Boston Marathon bombing suspect Tamerlan Tsarnaev has been buried in an undisclosed location outside the city of Worcester, Mass., police said.

Not surprisingly, this occurred after a lengthy search to find a community willing to take the body of the brother of Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, who is in custody.

Worcester police said in a statement:

"As a result of our public appeal for help, a courageous and compassionate individual came forward to provide the assistance needed to properly bury the deceased."

Sgt. Kerry Hazelhurst said the suspect's body was no longer in Worcester and is now entombed. Police did not specify where the body was taken.

National Rifle Association CEO Wayne LaPierre has sparked controversy, again, this time by linking the Boston bombing to the ongoing gun control debate.

In the NRA chief's view, it all boils down to a simple, rhetorical question:

"How many Bostonians wish they had a gun two weeks ago?"

"Imagine living in a large metro area where lawful firearms ownership is heavily regulated and discouraged," he said at the annual NRA convention in Houston.

"Imagine waking up to a phone call from the police, warning that a terrorist event is occurring outside and ordering you to stay inside your home."

Dzhokhar Tsarnaev has a growing fan base on Tumblr apparently.

Up until last week, "One Direction Infection" was a Tumblr blog created and maintained by an eighth grader devoted to the British boy band heart throbs.

Now, it's devoted to the Boston Marathon bombing suspect.

Dzhokhar Tsarnaev Tumblr

Jahar, as Dzhokhar Tsarnaev's friends and Twitter followers call him, has amassed a pretty huge following for a man charged with terrorism and WMD use.

He has his own hashtag, #FreeJahar, on Twitter, while thousands of Tumblr and Facebook fans closely follow his case and discuss his "innocence."

Beyond the boilerplate Boston bombing conspiracy theories that claim he's the fall guy or the whole thing is a hoax, there are other reasons for his appeal.

Bill Maher closed out his most recent show with an appeal to those worked up about Dzhokhar Tsarnaev and how the Boston bombing suspect should be dealt with.

Maher said the U.S. is overzealous when it comes to reacting to terrorist "losers," and declared that such miscreants shouldn't "scare us into overreacting."

He also sent a message directly to conservatives who seem to be suggesting that the U.S. justice system can't be trusted to handle Tsarnaev properly.

Maher dismissed talk of labeling him as an enemy combatant, and mocked Tsarnaev, who "could not foresee that the Boston Marathon would be photographed."

He likened labeling everyone who commits horrible acts an enemy combatant to calling everyone who makes porn a "porn star" (cough, Farrah Abraham).

Three more suspects have been taken into custody in the Boston Marathon bombings, city police said in a surprising development Wednesday.

The Boston Police made the announcement in a tweet this morning.

Boston Marathon Explosion

Offering no details, they said more would soon follow. Police spokeswoman Cheryl Fiandaca confirmed the tweet but referred all questions to the FBI.

Three people were killed and more than 260 injured on April 15.

Suspect Tamerlan Tsarnaev died in a gunfight with police three days later. His brother, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, was captured and is in a hospital prison.

It was widely believed that the brothers acted alone in plotting and carrying out the terrorist attack, so the basis for the new arrests should be very interesting.

UPDATE: Prosecutors say Dias Kadyrbayev, 19, and Azamat Tazbayakov, 19, tried to conceal and destroy a laptop and fireworks belonging to Tsarnaev.

Dzhokhar Tsarnaev has been moved from a Boston hospital into a Massachusetts prison 40 miles outside the city, where he will remain for now.

The Fort Devens, Mass., prison’s website describes it as a facility for male inmates who need specialized or long-term medical or mental health care.

The captured Boston bombing suspect qualifies.

Dzhokhar Tsarnaev's condition was recently upgraded from serious to fair, and he has been responding to questions from investigators in writing.

He recently revealed - allegedly - that he and his brother also planned to bomb Times Square with a half-dozen bombs they had remaining with them.

A body pulled from the water just offshore in a Providence, R.I., park was that of Sunil Tripathi, a Brown University student missing since last month.

Tripathi was identified through a forensic dental exam. He was just 22.

A cause of death has not been determined, but the news puts an end to the mystery of his disappearance, which became doubly painful for his family.

Amateur online sleuths wrongly identified him as a possible suspect in the Boston Marathon bombings. Of course, this turned out not to be the case.

The surviving suspect, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, initially told investigators that they planned to go to New York to party after the Boston attack, the officials said.

The New York police commissioner also gave a similar account.

Under questioning, the officials said, Tsarnaev said that he and his deceased brother, Tamerlan Tsarnaev, discussed a follow-up attack on Times Square.

Glenn Beck sparked controversy this week by alleging a conspiracy and cover up may have taken place regarding the April 15 Boston Marathon bombings.

His Boston Marathon bombing conspiracy does not suggest the whole thing was staged by actors (some believe this), but rests upon this belief:

There is more to the initial Saudi national suspect than we're being told, and the U.S. government may be hiding his involvement in this or other terrorist acts.

Abdul Rahman Ali Alharbi, a Saudi national, was cleared of involvement in the bombings after briefly being detained in the aftermath of the blast.

It was discovered that his visa to stay in the U.S. had expired, however, and he may soon be deported. Beck is challenging why, for a variety of reasons.

Boston Marathon bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev has told investigators that he and his brother were not directed by a foreign terrorist organization.

Instead, the two were “self-radicalized” and motivated to kill, in part, by U.S. wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, the Washington Post reported Tuesday.

Jahar Tsarnaev

The 19-year-old Dzhokhar Tsarnaev admitted his role in the brutal terrorist attack to investigators questioning him in his hospital bed, the report said.

Tsarnaev, who has a gunshot wound to the throat and was sedated, responded in writing. He also suffered gunshot wounds to the head, neck, legs and hand.

Tsarnaev's condition is improving, the FBI said on Tuesday. The college student is now listed in fair condition at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.
