The most popular names of 2013 have been revealed, and despite some trendy new entries, it doesn't look like traditional choices are going anywhere.

With the exception of Madison, which has been replaced by Emily, all of the 10 highest ranking girls' names are the same as they were in 2012.

There were no newcomers on the top 10 boys' list at all.

Cute Baby

Sophia continues a four-year reign as the number one girls' name, while Aiden has been kicked down to number two behind Jackson among boys.

Although they may not be in the top ten, other naming patterns emerged in the past 11 months that prove not everyone wants the common one.

Based on a BabyCenter survey, the Duck Dynasty stars and HBO's Girls influenced name trends. As did "Skyler" and "Jesse" from Breaking Bad.

Follow the jump for the 100 most popular baby names of 2013 for both boys and girls ... can you guess what they are? And would you use them?

The year isn't over yet, but the most popular baby names of 2013 thus far have been revealed, with some notable results that may surprise parents.

Kim Kardashian Baby Photo

George, which didn’t rank in the Top 100 names for 2012, has vaulted up to #52 in the past three months, thanks to royal baby Prince George.

Still, he's got a long way to go to catch Asher, a surprising #1 on the boys' side. For girls, Imogen's lead over longtime favorite Charlotte is growing.

Among unisex names, Rowan is the new leader, growing in popularity among children of both genders and claiming the unisex crown from Quinn.

Celebrities have a big influence on the new popularity lists. Thanks to Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, North ranks seventh among unisex names.

Follow the jump for the Top 10 baby names in all three categories:

At least it's not Apple.

Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez have announced the name of their newborn son, with sources confirming to People that it is Maceo-Robert.

The actress and the French actor, who wed this summer, welcomed their first child last Friday (Berry is also the mother to three-year old daughter Nahla, courtesy of her former relationship with Gabriel Aubry.)

So, what's behind the name?

"Maceo" is of Spanish origin and translates to "gift of God," while the addition of the hyphenated Robert is meant to give the child on foot in America and one in France, according to an insider.

Neither Berry not Martinez have confirmed the moniker, but a friend of the latter's posted it on her blog. That's good enough for us!

North West.

It's an odd name, even the most ardent of Kim Kardashian supporters must agree.

But in a new clip from Keeping Up with the Kardashians, we get an idea of why Kim and Kanye West went with this moniker for their young daughter.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West Strolling

See, they were thinking about a K name, but... "then they'll call us the KKK," Kim told her siblings (aboard a yacht in Greece, of course) a few months ago in footage captured by E!

Watch the family debate various possibilities now and then wonder along with us, THGers: Where are those Kim Kardashian baby photos?!?

Britain is about to be overrun by Georges now that the Royal Baby name has been announced, with a surge in popularity of at least 32 percent expected.

Kate Middleton, Prince William and Baby

Royal baby names are always trend-setters, and George - just as William and Harry were three decades ago - will likely be no exception in 2014.

The UK can expect at least 1,400 more baby Georges to be born this coming year, reaching approximately 5,740 in total, versus the past year.

That would push George, the son of Kate Middleton and Prince William, from 12th to fourth place on the list of most popular boy names nationwide.

After months of speculation, the Royal Baby betting market is officially closed:

HRH The Prince of Cambridge now has a name: George Alexander Louis!

The 31-year-old Kate Middleton gave birth to the prince on Monday, and the couple took him home from the hospital last night, just over 24 hours later.

Not before providing us with some precious Royal Baby photos, fortunately.

The couple confirmed the Royal Baby's name on Twitter moments ago:

"The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are delighted to announce that they have named their son George Alexander Louis," Clarence House confirmed.

Prince William and Kate Middleton welcomed the Royal Baby Monday.

Maybe you heard that. It's a healthy baby boy, weighing 8 lbs., 6 oz.

As for the little heir's name, that has not been released at this time.

Royalty

It's unclear when it will be, or if they've even chosen one, but bookmakers say George has the best odds (yes, people have placed bets on this for months).

Other fan favorite choices so far include James, Phillip and Edward.

While it's still anyone's guess what the Royal Baby name is, you can assume it will be traditional. No Apple, Cricket or North West for these two. Call it a hunch.

Until we know for sure, it's up to you to vote, THGers! Tell us below:

What should Prince William and Kate Middleton name their son?

North West, you may be off the hook.

The name chosen for Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's baby girl has been widely panned, but it's certainly got celebrity company in that arena now.

Busy Philipps has named her new baby Cricket, which likely mimics the sound she's likely to hear when she reveals this fact on play dates at the park.

The actress, who said she "looked to the skies" in naming her first-born daughter Birdie, found inspiration a little closer to earth the second time around.

Cricket arrived July 2. Philipps herself tweeted the news on July 3, writing, "So this happened" alongside a blurry but beautiful picture of the newborn.

Maybe the name is meant to encourage her to nap? We may never know.

Five days after Kim Kardashian gave birth to a baby girl, the new arrival's name has been revealed at last ... and it's guaranteed to surprise their fans.

North West! Or Nori for short! Seriously!

A close source added that the "birth certificate is already out," and that the little baby girl, born five weeks early on Saturday, has no middle name.

Just North West, people. Represent.

"They will call her Nori for short," says a family insider, who denied the seemingly fitting Kaidence Donda West rumor earlier in the week.

Looks like Kaidence, while unique, was still too conventional. Kimye shocked everyone with the mere fact that the baby name does not start with K!

In any case, Lil North was born ahead of schedule June 15 at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Beverly Hills, and everybody is healthy and happy.

Thrown off and scrambling to monetize this, but healthy and happy.

What do you think of the name North West?

The Kim Kardashian baby name game just took an alarming new twist as a source claims that not only is Kaidence not the little girl's moniker, but ... wait for it ...

Her name does not even start with K!

Kanye West Bangs Head

From the moment Kanye West announced that he got the 32-year-old reality star pregnant, we've speculated on the future Kim Kardashian baby name.

Now that the beautiful baby girl - who's already smiling! - is here, speculation is at a fever pitch. We still don't know it, but Us wants to make this clear:

She is not Kaidence Donda West.
