How I Met Your Mother star Alyson Hannigan is going to be a mother - again!

The actress was photographed yesterday chatting on her cell phone wearing jeans, a vest and thin red crocheted sweater, revealing an undeniable baby bump.

"Alyson is thrilled to be pregnant!" a source close to the star says, while the star's rep confirmed the news. "She's been wearing baggy clothes to cover it."

Thankfully, Hannigan won't have to crouch behind a sofa or wear oversize dresses to hide her belly for long. Her TV character Lily is also currently expecting!

She and husband Alexis Denisof are already parents to daughter Satyana, 2. Married since 2003, Hannigan, 37, and Denisof, 45, met as stars of Buffy and Angel.

Congratulations to the happy, expanding family!

Mason Dash Disick turns two years old today and it's rather clear what all THG readers should chip in to get the tyke: a plane ticket as far away from his family as possible.

As you might expect, Mason - who will soon be a big brother - was bombarded with well wishes over Twitter this afternoon, as mother Kourtney wrote: "Happy birthday to the love of my life. My precious little angel. It is my joy to see you grow every single day."

Khloe chimed in with "Happy Birthday, Mason. You are one of the greatest things to happen to our family! I love you like you will never understand," while Kris Jenner referred to MDD as her "little angel."

The kid is a cutie, even the most ardent Kardashian basher must admit as much. We wish Mason health, happiness and a life free from sex tapes.

Fantasia Barrino has been through quite the ordeal over the past year or so, but the former American Idol champion now has a reason to smile: she's a new mother!

The singer gave birth to a son named Dallas Xavier Barrino today. He was born in North Carolina and checked in at 7 lbs., 9 oz. and 21 inches long. Fantasia also has a 10-year old daughter from a previous relationship.

"I feel so blessed that my son Dallas Xavier was born healthy, and is a wonderful new addition to our family," the 27-year old tells People. "I thank all my fans for their well wishes and continued support."

Fantasia has not gone public with the identity of the new child's father, but it's been strongly reported that he's Barrino's long-time boyfriend, Antwaun Cook.

Angelina Jolie gushes over her family in the new issue of Marie Claire, and while the star is thrilled with life as it is, she and Brad Pitt haven't ruled out having more kids.

"Nothing planned at the moment, but we just don't know. I could end up pregnant," Jolie says, prompting quick and endless speculation, not unlike their non-weddings.

But will a seventh addition to the Brangelina brood really come to pass?

It just might. According to the Oscar winner, who makes her directorial debut with In the Land of Blood and Honey, the life she's built with Pitt has taught selflessness.

"I suppose what I've learned from Brad is to be able to have the kind of family whose happiness and well-being comes before your own," she says in the interview.

"I'm very, very grateful to have such a loving family, and I wouldn't have that without him. He is not just the love my life, he is my family. I hold that very dear."

Sounds like someone's priorities are clearly aligning with their partner, and they both value children more than anything, so ... she could end up pregnant for sure.

The pregnant Jessica Simpson has just signed a deal worth $3 million to be a spokeswoman for Weight Watchers, according to a report from the New York Post.

Her weight has been scrutinized in recent years (see fat Jessica Simpson pictures), but now that she's eating for two, she's turning a negative into a positive.

She reportedly fielded several offers from a number of celebrities weight loss companies before settling with the Double-Dubs for a staggering sum of money.

A source told the Post, confirming earlier reports, "The deal is in place, and after having her baby, she'll start with Weight Watchers to lose her baby weight."

Rumors about the contract began last month, with reports saying that the company wanted to help her get back to her famous Dukes of Hazzard physique.

The brand wants her to use their famous points system to emulate another celebrity spokeswoman, Jennifer Hudson, to "lose a significant amount of weight."

Simpson plans to wed her fiance Eric Johnson after having the baby, which could be another motivation for the former singer and actress to drop weight.

She is expecting a boy or a girl BTW. Crazy.

Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar announced some sad news today.

A month after they announced her pregnancy with their 20th child, their doctor was unable to find a heartbeat and told her she suffered a miscarriage.

"After the appointment, we came back home and told the children," says Michelle, 45. "We had just been talking about baby names last night and they were getting excited about naming a boy or a girl. It has been a real sad disappointment."

