Amber Portwood is looking good these days, and not just because she's no longer forced to wear an orange jumpsuit and can sleep without fear of being shanked.

The reformed Teen Mom is celebrating her freedom by creating a new look for herself, and it's a great one! Check out the difference in hair and makeup:

  • Amber Portwood Makeover
  • Amber Portwood Mug Shot (New)

After serving 17 months behind bars, Portwood was released from prison earlier in November, and quickly ditched her previous "mug shot" makeup.

Her post-prison makeover definitely gives her a softer look.

Amber Portwood recently reunited with daughter Leah and baby daddy Gary Shirley (not in the romantic sense) and is trying to get her life together.

So far, so good, and we can only hope she keeps this up.

She also got herself some new clothes (hopefully not at Aeropostale), and no longer uses homemade, prison-style hairspray. Really, it's all looking up.

To note just how big an improvement this is ... see below:

Jessica Hart is very high on her occupation.

And not very high on Taylor Swift.

Speaking to Women's Wear Daily following the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show - which was held Wednesday in New York City - Jessica Hart had harsh words for the singer who performed at the event.

Asked if Swift could be a model for the famous lingerie company, Hart simply said "no" and then elaborated:

"I think she’s great. But, I don’t know, to me, she didn’t fit. I don’t know if I should say that.”

Kat Von D's signature lipstick line, Celebutard, has been yanked by Sephora after sparking major controversy with its name. Yes, it's really called that.

  • Celebutard
  • Von D in the Hee Zee

The mega-makeup retailer has pulled her lipstick shade after backlash from customers, particularly mothers of children with developmental issues.

The Celebutard lipstick, a creamy beige shade of Painted Love Lipstick by Kat Von D, started gaining buzz (not in a good way) on social media last week.

Groups such as Down Syndrome Uprising, Family Member, Inclusion BC and All About Developmental Disabilities voiced their dismay over the name.

The managing editor of Age of Autism lamented the fact that "'Retard' is still bandied about" and that such a name was even given the green light.

It seems safe to say that Robyn Lawley has transcended the plus-size world.

With each gig and interview, the Australian beauty is fostering a positive dialogue - with her words and her actual modeling - in the industry as a whole.

Robyn Lawley's inclusive message is pretty loud and clear in her latest photoshoot for Cosmopolitan Australia, where she poses in a variety of bikinis.

Appearing in the December 2013 issue, the 24-year-old poses in patterned two-pieces, vintage-inspired one-piece styles and items from her own collection.

You'd be hard-pressed to find anyone who'd say a size 0 model could have done a better job than Robyn, whose double-digit size has made headlines.

The world took notice when an eye-opening time-lapse video showing how an image can be so drastically changed using only Photoshop went viral last week.

Now the woman in question has been identified.

Sally Gifford Piper, the 36-year-old model in the video, and her husband Tim Piper, who directed it, spoke to ET about why they created it in 2011.

“I feel really angry about the pressure on women and the reality is that most of us don’t look like these perfect women,” Sally said of her "Body Evolution."

"I think that there needs to be a celebration of all different shapes and sizes. And we need to see more variety and I’m determined to fight for that.”

Every celebrity except Jamie Lee Curtis. All of the Kardashians. Britney Spears. The girl next door. What do they have in common now?

Photoshop. The contentious and powerful editing tool employed by magazines, photographers, celebrities, and regular people alike to sell visions of perfection which don't actually exist in the real world.

See for yourself:

In just one minute, this model, an average, blonde, normal looking person, turned into someone resembling a mash-up of grown up JonBenet Ramsey and Bombshell Barbie.

Her neck! Her eyes! HER FEET. They lengthened her feet!! NOT EVEN HER FEET WERE GOOD ENOUGH.

People.

Jennifer Lawrence is gorgeous and flawless in new campaign photos for Dior, with her stunningly real looks more evident than ever in minimal makeup.

Featured in the fall-winter issue of Dior magazine, the 23-year-old can be seen in several black-and-white photos by photographer Mikael Jansson:

The Catching Fire actress models fitted menswear-inspired blazers, trousers and winter coats, showcasing her enviable figure and natural beauty.

Lawrence hasn't always been confident in her own skin. She told Harper's Bazaar UK that she was criticized for her weight when she was younger.

"It was just the kind of s--t that actresses go through. Somebody told me I was fat, that I was going to get fired if I didn't lose a certain amount of weight," she shared.

The actress said she was shown Jennifer Lawrence pictures in which she was "basically naked" and "told to use them as motivation for my diet."

Safe to say she doesn't need to change in the least ...

An artist's rendition of what Barbie would look like without makeup is going viral online, and for good reason. The classic all-American girl doll looks natural!

Well, mostly. Ridiculous body proportions aside.

Take a look at Barbie with no make up below ...

Barbie With No Makeup

While Barbie's face is still freakishly out of proportion with your average young woman's, she does look a bit more human without the blue eye shadow.

Take away that, the lipstick, the penciled-in eyebrows and the fake eyelashes and what do you have? A doll that looks a lot more like the girl next door, for sure.
