Spears got her lips fattened up right before she ran over a photographer's foot ... while trying to hide the procedure and speed away from the doctor's office.

Yeah, it's been a rough week for Britney Spears, but at least she was able to get back visitation rights with sons Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1.

On Saturday night, she actually skipped out on clubbing - in related news, hell froze over - for a quiet night with her children at her Malibu home.

Kevin Federline's bodyguard picked the boys up around 9 a.m Sunday.

At 1:45 p.m., Spears and a pal went tanning, then hit a nearby Starbucks, where she was met with a barrage of questions from photographers.

Fresh from getting her lips pumped full of chemicals, Britney Spears covered her mouth the entire time as she spoke. Bad manners!

When asked what she thought of the Malibu fires â€" which are threatening many celebrities' houses and have destroyed at least 39 buildings in Southern California at last count â€" Spears told photographers, "Well, it's not near my house."

Such empathy. One of the many reasons we love the girl so.

Through some miracle and/or loophole, Britney Spears regained visitation rights of her sons, Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1, over the weekend.

Saturday, the quote-unquote star was spotted driving with her two young children in Studio City, Calif., in her white Mercedes convertible.

The car, which she recently used to run over the foot of a celebrity news photographer, was decorated with pumpkins on the dashboard. Cute.

A presumed court-appointed monitor was seated in the front seat, with her sons in the rear. Here's a picture of Jayden James looking happy as ever ...

On Wednesday, L.A. Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon had temporarily suspended her visitation rights. A source close to Spears and the custody case said he removed her visitation rights after the pop "singer" was unreachable by a cell phone designated for court-related scheduling.

Thursday, Kevin Federline's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, said he expected Britney Spears would get visitation reinstated soon because "she has now complied with the part of the order [causing the suspension]."

Lawyers for both sides did not respond to calls for comment. Spears and K-Fed are both required to show up for their next hearing October 26.

In the last 48 hours, Britney Spears lost visitation privileges with her kids, was seen leaving a medical office in Beverly Hills with noticeably larger lips, and reportedly settled a hit-and-run case out of court.

None of these events are related to this post. That's the kind of week it's been for Britney Spears. You never know what comes next with her.

On her way out of the doctor's office (where she must have gotten collagen injections, as she was hiding her lips), Britney Spears ran over the foot of a celebrity gossip reporter as she drove away.

When she realized what she'd done, Britney Spears stopped her car for a second, in shock, then covered her face, started crying ... and went speeding off.

The photographer ended up breaking his foot. In this video segment captured by HollywoodTV, appropriately called "The Unfortunate Foot Incident," you can see Britney run over the dude's foot. Or at least hear it.

After she runs over his foot, a group of celebrity news personnel standing by erupt into chaos as Britney breaks into tears, a policeman attempts to contain the group on the sidewalk and general confusion ensues.

Britney Spears has settled her civil case with the owner of the car she hit in a parking lot last August, according to a source close to the case.

The L.A. City Attorney filed criminal hit and run charges against Britney. Several law enforcement sources now say Spears reached a civil settlement, so the hit and run case against her would probably be dropped shortly.

Sources say Spears has agreed to pay the owner of the parked car approximately $1,000 for damage to the vehicle plus ensuing rental car expenses.

Britney Spears has also been charged with driving without a license. That charge probably will not be dropped as a result of the civil settlement, sources say.

Recent reports claimed Spears was going to blame the celebrity news media for the incident. But it is not clear as to whether that excuse was used.

Spears still could lose the count of driving without a valid California license. A source said that Brit's attorney, Michael Flanagan, plans to present documents proving she now has a valid license, which may reduce the count to a citation.

Good thing Sam Lutfi took her to get that, finally. Here's hoping Britney can put this messy incident behind her and move on to better things: fighting helplessly for custody of her kids and wearing no pants to Starbucks.

Looks like her underwear isn't all that Britney Spears has had stripped from her this month. The train wreck has lost visitation rights with sons Sean Preston Federline, 2, and Jayden James Federline, 1, according to a court documents.

"[Britney Spears'] visitation with the two minor children is suspended pending
her compliance with court orders," the document, released today, reads.

No further explanation was given. However, on September 17, the alleged pop star was ordered to complete a long list of court requirements, including random drug testing, work on parenting with a coach, and counseling.

The ruling was handed down by L.A. Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon after K-Fed's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, requested a hearing Wednesday.

A lawyer for Britney Spears had no immediate comment.

After being temporarily stripped of custody on October 1, Britney had been given visitation rights with access every other day to Sean Preston and Jayden James.

She was then allowed an overnight visit once a week with the children after making a personal appearance in the courtroom last week.

However, it's clear that little has changed. As Tuesday Knight says, the girl just doesn't want to wear underwear. Old habits are hard to break.

Spears and Federline are required to attend the next hearing, October 26.

While the custody fight between Britney Spears and Kevin Federline plays out in court, it appears the "star" plans to expose - in the form of "music" - some of the frustration she felt in her second marriage.

According to a source, "one of the most personal songs" in Spears' newest album, Blackout, which is scheduled for an October 30 release, was written by hit singer and producer Pharrell Williams - and is all about betrayal.

Called "Why Should I Be Sad," the track makes references to money, cars, and even other women. No, Kendra Jade is not specifically named. 

As Britney Spears, 25, sings in one part of it: "It just seemed that Vegas ... only brought the playa out of you." Kevin Federline loves his Vegas, no doubt.

Pharrell Williams, 34, says of Britney Spears: "At the end of the day she is a sweet person. She's made a couple of decisions that none of us would necessarily agree with, but you try being that age and living under that kind of pressure. I wish her well. I pray for her. I hope she fares well throughout all of this craziness."