She says the family will select a name after they know if the baby, miscarried in the second trimester, was a boy or girl, and then plan to have a funeral.

"I feel like my heart broke telling my children," says Michelle. "They have all been so excited about this baby and looking forward to April coming around and having a new little one in our arms. That was the most difficult."

Still, she adds that the family's faith perseveres: "The Lord is the giver of life and he can choose when that life is ready to go on and be with Him."

The stars of TLC's 19 Kids and Counting weathered myriad medical ordeal with their youngest daughter, Josie-Brookyln, born in December 2009.

This is actually her second miscarriage. Michelle lost a baby during her second pregnancy. She was taking oral birth control then, citing that as a big reason the pair decided they'd leave the number of children they have "up to God."

In light of these events, should the Duggars still try for a 20th?

After a brief hiatus, the rumor mill once again is buzzing with reports that Prince William got Kate Middleton pregnant with the future heir(ess) to the throne.

The reason for the most recent speculation? A conspicuous clutch!

When Kate joined her in-laws at a concert at Royal Albert Hall benefiting the Foundation of Prince William and Prince Harry and the Prince's Trust, all eyes were on the Duchess ... specifically her lower belly region, which was covered up! OMG!

Like the entire cast of Grey's Anatomy holding pillows and plates of food and sitting down a lot and being shown from the neck up, Kate is OBVIOUSLY pregnant, right?

Not so fast.

Middleton cinched a $99 lace-accented Zara sheath (which is already sold out, naturally) with a wide black belt, but when Kate was holding her purse off to the side, instead of in front, her waistline looked as tiny as always.

So ... that's pretty much that.

The ever-stylish princess also wore a black Ralph Lauren jacket, black tights and heels, BTW. She's very pretty and was recently named Britain's Best Dressed.

Wow. Jessica Simpson was never exactly lacking in the chestal region, but man. Pregnancy is offering even more enhancement in more departments than just the belly.

The star stepped out today with sister Ashleeeeeee and nephew Bronx Mowgli, named for a borough of New York City and a Jungle Book character. Nice work Ash.

In any case, Jess looked happy, displaying the boy and her girls for all to see.

Jess has had no problem showing off her body since she confirmed she and Eric Johnson are expecting ... or ever, for that matter. Why start now, we suppose.

This takes it to a new level, though. Is she purposely wearing tops from when she was 18? If so, nice. Avert your eyes, Bronx. Eh, it's already too late. Enjoy.

Mindy McCready, who was allegedly missing with her son as recently as yesterday, has been found, alive and well ... and is pregnant with twins! Yikes!

The troubled singer set off alarms yesterday by not bringing her 5-year-old son, of whom she does not have legal custody, back home to her parents.

She ultimately cleared that up ... and then revealed via her rep that she is five months along. No other details, such as who the father is, are known.

McCready is in Nashville with the boy, who she took without permission, and will likely miss the deadline the court set (5 p.m. today) for her to return Zander.

A warrant may be issued for her the pregnant star's arrest if she doesn't show up at her parents' house with Zander in tow. But it looks like that won't happen.

Police confirmed that they were not treating McCready and her son Zander's absence as a missing persons case any longer and that the pair were safe.

So that's good at least. Congrats on the impending arrivals ... although we are a little scared based on her track record about her ability to handle it.

Kim Kardashian may be destined to never procreate, but she's about to become an aunt for the second time.

Kourtney Kardashian announced today - via a statement to E! News and an Us Weekly cover story, of course: cha-ching! - that she and Scott Disick will soon be parents again.

"Scott and I are so excited to announce that we are expecting our second child and are thrilled to be expanding the love in our family," she said, adding that she's nine weeks along and, yes, one is supposed to wait until one is 12 weeks along to tell the public, but: "I'm confident."

And here's an incredible coincidence: the pregnancy takes place just as the oldest Kardashian sibling is kicking off an E! Online-sponsored Web series titled Kourtney's Mommy Blog. Look for her to share stories on there about Mason, while offering parenting and fashion advice to other mothers, who apparently have absolutely nowhere else to go.

Welcome to the Kardashian world, unborn baby. Your mom is already making money off of you.
