A topless Cameron Diaz? We can get behind those pictures.

We're guessing the actress can, also (considering she posed for them and all). But it sounds like the lady friend of Justin Timberlake would prefer if you looked at her chest than her supposedly ugly nose.

"I'm getting it fixed," said the actress. "I can't take it. I cannot breathe at all."

Diaz said that she broke her nose for the fourth time while surfing a few years ago. As a result, one side of her nose is "totally shattered," and that her septum is like "a train derailed."

We'd tell Cameron to talk to Ashlee Simpson about plastic surgery in this area, but she's never had it done, of course. No way. No chance.

She's also never slept with Nick Carter or lip synched during a concert.

Justin Timberlake, you're a lucky man.

But you're also a liar. While you've been singing about how you're bringing sexy back, the truth is your long-time girlfriend has beaten you - and maybe every other female on the planet - to it.

Meanwhile, Carmen Electra seems to be taking the opposite route. Because marrying Dennis Rodman and then Dave Navarro was not exciting enough, the occasional Pussycat Doll and unemployed TV personality has gone blonde.

What do you think, fans? Wait, are there any Electra fans anymore? That's a debate for another time.

When he's not getting all bent out of shape, acting all arrogant and threatening innocent, hard-working journalists, singer Justin Timberlake is busy stepping out with a new undertaking -- launching his own clothing line, William Rast. Without a doubt, Justin Timberlake's runway show was one of the hottest tickets at Los Angeles Fashion Week, which kicked off on Sunday.

Among the many celebrity guests were Ellen DeGeneres, Paris Hilton, Adam Levine (he who once banged Jessica Simpson -- hats off to you, sir) and, naturally, Justin's girlfriend Cameron Diaz. In the above pic, Cameron is certainly showcasing her (sexy) back. God, that was lame. We're real sorry for that one.

Cameron Diaz claims that she was assaulted "with a deadly weapon" by a photographer while she and boyfriend Justin Timberlake were returning from a party.

That weapon? His car!

"Cameron was the victim of a possible assault with a deadly weapon. The deadly weapon was the car that the photographer was driving," LAPD officer, Marjan Mobasser, told Access Hollywood.

Early Tuesday, Diaz has filed a report to the police accusing the paparazzo of trying to hit her and Timberlake with his car.

"On Sept. 19, just after midnight, Cameron Diaz filed a report with the LAPD. The incident happened on the 1600 block of King Road in Hollywood," police officer April Harding said.

The report continues:

"Diaz and Justin Timberlake were leaving a friend's home when a photographer hiding in the bushes tried to take a photograph of her. They both then chased the photographer for a short distance. The photographer then got into his car and drove toward both (of) them, causing Diaz to jump out of the car's way. She felt the driver was trying to hit both of them, and so she filed the report. She's alleging assault with a deadly weapon, with a vehicle."

No arrests were made, however, and the LAPD currently has no suspects. An investigation into the matter is ongoing.

Steve Irwin was remembered at a public memorial Wednesday for the love he demonstrated "for the two things that ought to matter more to all of us than anything else â€" his love of his family and his love of his country," said Australia's Prime Minister John Howard.

Numerous celebrities paid tribute to everyone's favorite crocodile hunter. Those in attendance or on video included Russell Crowe, Justin Timberlake, Cameron Diaz, Hugh Jackman, Kevin Costner, Kelly Ripa and Larry King, along with Australian country singer John Williamson, who sang one of Irwin's favorite songs, "True Blue."

In the end, however, 8-year-old Bindi Irwin best represented the spirit of the event. With her mother Terri holding Bindi's toddler brother Bob, Steve's daughter read her words to the crowd, running her tiny finger across the paper as she went along.

"My daddy was my hero," she said. "He was always there for me when I needed him. He listened to me and taught me so many things, but most of all, he was fun. I know that Daddy had an important job. He was working to change the world so everyone would love wildlife like he did.

"I don't want Daddy's passion to ever end. I want to help endangered wildlife just like he did. I have the best daddy in the whole world, and I will miss him every day. When I see a crocodile I will always think of him, and I know that Daddy made this zoo so everyone could come and learn to love all the animals. Daddy made this place his whole life, and now it's our turn to help Daddy."

