As Britney Spears continues her Circus tour (at least for now), the crazy chick arrested for sneaking onto the pop star's property last week is speaking out.

Miranda Tozier-Robbins believes things have been blown out of proportion.

Tozier-Robbins, 26, is a former American Idol hopeful who has been in Los Angeles for about a month and a half and is pursing her "career" in numerous entertainment fields, one being paparazzi-like documentary film making.

She says Britney Spears' house was simply chosen because of its convenient location as well as perfect timing - she knew that Spears would be in L.A. for her tour dates during the week and apparently her address is available online.

"The documentary is more or less just, [me] on the way to Britney's house, going on the bicycle ride, the camping out in the woods," she told E! News.

Oh, and getting immediately caught by one of Spears' team of security guards, and arrested for trespassing, booked, issued a citation and released.

While she confesses to being a big fan of the notorious Circus ring leader, Miranda Tozier-Robbins claims she meant no harm and is in no way a stalker.

"There's no obsession with Britney. Somebody else can go ahead and claim the title of Britney's stalker, because I sure as heck don't want it, you know!"

Hmm, sneaking onto her property kind of gives you a stalker vibe, Miranda. Still, sorry for the misunderstanding and good luck with the "documentary."

Forget job losses and home foreclosures. The negative effects of the economy are finally, truly being felt: it may prevent Britney Spears from touring.

Here's how:

Jamie Spears, the man with legal control over his wacky offspring, is trying to ensure his daughter's Circus Tour doesn't fold its tent. He's sought permission from a judge to expand the proceedings, which so far have resulted in a few hilarious microphone mistakes.

However, the market may interfere with these hopes.

Britney has completed half of a 49-show tour through the U.S., Canada and Great Britain; she hopes to add more dates through at least Europe and Australia.

"It hasn't yet been determined whether it's feasible to expand tours to the Europe or Australia legs," L.A. Superior Court Commissioner Reva Goetz said this week. "That will be determined in the future after everyone's seen the analysis, in terms of the economy and value of the dollar," Goetz added.

Would Spears even wanna keep entertaining audiences? For sure, says a friend.

"Britney's loving being onstage again. Health-wise, she's progressing every week, it's amazing. Britney was the single force for wanting to go on tour in the first place."

Britney Spears is currently hair-extension deep into her Circus Tour.

The singer has performed in Australia, Dallas and Vancouver, among other locales. In between, she's possibly had sex with Chase Benz and Kevin Federline.

It's a lot for a manic depressive to keep track of. Therefore, Britney can be forgiven for forgetting where the heck she is at times, such as last night in San Jose.

Following her opening set, Spears greeted fans in attendance with: What’s up Sacramento?!? Fortunately, they were too excited to notice...

The truth is, this sort of thing happens often to artists on tour or politicians on the campaign trail. Barack Obama referenced the wrong city during a speech a few months ago.

But he didn't tell those around him to "Rock out with your cocks out... motherf%*kers!"

Nor did he complain backstage, into a live mic, that his "pu%$y was hanging out!" during a dance routine.

Ding dang, Brit, those microphone thingies can be complicated pieces of technology, can't they?

Jon Eardley, the lawyer who claims Britney Spears hired him to torpedo her conservatorship, has just filed legal papers demanding that the pop star appear at a trial in which Eardley has been accused of harassing the singer and her family.

Earlier this year, Britney's father Jamie sought and obtained restraining orders against former hangers-on Sam Lutfi and Adnan Ghalib, as well as Eardley.

All three are accused of trying to undermine Jamie and the conservatorship.

The attorney claims that Britney reached out to him, however, and the sketchy voicemail that's circulating online suggests he even may be telling the truth.

With the singer set to return to Los Angeles for Circus tour concerts next week, Eardley is angling for a judge to make Britney testify in a county courtroom.

CAGED: Eardley claims Britney is held captive - by her dad - and wants out.

In his legal papers, Eardley notes that Britney will be performing at the Staples Center on April 16 and 17 (Thursday and Friday). If she's well enough to perform, she's well enough to testify on two points, the attorney argues:

1. Did she authorize him to take legal action on her behalf?
2. Did Jon Eardley really cause her "substantial emotional distress," as Jamie claims in the restraining order he has sought against him?

The judge will have to decide if Britney is competent enough to testify and if it's fair to drag her into court. You can bet Jamie will try his best to prevent that.

It would certainly be interesting, however, to hear under oath whether she has really been trying to escape the clutches of her dad, as has been rumored.

You simply never know what Britney Spears is going to do next.