That's right, y'all. You try being 25 years old and putting on underwear each morning before you criticize Britney Spears. Got that?

A Spears source says "Why Should I Be Sad" is definitely about Britney and Kevin and "their relationship when they were married. Britney entertains the idea that she stayed home with [Sean and Jayden] while Kevin was out partying. The track will be very revealing for her fans."

Not as revealing as those upskirt pics. But close.

Looks like Britney Spears has something to get off her chest. And no, we're not talking about a pesky bra. Girl loves being topless! And wearing no underwear!

Really, just ask Tuesday Knight! But in this case, we mean it in a different way - her sweatshirt in the pic below proclaims: "F*%k Off Lover Boy." Class.

Britney Spears sends a thinly-veiled message to someone.

Who is the object of Brit's bitterness? Could it be ex husbands Kevin Federline and Jason Alexander? Or perhaps Daimon Shippen? Isaac Cohen? JR Rotem?

Regardless, the 25-year-old "singer" showed off the outfit while driving in Malibu, Calif., on October 16. The message was on the back of the jacket, which Spears was wearing backwards. No word on whether she turned it around on purpose to make a statement, or was simply confused while dressing.

The sweatshirt isn't the only incidence of Spears swearing of late. Last week, she was heard dropping the f-bomb and other choice comments at Neiman Marcus.

The train wreck then summoned her assistant, Bret, to bring her dog, London. She was told, though, that the Yorkie was at her house in Malibu - 27 miles away.

"F*%k that," Britney Spears replied. "That will take us an hour to drive there. Can't we have the dog messengered over?"

Classic Britney. Spears then went on to badmouth the judge presiding over her ongoing custody battle / trial, calling him "catty" and an "old fart" who "gets off" on "telling people what to do" and shows Britney "no respect."

Like the rest of us, a longtime friend of Britney Spears is exasperated that the singer keeps exposing herself in public.

"The underwear thing is ridiculous â€" and I've told her," Tuesday Knight, a jewelry designer who has been a friend of Britney's since 2003, tells the latest issue of In Touch Weekly.

"I've said, ‘You cannot walk into a store wearing just a shirt with your underwear off.' I've told her no one will take her seriously if she does."

Tuesday Knight believes Britney's insecurity after her divorce from Kevin Federline led to her exposing her providing us upskirt pics quite often.

"I love Britney â€" adore her â€" but she brings a lot of it on herself," says Tuesday, 38. "I've heard [fellow crotch shot queens] Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan talk about how they shock Hollywood just for fun."

"Britney has always been a good mother," she says. "I want people to know that she's the better parent, not Kevin!" Tuesday Knight adds, "Britney asked me, ‘Doesn't anybody get to see this part of me?' The answer is, no, they don't. People just read about her wearing no underwear."

Tuesday Knight blames Kevin Federline for Britney's devolution.

"I knew Britney when she and Kevin first met," Tuesday says. "She remade her entire life so it was all about him. She didn't even want to sign a prenup. Since then, I've watched her spiral downward."

Now, Britney Spears' ongoing problem of wearing no pants and flashing her baby factory could get her in even more trouble with the law.

"The rules on indecent exposure are the same for everybody," says attorney Myles Alderman Jr. of New York's Alderman & Alderman law firm, which does not represent Britney. "If you can see her exposing herself at eye level, then that would be sufficient evidence and could create a legal issue."

Before that happens, Tuesday Knight hopes that her friend will realize that she doesn't have to humiliate herself to get attention.

"Britney doesn't need to do it and she knows it's stupid," says Tuesday. "But she says that she just doesn't like to wear underwear."

The great Britney Spears was already looking for the next party as she left an LAPD police station after being booked on charges of hit-and-run and driving without a valid license in California on Monday night.

The 25-year-old pop star turned herself in for an August 6 incident in which she hit someone else's car with hers, parked and walked away without leaving a note.

At the station, Britney Spears mug shot was taken, then she was fingerprinted and released on the promise to appear in court later this month.

While exiting the police station (wearing sunglasses at night), she submitted to a quick Q&A with a CBS reporter. Needless to say, it was a riveting exchange.

Yeah. Perhaps Britney Spears should just zip it and leave all future comments to Sam Lutfi, Alli Sims or whomever her personal assistant is at that moment.

Britney Jean Spears, also known as #1020419, is 5'5" and weighs 125 pounds, her hair is brown and so are her eyes. She was officially arrested at 9:25 p.m. on Monday, October 15, and booked just one minute later.

Yes, one-time singer and venerable train wreck Britney Spears turned herself in and was booked Monday for her two driving-related misdemeanor charges.

"At around 9:25 this evening, Ms. Spears turned herself in to the Van Nuys Jail for booking," said LAPD officer Mike Lopez. "This was by court order, which is common for a misdemeanor charge."

A smiling Spears, wearing a short black dress, a black jacket and carrying a white purse, was accompanied by her good friend Sam Lufti and her lawyer J. Michael Flanagan when she surrendered at the jail.

On October 9, the "star" and "singer" was ordered by L.A. Court Commissioner Rebecca Omens to be booked. She will be arraigned for misdemeanor charges - hit-and-run causing property damage and driving without a valid license.

Spears, who is due back in court October 25, faces up to a year in jail if convicted, but Flanagan previously told People, "We're working toward a resolution of the case, but we don't have a firm deal yet." Bribes go a long way.

The charges stem from a fender bender in a San Fernando Valley parking lot on August 6. Britney Spears made a wide right turn into a parking space, scraped another car's bumper and then left without leaving a note.
