In the real world, there are two rules to follow for a healthy work environment:

  1. Don't steal someone else's food from the fridge.
  2. Don't date your coworkers.

Both make for awkward water cooler run-ins and should probably be avoided.

Unless, of course, you're a famous movie star who dates other famous movie stars and you decide to date your coworkers. Then things just get interesting and awkward.

Especially when the characters you're portraying are together on screen.

Channing Tatum met now-wife Jenna Dewan on the set of Step Up. She was totally impressed by his moves.

Why? LOVE SCENES. Look no further than Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman in Eyes Wide Shut to see what we mean. Pretty sure Keith Urban's neeeeeever watching THAT movie.

A hearty congratulations is in order for Carey Mulligan.

The Drive actress married Marcus Mumford of Mumford & Sons today, trying to know in front of family and friends - including celebs Sienna Miller, Colin Firth and Jake Gyllenhaal - in Somerset, England.

Mumford popped the life-changing question to Mulligan last August, following five months of dating. The two were actually childhood pen pals in London.

Mulligan previously dated Shia LaBeouf, but split with the actor in 2010.

We wish this newly married couple all the best!

Actor Shia LaBeouf's new leading lady – both on and off screen - is rumored to be Carey Mulligan, 24, a redhead who hails from the great nation of England.

Carey was seen cuddling and kissing the Transformers star in NYC, where the two have been filming Oliver Stone's Wall Street sequel, Money Never Sleeps.

"They seemed very, very happy," says an onlooker of the pair, who were seen dining together. "They were talking, laughing, smiling and seemed very close."

Is Carey Mulligan dating Shia LaBeouf? Does anyone care? "We don't know for sure" is the answer to both questions, but she seems nice looking, don't you think?

As her big break, Mulligan landed the role of Kitty Bennet in Pride & Prejudice alongside star Keira Knightley with the help of her school headmistress.

She credits Keira Knightley as her acting coach: "I was a real tomboy until was 15 – I didn't have my first kiss until a month away from 16," she said.

We're guessing she has plenty coming her way now.