In Vancouver last night, she pulled the plug on a sold-out Circus tour stop 15 minutes and three songs into her performance – inexplicably departing the stage and leaving a baffled audience in the dark for more than half an hour.

Boos ensued. Cigarette smoke was blamed.

"The building is awfully smoky," the announcer said during the unannounced hiatus. "It is uncomfortable for everyone on stage, including Ms. Spears."

People were told to extinguish cigarettes in the non-smoking building and the show would resume when the smoke cleared, the Vancouver Sun reports.

This left the fans "really pissed off," according to one concert-goer. "The break in the concert pretty much ruined it for everyone. The vibe was gone."

No word on whether she hit it with K-Fed during the break.

When she did return, the star delivered a Bollywood take on "Me Against the Music," followed by "Everytime" - during which she asked the crowd "What's up, Vancouver?" before again leaving the stage, some 90 seconds before the end of the song.

The concert concluded with Britney Spears singing her hit single, "Womanizer," and advising a still-restless crowd, "Vancouver, don't smoke weed."

What a lovable, sexy nut job.

After the show, Spears's publicist issued a statement saying "crew members above the stage became ill due to a ventilation issue." Poor Chase Benz!

Britney Spears and Kevin Federline's one red-hot sex life has been reborn, according to Star magazine, which says K-Fed has been tapping that ass in hotel suites, backstage and even in dressing rooms on the singer's Circus tour.

The celebrity gossip magazine - which only last week reported on Britney's supposed relationship with backup dancer Chase Benz - says K-Fed, who is being paid to accompany Spears and their kids on tour, has been hitting it feverishly.

"It's like they're newlyweds all over again," a family insider says. "They can't keep their hands off each other! The flings have made them both a lot happier."

Really? This seems a little hard to believe, with all the Chase Benz rumors and Britney being in the news daily for wanting to free herself from papa Jamie.

BACKSTAGE TRYSTS: Despite her rigorous touring schedule, Britney Spears has now been linked to two dudes in the past week. One of whom is her former husband.

The magazine continues, saying "Britney loves it" when Kevin puts the moves on her. That's hot. And "she definitely knows how to fan the flames" herself.

There's just one big issue - literally! - standing in the way.

That would be Kevin's new girlfriend, former volleyball star Victoria Prince, who supposedly caught Kevin boning the daylights out of Britney "on the sly."

Victoria Prince "caught him with his hand in the cookie jar," says a source.

We just hope his "hand" was protected. That "cookie jar" definitely does not need to produce another little "cookie" for Sean and Jayden to play with.

It’s not exactly breaking news that Britney Spears finds her father Jamie Spears' conservatorship of practically everything in her life a little difficult at times.

In fact, rumors swirled last week that Britney teamed up with Sam Lutfi and Adnan Ghalib to torpedo the conservatorship - even calling a lawyer to do so.

A voicemail left for an attorney and the sworn testimony of Lutfi's sister, Christina, corroborate this, although Jamie remains firmly in control for now.

Today, though, the UK’s Star magazine claims their relationship has gotten so bad, she’s trying to end her Circus tour early and has forced him to take a vacation.

He's considering obliging, too, according to this account: “He’ll give Britney her space for a few weeks, if everything goes smoothly,” the magazine reports.

PROTECTOR-IN-CHIEF: No word on how Jamie feels about Chase Benz.

Claims that Britney has been speaking to lawyers to end Jamie's control have taken a toll on her well-being, people close to her say, and the impact is measurable:

“[Her people] are scared she’s headed for a breakdown. Britney blames this tour for making her feel insecure. She feels none of her performances are good enough.”

Racking up another ten, maybe twenty grand at least in legal fees, Britney Spears' lawyers were back in court yesterday for a conservatorship hearing.

These are usually fairly routine arguments about money - but this hearing could mean Britney Spears is taking her tour to Australia. Hide the Fosters!

Lawyers raised the idea of expanding Britney Spears' Circus tour to include dates in Australia and Europe, bringing the hotness to the whole world.

Currently Britney's tour dates are in the U.S. and Canada, with a few dates in London in June. Because she is under the control of her father Jamie Spears and attorney Andrew Wallet, all such moves must be okayed by the court.

Jamie's control has been a point of contention lately, with reports surfacing that Britney even conspired with Sam Lutfi to break free of the conservatorship.

Nothing was decided upon re: the tour, with a new hearing set for April 14. We can only hope Australia and Europe are treated to images such as these, from Britney's show in Minneapolis. You can even make out Chase Benz in one!
