taylor and Burney Lamar welcomed a son yesterday morning.

The supermodel, 36, and her husband, 31, a former NASCAR driver, were greeted by little Rex Harrison at 11:03 a.m., the couple confirms to People.

Weighing in at 7 lbs., 5 oz., and measuring 19 inches long, the baby boy joins sister Ciel, 2, and twin brothers Jake and Hunter, 16, from her previous marriage to Matt Martinez. Niki Taylor and Burney Lamar married in 2006.

Mel Gibson and Justin Bieber can exchange virtual fist-pounds now.

Laura Bellizzi, the woman who labeled by various celeb news magazines as Gibson's baby mama has broken her silence on it, and says it's just not true.

Calling the story one based on "erroneous reports" and "lies and speculation," the former VH1 reality star says "Mel Gibson is not the father of my child."

Not a lot of wiggle room left in that denial.

Laura Bellizzi, a mother and a businesswoman, reportedly dated Mel over the summer, and there are photos of them together. But there was no baby conceived.

Any "alleged friends" telling gossip outlets that she's been privately identifying Gibson as her baby daddy are "being 100% dishonest in a misguided," she says.

Laura lambasted their "efforts to seek 5 seconds of notoriety and fame." Her rep says she's "greatly dismayed at the rash of intrusive and irresponsible stories."

Not to worry. Like Mariah Yeater, who dropped her paternity suit against Bieber today, she may now return to total anonymity to raise the child ... whoever the father is.

Kate Middleton is around six weeks pregnant with their first child, according to celebrity gossip magazine In Touch, citing a royal source that's allegedly well connected.

Is it true? We've heard it all before - quite recently in fact - so we say no. Especially since the palace specifically promised to break any such news first, with no leaks.

But hey, she sure is glowing and holding her belly a lot, so there's that:

According to the insider (who has correctly revealed other "secrets," including their honeymoon location and the queen’s wedding gift), she is "definitely" pregnant.

That settles it then.

“Since before they even got married, it’s been made clear to William and Kate that having children should be their number-one priority,” the royal source reveals.

Queen Elizabeth II, in particular, has supposedly been dropping hints about wanting a great-grandchild - and an heir to the throne. Now she's supposedly "elated."

Even with Kate early in the first trimester, they’re said to have already started planning with nurseries in each of their three residences, and by picking names.

Now that their first born child will inherit the throne regardless of gender, Prince William, who was famously close to his mother, is said to be hoping for a girl.

Don't expect a baby at all in nine months, but that's a cute made-up anecdote. Nice to see fabricated Kate Middleton pregnancy stories are getting sappier.