Crowe, in a videotaped message from New York, said:

"We've all lost a friend. We've all lost a champion, and we're going to take some time to adjust to that."

Diaz, also in a video presentation, said that America was "just taken by him … in awe of his energy and how he actually went about putting himself forward. Every kid was in love with the idea of being able to be him."

Finally, Cameron's boyfriend chimed in. In a separate video, Timberlake (who had visited the Australia Zoo with Diaz in 2004) said:

"To Terri and Bindi and Bob and Steve's family and friends, I may have only really spent a day with you guys, but it was a day I'll never forget, and I'll never forget what I learned just by being around Steve."

We hope those fools from PETA were listening.

The Hollywood Grind has some great pics of Justin Timberlake freaking out and threatening to go postal when spotted by some friendly photographers arriving at a party in the Hollywood Hills last night.

His girlfriend, Cameron Diaz (who looks really rough in these pics, by the way) had to restrain him from trying to grab the Grind's cameras.

To make matters worse, the jackass proceeded to yell at these poor journalists to back off and to stop shooting pics, even though the scene was on public property (in the street).

Nice one, Justin! Good to see you think you're better than us!

Justin's mom, Cameron, Justin's cousin and business partner, Trace, and some of the rest of their entourage joined in and the photographer finally retreated. Apparently that wasn't good enough, as Camberlake has apparently filed a police report.

Wow, guys. Take a chill pill!

Justin Timberlake claims he isn't ready for marriage, but he may be thinking about it a bit. Just a tiny bit.

Appearing on the Ellen DeGeneres Show this week, Timberlake did more than merely sing his hit song, "SexyBack." He commented on the lingering issue of popping the question to girlfriend, Cameron Diaz.

After the performance, DeGeneres brought up "the rumor that you and Cameron are engaged."

"The only reason I need to know," DeGeneres said, "(is) I need to know, should I get a bridesmaid dress now or not?"

"Know what?" Timberlake said. "Go ahead and reserve one."

As the crowd burst into cheers, DeGeneres asked when she'd get to wear it. The answer was about four years shorter than Diana Bianchi has been alive.

"The only thing is," Timberlake said, "you'll have to stay the same size for the next 15 years."

Ok. But are they at least engaged at the moment? Nope. "We're not engaged," JT replied, before joking, "She hasn't given me a ring. I've waited for her to get down on one knee and ask."

Timberlake also spoke about his 'N Sync bandmate Lance Bass, who recently came out.

"That must've been a huge thing for him," said DeGeneres, noting that Bass kept his being gay a secret for fear of jeopardizing the group's success.

Said Timberlake, "Let's all be honest. I don't think we didn't know. Lance is one of my greatest friends. I'm more happy for him than I've ever been. … He gets to live his life the way he wants to live his life."

Just don't get him started on Taylor Hicks.

Blonde hair everywhere was grateful that a pair of stars recently abandoned its look. First, Britney Spears abandoned her gold locks (but not her stupidity).

Next, Paris Hilton followed suit, figuring brown hair would make her look like less of a tramp. (Note to Paris: that maybe true, but no longer spreading your legs for every rich guy you meet would truly accomplish such a goal).

Now, however, blonde hair may wish to file for an exemption. Bubbly, popular actress, Cameron Diaz, has also ditched her original color.

We're not huge fans of the darker look. What do you think?

Let's officially remove Cameron Diaz and Justin Timberlake from the "couples on a verge of a breakup" list, okay? (note to The Gossip: start that list.)

The lovey, dovey duo was in Hawaii last week for five days; perhaps in anticipation of JT's MTV Video Music Award nominations. The couple swam and surfed on Friday, leaving town later that day.

Earlier in the summer, Diaz and Timberlake (Diazlake?) were in Paris during Fourth of July with Diaz's Charlie's Angels co-star, Drew Barrymore.

As confusing a title as Timberlake has chosen for his new album, "FutureSex/LoveSounds," this much is clear: Diazlake is here to stay!
