Spotted Kissing: Lindsay Lohan and Cash Warren?!?

Move over, Tiger Woods. You may have company in the marital doghouse.

According to witnesses, Cash Warren - husband to Jessica Alba and father to Honor Marie - was spotted making out with Lindsay Lohan at a West Hollywood club on November 19.

A friend of Warren's told Us Weekly his pal often "gets into trouble" when he goes out without his wife.

Dancing the night away at club Villa, Warren and Lohan "ignored friends and just chatted," sources say. From there: "Lindsay and Cash started making out. Lip on tongue. It was raw. They were not shy!"

From Jessica Alba to Lindsay Lohan: Upgrade? Or major, major, major downgrade?

Lohan says the story is "absurd," but she also says she has solid career prospects.

Those close to Warren and Alba, meanwhile, are afraid their marriage is already on shaky ground, saying: "Jessica is not as into Cash as she used to be."

As a result, might Cash soon be into Samantha Ronson's - and Harry Morton's and Jude Law's and Calum Best's and Criss Angel's and Riley Giles - sloppy seconds?!? That's gross.

Jessica Alba and Cash Warren have Honor.

And they brought her with them to the Democratic National Convention last week!

It was their daughter's first trip on an airline, but Cash said she handled herself as well as Barack Obama did in his acceptance speech in Denver.

"Nothing really exciting happened on the flight, except the energy of what was to come was already palpable," Warren wrote in his blog, referring to the political spectacle they were on their way to witness.

Jessica Alba and Cash Warren are married... with a child.

To date, Cash added, Honor has been an ideal baby.

"Rarely crying. Opting to express herself through simple Haiku's or interpretive dance instead," Mrs. Jessica Alba said, most likely kidding.

Just because Cash Warren was born with a ridiculous name (no offense, dude, it's given us a never-ending stream of puns to use; one might even say the name was money!) doesn't mean he needs to doom his daughter to the same fate.

The truth is, Warren and Jessica Alba are already a different breed of celebrity. They got married in a quiet ceremony, they rarely attend Hyde. There was no need to distinguish themselves from the Hollywood pack with such a unique name.

By the way, when it comes to Alba, we really wanna get on her.

Sometimes I wonder who comes up with these Face-Offs. The worst ever? While unconventional, this name may be one of the best.

Honor is defined as "an evidence or symbol of distinction." What better things can a baby stand for in these troubled times? If only all parents had such high expectations for their offspring as Jessica Alba and Cash Warren.

Honor is a rare and fine trait, and thus, a wonderful name - one representing all that is right with America. Heck, if Jessica has two more daughters named Freedom and Liberty, John McCain might give her a Cabinet post.

Jessica Alba gave Honor Marie Warren at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles this weekend.

Husband Cash Warren was by his wife's bedside during the blessed event, as Alba'a dad was overheard saying "she's beautiful."

Reportedly, the couple applied for a wedding license Monday morning and didn't waste any time sticking it in a drawer; they were married 40 minutes later in a Beverly Hills courthouse.

You heard it here first, yesterday afternoon, even though we weren't 100 percent sure it was more than celebrity gossip at the time - Jessica Alba is engaged!

The actress, 26, is set to marry longtime boyfriend Cash Warren.

"Yes, I can confirm that they are engaged," her rep confirmed.

Jessica Alba flashed a HUGE engagement ring during a December 26 outing in West Hollywood, leading celebrity news sites like this one to assume Cash had popped the question. Jessica is three months pregnant with their first child.

For a fella who dates - then knocks up, then gets engaged to - one of the hottest women on Earth, relatively little is known about Cash Warren. His IMDB page lists him as a graduate of Crossroads School in Santa Monica, Calif., and Yale University.

The Hollywood Gossip recently learned that he is a longtime friend of Baron Davis, who plays for the NBA's Golden State Warriors. Hence the Warriors #5 on his cap in the first photo below. He is also apparently pals with Steve Nash - the two-time NBA MVP! That's Jessica, Cash, Steve Nash and his wife, Alejandra below!

In any case, Jessica Alba and Cash Warren, 28, had split up in July after more than two years together, only to reunite in August or September.
