The Commonwealth of Massachusetts has put Bobby Brown on notice.

The next time the R&B singer and renowned deadbeat sets foot in the cradle of the American Revolution, he could be walking straight into a jail cell.

A judge just issued a warrant for the jackass' arrest after he failed to appear in court, reportedly for flaking out on child support payments. Again.

According to the Boston Herald, Brown hasn't forked over $45,000 in child support payments for the two teenage children he had with Kim Ward.

Hopefully Scott Disick is paying attention.

Bobby Brown is staring at another mug shot in Massachusetts.

Brown is required to pay $5,000 in child support per month for the kids, Bobby Jr. and Laprincia, who live with his ex-girlfriend Ward in Stoughton, Mass.

It's not the first time Brown has been in hot water for being a serial deadbeat - dude spent four days in the slammer in 2007 for missing child support.

Not to be deterred, Brown welcomed his fifth child in June. The mother is Bobby Brown’s longtime girlfriend and sometime manager Alicia Etheridge.

He also has a 16-year-old daughter, Bobbi Kristina Houston-Brown, with his former wife, musical collaborator and punching bag Whitney Houston.

With every little step he takes, Bobby Brown knocks up another girlfriend.

This time, the honor fell to Alicia Etheridge, who gave birth to Brown's fifth child a few days ago.

"I just had a little baby boy!" Brown said during a performance at the Rok nightclub in the New York New York Hotel last night. "His name is Cassius... he was born four days ago."

Brown broke up with Whitney Houston in 2006. They have one daughter, 15-year-old Bobbi Kristina.

Meanwhile, the singer's prerogative has been to impregnante other females, as well. He has three children from previous relationships: Landon, LaPrincia and Bobby Jr.

Anyone out there wanna purchase a box of condoms for Bobby?

In a few months, Bobby Brown will be able to field a basketball team with his set of children.

The singer and longtime girlfriend Alicia Etheridge are expecting a baby, Brown's agent Ravi Dabiesingh told Us Weekly. It will be the fifth for the singer.

"Yes, Bobby is expecting his fifth child from Alicia," Dabiesingh said. "There aren't too many details out there right now, but we do know he is very excited, as Bobby is big on family. The sex of the baby is not known yet, and we can confirm she is four months along."

Brown split with Whitney Houston in 2006. They have one daughter, 15-year-old Bobbi Kristina. He also has a trio of kids from other relationships: Landon, LaPrincia and Bobby Jr.

Don't cry for Ray J.

While his ex-girlfriend and sex tape costar Kim Kardashian has moved on with Reggie Bush, Brandy's little brother is doing alright for himself: he's having sex with Whitney Houston and taunting Bobby Brown about it.

In Ray J's album "All I Feel" (we'll give you a moment to digest the fact that Ray J has made an album), he sings the song "Boyfriend." In it, there are clear lyrics directed at Houston's ex-husband:

Is that your wife, is that your shorty, well I'm her boyfriend... I think the problem is you don't beat it right... Making love is cool, just pull her hair sometimes.

As you can see, Ray J makes up for a lack of a rhyme scheme with words of wisdom from which we all can learn.

It looks like the prerogative of Bobby Brown is to snort cocaine.

Unfortunately for this washed up singer and father, Massachusetts police aren't cool with that.

The ex-husband of Whitney Houston will appear in in a Boston area court on February 19 for a closed-door clerk's hearing on whether he should be charged with possession of cocaine or not.

The show-cause hearing stems from an incident in Brockton, MA on December 1 when authorities were called to a hotel for a report of a disturbance.

According to state police spokesman Sgt. Robert Bousquet, when state police arrived at the hotel, troopers spoke with Brown. Allegedly, drugs were confiscated on the scene and the singer actually asked the trooper if he could "use discretion" and not charge him.

Shockingly, the cop did not comply.

Bobby Brown, whose divorce from Whitney Houston became final in April, is back to his old ways.

No, actually we don't mean not paying child support.

We're talking about him macking on the ladies!

"I'm dating, so it's not like I'm single," Brown, 40, told People at Stereo by the Shore in Southampton, N.Y. on Saturday.

How profound. Thank you, Bobby Brown. In related news, Britney Spears is, like, at rock bottom, y'all, so it's not like she's on cloud nine.

Asked whom he was dating, the frequently-jailed "My Prerogative" singer replied, "My friend," and looked over at the woman holding his hand.

And it wasn't Karrine Steffans holding his hand, people.

A source at the club identified Brown's companion as Alicia Etheridge. A second source close to the singer confirmed to People that he is indeed dating Etheridge.

Alicia Etheridge's claim to fame, besides combining the names of other famous people Melissa Etheridge and Alicia Silverstone, is being past president of the M. Gray Music Academy, Macy Gray's after-school music program.

"They were kissing in the car," says a source who observed the cute couple before they headed into the club, where besides his signature song, Bobby Brown also performed "Every Little Step."

The pair - who apparently got together this month, a source says - stayed at the event until 3 a.m. and did in the club what they were doing in the car: kissing.

