Britney Spears has reason to celebrate:

The 7-Eleven in her neighborhood has a 2-for-1 pack deal on Marlboro Lights. Just kidding. Although it's entirely possible.

What we're driving at is the decision was made by her ex-husband Kevin Federline, based on "improved circumstances," to let Britney see her two sons on Mother's Day!

Okay, so she hasn't given birth to her little celebrity baby just yet, but Jamie Lynn Spears looked the part earlier this week she she and a friend hit a mall in McComb, Mississippi. They've got a stroller, people!

Apparently, Jamie Lynn's pal already has a baby, courtesy of her very own Casey Aldridge counterpart. That must be fertile ground down there.

Well, almost. Luckily, an alert passer-by stepped in at the last moment to save Sean Preston Federline's head from hurtling towards the street.

Just the same, this classic celebrity baby picture sums up the tremendous parenting skills of Britney Spears like few others can ...

When he's old enough to appreciate this photo, Sean Preston will want to thank the gentleman who saved him from becoming a road pizza.

Britney Spears and Kevin Federline went on to create another son, Jayden James, just barely one year after Sean Preston's birth in September 2005. Brit then divorced K-Fed, partied with no pants a lot and went insane.

Look out world: Sienna Miller has babies on the brain!

During her roller-coaster romance with Jude Law, the actress says bearing children was never discussed. But it looks like motherhood may now be an option with boyfriend Rhys Ifans.

"I really want babies â€" I always have," Miller told the June U.K. edition of InStyle magazine during a baby shower for her elder sister Savannah.

"I mean, I'm nearly 27 and you have to think about these things, don't you?" said Miller. "And Sav proves you can work and be a mum. It still scares me, though."

Trust us, Sienna. The thought of you having kids scares us, too.

Oh, the irony.

Baby Mama star Amy Poehler has announced that she isn't merely expecting on the big screen; she and hilarious husband Will Arnett.

Jayden James and Bodyguard

"I'm great with kids," Poehler recently told New York's Daily News. "I think I'm still a big giant kid. I understand them and usually we're the same size. I think I understand the way they look up at the world. I get it."

Well, at least in the Photoshop sense. Here's two of our favorite celebrity babies (or toddlers) superimposed on the cover of Radar magazine. Apparently, Suri Cruise and Maddox Jolie-Pitt are taking over the world ...

Maddox Jolie-Pitt and Suri Cruise really need to start dating.

Bob and Brooke

The respective spawns of Brangelina and TomKat have long been favorites of The Hollywood Gossip staff, which also appreciates bad image altering. But this looks pretty hacked even by our low, low standards.

Then again, Radar is the same publication that promotes an advice column from The Hills' Spencer Pratt, so you get what you pay for, really.

The sky is the limit when it comes to how much money celebrities are being paid to pimp out their babies in celebrity news and gossip magazines nowadays.

After paying Christina Aguilera $1.5 million in February for shots of her newborn son, Max, People shelled out a whopping $6 million to Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony for photos of their newborn twins, Max and Emme.

Brad Pitt and Kids

One celebrity news editor, who asked to remain anonymous, said:

"It's at the point now where some stars might decide to have more kids just to collect the money from their photos."

Pregnant celebrities are now "treating this like a game," said National Enquirer Executive Editor Barry Levine.

"It's become big business now," Levine said. "It's outrageous, they've gotten very sophisticated. The rights are bought up now even before the celebrity enters the hospital. They hire extra security so it's impossible to obtain a photo illegally."

Brangelina made (then gave away) millions from selling photos of Shiloh.

Levine said stars now realize that having a child in this celebrity news media era is "akin to getting a role in a movie."

Celebrity gossip publications don't mind - they recoup money over time with magazine sales, Web hits, and by re-selling the photos overseas.

Angelina Jolie, rumored to be carrying twins, could trump all celebrities by commanding $10 million for the first photos of the babies, Levine said.

"That's where the market is right now," he said. "When I was the editor of Star in L.A., we bought photos of Lisa Marie Presley's baby back in 1989 for $100,000, and at the time I thought it was outrageous. Now it's chump change."

American Media Editorial Director Bonnie Fuller said that the celebrity baby photo payouts just keep escalating: "If J.Lo really did get $6 million, then I think Angelina can now command $8 million," Fuller said. "The magazines must look at it as a long-term investment, but I think it'll cap out at a certain point."

Few things make us happier than reporting about pregnant celebrities.

Today's best: Lisa Marie Presley, daughter of Elvis, is pregnant with her third child and due in the fall, her representative has confirmed.

"The couple are incredibly overjoyed," the rep said.

This is the first child for Lisa Marie Presley, 40, and her fourth husband, guitarist and music producer Michael Lockwood, 46, who married in 2006.

The pregnant Lisa Marie Presley already has two teenage children, daughter Riley, 18, and son Benjamin, 15, with her first ex-husband, Danny Keough.

She was later married to Michael Jackson (yes, really) and Nicolas Cage.

Keough served as best man at Presley and Michael Lockwood's wedding, which was held in Japan. Lisa Marie's mom, current Dancing with the Stars contestant Priscilla Presley, and Lisa Marie's two kids were in attendance.
