The country singer and wife Lauren Blitzer-Wright announced today that they are expecting identical twins this summer, breaking the news to television personality Howard Bragman.

Shakira has given birth to her first child. For real this time!

A few weeks after Gerard Piqué pranked fans and claimed the singer had welcomed a son into the world, the couple confirmed today that Milan Piqué Mebara was born in Barcelona. He weighed in at 6 lbs, 6 oz. and mother and child are both in excellent condition.

Wrote Shakira on her website:

“The name Milan (pronounced MEE-lahn), means dear, loving and gracious in Slavic; in Ancient Roman, eager and laborious; and in Sanskrit, unification. Just like his father, baby Milan became a member of FC Barcelona at birth.”

Shakira and Piqué announced their pregnancy in September and their child's gender a month later.

"Its Official, I'm a daddy!!!" Gokey Tweeted yesterday, adding that he and wife Leyicet Peralta are now the parents of Daniel Emanuel Gokey.

Jessica Simpson is having a boy! The 32-year-old singer found out this week that her daughter Maxwell will have a little brother, according to reports.

“It’s Jessica’s dream come true, she prayed she was having a boy,” a source said.

“She found out this week. What with everything going on in her personal life, and her problems with her father, this has given her something to smile about."

“After a check-up at the doctor, [they] asked if she wanted to know the sex ... she said yes and when the doctor told her it was a boy she screamed with joy."

The Teen Mom 2 star's husband told Star earlier this week that they are expecting. Jenelle and Courtland then confirmed the pregnancy in many, many Tweets.

They married in December after a few months of dating.

A report yesterday in Star Magazine, quoting Rogers himself, was in fact the official announcement that the Teen Mom 2 star is knocked up a second time:

“Me and Jenelle are so happy that she’s pregnant,” Rogers gushed to the gossip magazine. "She told me, 'I'm looking forward to a second chance."

She's due September 4. If there were any doubts about the legitimacy of Star's report, the married couple has been Tweeting up a storm as always.

Elton John and husband David Furnish have welcomed their second son into the world, a baby born via surrogate on January 11.

The tyke is named Elijah Joseph Daniel Furnish-John and weighed in at 8 pounds, 4 ounces at the time of his birth.

“Both of us have longed to have children, but the reality that we now have two sons is almost unbelievable. The birth of our second son completes our family in a most precious and perfect way,” the couple said in a statement.

“It is difficult to fully express how we are feeling at this time; we are just overwhelmed with happiness and excitement.”

John and Furnish are also parents to Zachary Jackson Levon, 2. We wish the new and expanded family nothing but the very best!
