The cast of VH1's Basketball Wives is making it clear to the network that they would like a pay raise. Now. Either they get it or they walk, sources say.

BBW Cast

Filming for BBW Season 5 is underway, but Shaunie O'Neal, Evelyn Lozada, Tami Roman and Suzie Ketcham currently do not have contracts.

The actually-unmarried wives are in the process of renegotiating their contracts and want big raises, claiming the show does VERY well for VH1.

Basketball Wives: LA is canning four of its six cast members, according to reports.

Yes, that is actually a real show on VH1 apparently.

Basketball Wives Los Angeles Cast

Draya Michele and Jackie Christie (second and third from left) will return. Everyone else? Gone.

Gloria Govan, Laura Govan, Malaysia Pargo and Brooke Bailey were all fired because the wives, Gloria in particular, weren't allowing "all of their reality to be filmed."

Kenya Bell of Basketball Wives is no longer a basketball wife.

Not that the VH1 show ever lived up to its title (baby mamas is more like it), but now it's even less so as Kenya's marriage to Charlie Bell is now kaput.

The Bells were in a bitter battle over money, with him asking her for support (she's the one getting paid now) and her looking for a cut of his savings.

Charlie and Kenya Bell

A settlement was reached in which Charlie must pay $1,000 a month in child support, but they will share custody and neither will pay spousal support.

Charlie and Kenya Bell have two daughters together.

Kenya was awarded $780,000 from Charlie's savings, leaving him with $656,000, along with half of the $670,000 he had saved in another account.

She also gets half of his NBA 401k plan, NBA retirement plan, NBA pension, NBA welfare plan and NBA benefit plan, plus one of their two homes.

Charlie Bell gets none of her future Basketball Wives money. Not a bad deal for Kenya, considering she came at Charlie with a box cutter last year.

Safe to say Chad Johnson missed Evelyn Lozada's interview on Nightline.

The Basketball Wives star told ABC she hasn't spoken to her hubs since the "humiliating" incident in which Chad head-butted her, and probably won't again.

“I would like for him to tell me he got help and that he’s working on himself,” said Evelyn, adding that her husband "made a bad choice that destroyed his life."

Ocho, meanwhile, just got a new tattoo of Evelyn's FACE on his leg:

Chad Johnson Evelyn Lozada Tattoo

Fans, not surprisingly, were a bit confused as to why Chad would get the tattoo, given the fact that Evelyn filed for divorce after six weeks of marriage.

The former Miami Dolphin was not happy with the Twitter inquiries.

When @TeeSplash101 wrote "I really want to know why @ochocinco tatted Evelyn's face on his leg post divorce," Chad responded "Divorce? Child please... that's my WIFE."

Then, after @CCHx3REH asked "I thought she filed for divorce tho?", Johnson replied "I dont give a flying pretzel in skittle rainbow hell what she filed for..."

Chad Johnson, everybody. Here's Ev's interview on Nightline:

Evelyn Lozada has filed to divorce Chad Johnson, not even six weeks after they got married. She filed legal documents just moments ago in Florida.

Caiming her marriage is "irretrievably broken," Evelyn was clearly motivated by the fight this weekend that led to her man's domestic violence arrest.

Even before the fight went nuclear - he's accused of head-butting her (listen to the Chad Johnson 911 call here) - the union was on shaky ground.

Lozada allegedly found a receipt for condoms in the duo's car and flew off the handle, resulting in an altercation that landed the football player behind bars.

There was no coming to his defense afterward, either. Instead, Evelyn Lozada ripped him in the media for not taking responsibility for his actions.

According to the divorce documents, the couple had a prenuptial agreement in place. Good thing for Johnson, as he's also out of an NFL job now.

Evelyn and Chad got married in St. Maarten in July 4, with the wedding filmed for their VH1 reality show ... which was canceled before it even aired.

The only person with reason to smile now? Kim Kardashian. Compared to Ev & Ocho, her marriage looks like a long-lasting, non-violent success.

Sayonara, Ev & Ocho. Chad Johnson and Evelyn Lozada's upcoming reality show has been cancelled by VH1 in the wake of Chad's arrest for domestic violence.

