Kristin Cavallari is expecting her first child, the reality star herself confirms!

"We are thrilled to announce we are expecting our first child together," she and her fiance, NFL star Jay Cutler, said in a joint statement. "It's an amazing time in our life and we can't wait to meet the new addition to our growing family."

Last year was an up-and-down one for the Kristin 25, and Jay, 28, who got engaged, broke up, then got back together and soon got engaged a second time.

The former Hills star and Dancing with the Stars contestant said, "Sometimes, in order for things to get better, they have to end – even if it's momentarily."

Looks like it did wonders for the couple.

Shortly after their split, they became happier than ever it seems, with Jay dutifully attending her DWTS performances and she his Chicago Bears games.

Bryce Dallas Howard and Seth Gabel welcomed a daughter on Thursday, according to the actress' father, famed movie director Ron Howard. He wrote:

"Beatrice Jean Howard-Gabel Born Jan 19 2012 8lbs 6oz Bryce & Baby B are spectacular Daddy Seth & brother Theo are beaming ear to ear :-) "

In August, The Help star told Jay Leno that her 4½-year-old son predicted that his new sibling was going to be a girl. Looks like he was correct!

The actress has spoken candidly about the postpartum depression she suffered four years ago, but described feeling "euphoric" this time around.

Adding to the celebration for newly arrived Beatrice were congratulatory Tweets from the likes of Octavia Spencer, M. Night Shyamalan and Jennifer Connelly.

Director Shyamalan's message: "Ron, tell Bryce congratulations from our whole family. I'll be waiting to cast Beatrice in a few years! :-) "

Sarah Drew has become a first-time mom.

The Grey’s Anatomy star delivered son Micah Emmanuel Lanfer at 6:21 p.m. Wednesday in Los Angeles. She did not know the gender until that very moment!

“She and her husband, Peter Lanfer, are in love with him!” her rep says of the couple’s new baby boy, who weighed in at 7 lbs., 4 oz and is 19 inches long.

Sarah in late November, when she was seven months along.

“I thought it would be a good idea to wait to find out because I'm such a control freak by nature,” Drew explained of their decision to be surprised at the birth.

“I am about to walk into this chapter of my life where I have no control over anything anymore, and I figured I’d ease myself into it by not allowing myself to plan."

"It was hard but in the end it’s good training for me!”

Congratulations to Sarah and her growing family, and expect another new addition to the extended Grey's family this year - Jessica Capshaw is pregnant again!

We have to say, Jessica Simpson makes a cute pregnant person.

She may be ballooning by the day, but the 31-year-old singer isn't about to let that stop her from getting out and about - in glamorous fashion.

Jess stepped out looking ultra chic in Los Angeles earlier this week, wearing a beautifully ornate black and grey patterned dress and black jacket.

Although it is not clear when exactly her first child is due, she has had she is expecting a spring baby with her fiance, former NFL player Eric Johnson.

Jessica has also been upfront about her pregnancy cravings, recently revealing that she is enjoying indulging in all her favourite childhood foods.

Nadya "Octomom" Suleman dragged her octuplets (and their SIX OLDER SIBLINGS) to the beach for a day of fun in the sun yesterday outside of Los Angeles, Calif.

The 14 youngsters enjoyed the sea and sands and had a picnic with mom, totally for free, with no photographers paying for Nadya Suleman pictures like this.

Fourteen. IF Angelina Jolie is pregnant, she will have HALF that.

Here is Nads is with Noah, Maliyah, Isaiah, Nariah, Makai, Josiah, Jeremiah and Jonah. Her other kids are Elijah, Amerah, Joshua, Aiden, Calyssa and Caleb.

Chris Hemsworth has a very busy 2012 in front of him.

The actor will play a key role in the summer blockbuster The Avengers and has also now confirmed that he's expecting his first child with wife Elsa Pataky.

The actors got married in December 2010 and, according to their rep, are "delighted and very excited" to become parents.

"Having the person that you love by your side and starting a family with them is the best thing that can happen to you in this life. You can't ask for more," Pataky tells ¡Hola!.

Angelina Jolie is OFFICIALLY pregnant, according to a non-reliable celebrity news source. You heard it there first, and in 99.9% likelihood, incorrectly!

This is the second tabloid to make Angelina Jolie pregnant in a month. It's her own fault, making comments that she might be expanding her brood.

Maybe. Eventually. They don't rule it out. That's it. She also likes getting in bed with Brad, so basically, she's gotta be knocked up. We're convinced.

Ange did say recently, "I could end up pregnant." Could. She also said "I love being pregnant!" In general. Not right now. Yet OK! still cranks out this:

Oh, but lest we thought OK! were just joshing us, a "source close to the Oscar-winner" reveals that Angelina is having her seventh child and NOT adopting it!

In other words, she's (totally not) pregnant, this (not) reliable source says!

"She's almost three months along," the faux Deep Throat dished. "It's not something she wants to officially announce but she's telling a select group of people."

SIDE NOTE: None of whom are actual humans.

"Angelina is really savoring every moment. She loves being pregnant. She's been having a tough time with morning sickness but says it's all worth it."

That's good at least. Wouldn't want a fake pregnancy to feel not worthwhile.

Grey's Anatomy star Jessica Capshaw is pregnant! Again!

The 35-year-old actress, who gave birth just 14 months ago, announced that she and husband Christopher Gavigan are expecting their third child together.

She wrote on Twitter Tuesday, "It is with profound happiness and sheer delight that @Christopher_Gav and I can say that another sweet Gavigan baby is on the way!"

Jessica Capshaw has been married to Christopher Gavigan, founder of The Honest Co. and former CEO of Healthy Child Healthy World, since 2004.

She is certainly going to be a busy mom, juggling her hit series with a new baby and 14-month-old daughter Eve and 4-year-old son Luke at home.

The Grey's Anatomy extended family keeps growing, as Eric Dane welcomed his second daughter Georgia on December 28, and Sarah Drew is pregnant as well.

Kelsey Grammer will soon be a father again.

People Magazine reports that the actor and wife Kayte Walsh are expecting twins, as the 32-year old is in her second trimester. It will be her first set of children and Grammer's fifth and sixth. He is already the father to son Jude, 7, and daughter Mason, 10, with Camille Grammer; daughter Greer, 19, with Barrie Buckner; and daughter Spencer, 28, with Doreen Alderman.

Walsh became pregnant for the first time in 2010, but sadly suffered a miscarriage in October of that year. We wish her full health and happiness this time around.

UPDATE: Said Kelsey at the 2012 Golden Globes: "I am really looking forward to meeting these arrivals!"

Newly engaged and settling back into things at home in California with sons Sean Preston, 6, and Jayden James, 5, after her world tour, the 30-year-old star is loving life.

“Jayden is having some hair-raising fun on the trampoline!” she wrote Tuesday, sharing a photo of her boys playing together outside on her Facebook page. AWW!

On Twitter, Spears also showed off her “little Hercules,” posting a photo (below) of Sean P. flexing his muscles at his gymnastics class. Kid's breaking out the big guns!

For all the tumult they went through early on, the boys are happy nowadays, as are their parents. Father Kevin Federline recently praised Britney's fiancé Jason Trawick, saying, “I think he’s a great guy. The kids speak highly of him. Her family loves him.”

And they all lived happily ever after ... hopefully. Fingers crossed!