Gross as this is, it's a lot better than what Lindsay Lohan does in the car. We're talking about drinking and drugs!

The prerogative here is a fast divorce.

Sorry. The long-overdue dissolution of Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown was approved on Wednesday and will become final on April 24.

In addition, Orange County, Calif., Judge Franz E. Miller awarded custody of the couple's 14-year-old daughter, Bobbi Christina Brown, to Houston.

Brown, 40, and Houston, 43, have been married for 14 years, some of which were not so bad.

At times dabbing her eyes with a tissue during the court session, Whitney Houston testified that she did not require spousal or child support and that Bobbi Kristina could not depend on her father.

"He's unreliable," Houston said of Brown. "If he says he's going to come, sometimes he does. Usually he doesn't."

Yes, calling Bobby Brown unreliable is like calling the sky blue, Sanjaya Malakar an awful singer or Kristin Cavallari hot. But we understand Whitney's point.

Houston declined to comment to reporters after the hearing. Attorney Ram Cogan, representing Brown (who did not attend the hearing, really driving Houston's point home), will file a petition on behalf of his client to overturn the judge's decision.

Whitney Houston filed for legal separation from Bobby Brown on September 8, and then filed for divorce in mid-October.

On December 28, she requested a default judgment to fast-track the dissolution of the marriage.

Since their separation, Houston has been recording a new album with J Records president Clive Davis in Los Angeles. And possibly doing the nasty with Ray J.

Brown, meanwhile, has kept a low profile after being seen last fall along with Mekhi Phifer and Stacey Dash on the Los Angeles film set of Nora's Hair Salon II. But just days after the split from his wife, Brown told People, "I'm really saddened by the whole situation."

On February 25, Brown was arrested and jailed in Massachusetts after failing to appear in court and pay child support fines. He owed money to ex-girlfriend Kim Ward, who lives in Massachusetts and with whom he has two teen children: LaPrincia and Bobby III.

He was released after paying $19,150 and spending three nights in the Norfolk County jail. No word on whether Karrine Steffans posted bail.

We love when crazy ex's get together, smile for the cameras, put aside petty issues such as Karrine Steffans and celebrate as a family.

That's exactly what Bobby Brown and Whitney Houston recently did, as they spent a night on the town together alongside birthday girl - and daughter - Bobbi Kristina.

It's nice to see former drug addicts getting along.

It's far too late, however, for this pair to be included in any of our cuteness comparisons.

We'd take Tobey Maguire and Jennifer Meyer over Bob and Whit any time.

It was just days ago that Bobby Brown was on top of the world. Or, as much on top of the world as a former drug user with relationship problems and no career can be.

But now, the singer is back behind bars for failing to pay child support. Again.

Moreover, TMZ reports that Brown remains at Norfolk County House of Corrections in Massachusetts because "he can't afford to pay his debt."

In an exclusive conversation with Brown's attorney, Phaedra Parks, TMZ was told that the former New Edition member is scrambling to figure out a way to come up with the $19,100 he owes in back child support payments to Kim Ward, the mother of two of his children.

Yes, that would be on top of the daughter he has with Whitney Houston.

And the baby reportedly on the way with Karrine Steffans.

It seems to us that Bobby needs to learn how to use a condom about as much as Antonella Barba needs to learn how to delete pictures from her camera.

"Mr. Brown is not financially able to make the payment to court," said Parks, adding that she is currently making her "best effort" to work out some sort of deal with the court.

Whitney's ex could always consider a payday loan, although such a resource does stick you with an interest rate almost as high as Mischa Barton. Good luck with that, Bob.

Life as Bobby Brown isn't all bad.

Sure, sometimes you don't pay child support.

And other times you get Karrine Steffans pregnant.

But, hey, you get to remain friends with your washed up singer of a wife!

"We're trying to work everything out so the divorce goes right â€" not like a Hollywood divorce," Brown said about he and Whitney Houston. "We're friends, you know. We're friends."

Brown and Houston are the parents of Bobbi Kristina - and the singer added: "I'm really looking forward to her doing her thing, and me doing my thing. And that's raising a child. It's beautiful. Our child is beautiful."

The same can be said of the sex tape Whitney's new boyfriend, Ray J, made with his ex, Kim Kardashian. So we've heard, that is.

Houston filed for divorce from Brown in October after 14 years of marriage, and petitioned in December to fast-track the divorce. However, the estranged couple shared a dinner together with Bobbi Kristina in West Hollywood on Feb. 11.

"It has brought us closer together, always," Brown told People magazine of parenthood. "We have been close because of who we are together, and what that child means to us. She's the greatest thing in both of our lives. We just appreciate each other now that we know the direction that we both want to go."

Asked if he was dating any new women, Brown said: "There's a few."

We're sure there are. What woman could resist a possibly cheating drug addict that has garnered sympathy from Mike Tyson?

Brown is almost a more desirable bachleor than Lorenzo Borghese with that pedigree.