The Basketball Wives spinoff was set to debut September 3.

But now, after Chad was arrested for head-butting Evelyn Lozada, even VH1 proved it has some standards, yanking Ev & Ocho from its schedule immediately.

Ochocinco and Evelyn Lozada

Hope that text isn't from Chad's side piece.

The network said in a statement Monday: "Due to unfortunate events over the weekend and the seriousness of the allegations, VH1 is pulling the series 'Ev and Ocho' from its schedule and has no current plans of airing it."

The show was to follow the couple's relationship from dating to engagement, but after the condom-inspired argument, we'll never get to see the magic.

VH1 billed it as "the journey of a charismatic and passionate couple's every step, as they prepare to walk down the aisle and into each other's hearts forever."

Or into Broward County Jail as it turned out.

Johnson, who changed his surname back from Ochocinco this summer, was also released by the Dolphins already, making him all kinds of unemployed.

Chad Johnson and Evelyn Lozada apparently argued, on VH1's Basketball Wives, about his propensity for cheating - and whether or not he protects his piece - years before their alleged, violent altercation last weekend.

Basically, she told him that if he's going to cheat, at least have the decency to wrap that thing up first ... an ironic statement considering a condom receipt allegedly led to Chad Johnson heat-butting Evelyn Lozada Saturday.

The NFL All-Star was released by the Miami Dolphins a day after his arrest for domestic violence against Lozada, leaving his career in limbo.

Maybe he should have seen it coming, since Chad, who wed Lozada July 4, postponed the wedding over alleged cheating rumors once before.

She was also well aware of Ocho's wandering eyes ... and other body parts. Evelyn sat the father of four kids (none by her) down for a talk before the big day.

Chad Johnson (formerly Chad Ochocinco) was arrested last night for domestic violence. The alleged victim was his wife, Basketball Wives' Evelyn Lozada.

The NFL star is accused of head-butting Lozada during an argument.

Police arrived at the scene to find her with lacerations on her forehead; Lozada went to the hospital for treatment. Crazy. So what started the incident?

Chad Johnson (Ochocinco) Mug Shot

According to TMZ, the fight started over condoms in Chad's car. Seriously.

Evelyn Lozada apparently found a receipt for them (not sure which brand or what size) in the couple's Maserati and confronted him about it.

An argument broke out and Chad head-butted Evelyn. The football star reportedly told the cops he butted heads with his wife by accident.

Johnson was in custody in Davie, Fla., as of 8:45 p.m. last night and will have to go before a judge before he can be released on bond.

It's possible he could be there until tomorrow morning. Stay tuned.

Lozada married Chad Ochocinco - who changed his named back to Johnson so his wife wouldn't have to take the name Ochocinco - on July 4.

For what it's worth, the couple briefly called off their wedding earlier this year, allegedly amid rumors of his cheating, before reconciling.

UPDATE: Johnson has been released from jail - and released by the Miami Dolphins, who cut the star 24 hours after this story broke.

Evelyn Lozada and Chad Ochocinco tied the knot in Miami, Fla., on the Fourth of July as friends, family and of course VH1's cameras looked on.

The reality star, 36, and the NFL player, 34, said their vows for their VH1 show, Eve and Ocho, debuting in September. Yes, that's a real show.

The football star also live tweeted portions of his big day, allowing his 3.5 million Twitter followers to gain access to his pre-ceremony planning.

Once the ceremony wrapped, Ochocinco updated his profile pic to show off an image of his and Evelyn Lozada's wedding rings. Ah, 21st Century romance.

"How many times is Eve gonna change outfits... Is this normal to have more than 1 outfit besides the wedding gown?" Ochocinco jokingly tweeted.

Getting married to the Basketball Wives star on July 4 was in part a calculated move, Chad admits, "so I'd never forget our damn anniversary."

After (mostly) enjoying a two-year engagement and weathering some ups and downs - such as briefly calling off the wedding - the couple is on cloud nine.

Says Evelyn of her new husband:

"We have a true friendship. And he can keep up with my mouth! I'm very verbal, and say what I think and feel. He's the same way. He makes me laugh."
