Looks like those Audrina Patridge-Ryan Cabrera rumors are legit.

Well, at least legit in the sense that they're chilling, hand-in-hand.

In a photo obtained by Us Weekly, The Hills star and the musician held hands at the Casa Dorada Los Cabos Resort and Spa in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, Monday ...

Audrina Patridge celebrated New Year's at the posh resort, and The Hills star took Cabrera back just three weeks later. Are things heating up between them?

The couple, who dated several years ago, rekindled things about three weeks ago. The were spotted getting cozy catching Rock of Ages on Broadway in NYC.

"Ryan is a great guy," a pal says. "Audrina is having fun!"

Most famously linked to Justin "Bobby" Brescia, a co-star from The Hills, Audzo broke up with Aussie BMX racer Corey Bohan after two months in October.

Serial dater Audrina Patridge and Ryan Cabrera were spotted trying to hide in the back of a car leaving West Hollywood's Wonderland nightclub last night.

A source said singer Ryan, who's sporting some serious Pauly D hair, and The Hills star were spotted getting cozy together during their night at the club.

According to reports, the pair had also been spotted together on Sunday at a performance of Broadway's "Rock of Ages." Maybe there's something to it!

Then again, it's Audrina Patridge. She's pretty much the queen of on-off quasi-dating. As long as it's not with Justin-Bobby, though, that's all good ...

It's a new year, and a new Audrina Patridge, who says she's ready to get in touch with her inner self. Hey, better than Heidi Montag's plastic surgery.

"I want to try yoga this year," The Hills star said while walking in West Hollywood last week. "I just want to try something stress-free and spiritual."

Although the 24-year-old reality star didn't divulge what was stressing her out, she lamented that she hasn't been as good about hitting the gym.

"I have not worked out at all!" the ex-boyfriend of Justin-Bobby and Corey Bohan lamented. "I'm going to go back to the gym with my trainer."

Another cause of stress? Audrina Patridge is back to work.

"I just got back from vacation, and I just started filming The Hills, so I've been trying to get back into work mode and back on schedule," she said.

Not only has the star filmed episodes for The Hills' sixth season already, but she has also begun production on her as-yet-unnamed MTV spinoff.

The show will follow Audrina's professional and personal life. Yes. Apparently Audzo has a professional life beyond ... being on a reality show.

"I actually just saw the first scenes of my show today, and it's hilarious," she said, optimistically. "It's all been really good so far, so I'm excited!"

When Audrina Patridge is calling you out for having too plastic surgery, you've got issues. Then again, Heidi Montag is probably just thrilled to be mentioned at all.

After all, The Hills star insists on calling herself a pop star and claims her debut album is on par with Michael Jackson's Thriller. Whatever keeps her in the news.

Audrina's take on Heidi Montag's plastic surgery is that it's her body and her choice, but at the same time, she herself wouldn't be tempted to go nearly that far.

"I haven't seen how she looks, so it's hard for me to comment on it, but these are her decisions, and as long as Heidi's happy, that's all that matters," Audzo said.

Very diplomatic.

Audrina Patridge has only mild criticism for her plastic pal.

Rumors that Audrina herself has fake boobs and has undergone other plastic surgery procedures in the past have circulated widely, but she's never confirmed it.

Heidi, on the other hand, seems to milk it for attention. Frightening.

Even while showing the 'Tag support, Audrina Patridge admits surprise at the number of procedures she had. Let's just say she's on par with MJ in something.

"I think it's a case of, 'To each their own,'" she said at Kari Feinstein's Style Lounge at Zune in Hollywood, "but 10 procedures in one day is a little much."

Audrina Patridge and what would appear to be a new boyfriend arrived at club Voyeur for an evening out last night. We actually don't know who he is.

Since finally splitting from that unclean douchebag Justin-Bobby from The Hills, Audzo has dated Tal Cooperman and Corey Bohan for brief periods.

She's also been linked to Chris Pine and most recently, Glee cast member Mark Salling. This fella doesn't appear to be Mark, however. Who is he?!

Audrina Patridge is on board for the new season of The Hills, and is also doing her own reality show. We would say that has no chance of succeeding, but Jersey Shore proves that people will watch just about anything, so good luck!

In addition to appearing on multiple shows, Audrina Patridge likes to try out multiple hairstyles. She recently reverted to her more traditional brown color.

"At salon changing my hair!" Audrina wrote of going back to brunette after wrapping up the last season of The Hills. "Eventually ill do something completely different! I love change but for now takin it back to the dark side a bit."

After weeks of negotiations, Us reports she will return: “I can officially confirm that Audrina Patridge will appear in the 6th season of The Hills," her rep said.

"Production will resume shortly after the new year. Next week, Audrina begins filming the pilot episode of her currently unnamed spinoff show, also for MTV."

"The new show will be produced by Mark Burnett."

In an exciting twist, a source close to Audrina Patridge, says it's possible that both of her reality shows will be intertwined. There's only one problem we see:

There would have to be material worth watching involving Audrina on either show, and there really hasn't been in multiple seasons ... if at all, honestly.

How many more times can we sit and watch her whine about Justin-Bobby and say "I'm done with you!" when we know it's not even true? Just saying.

In any case, she greased the machine over at the network for serious dough: "She is getting six figures per episode," an insider dished. "It's a lucrative deal."

While that sum sounds absolutely ludicrous, and without question it is, when Jersey Shore is MTV's next hottest program, Audrina has some serious leverage.

Just two nights after a contentious season finale of The Hills, Audrina Patridge and Kristin Cavallari partied together all night as they celebrated in New York.

The ladies were hugging and dancing all night, as if nothing ever happened. They took shots at the bar with fellow revelers Brody Jenner and Whitney Port.

Putting on a good show for the finale party? Or for the show itself?

Oddest of all, Audzo and K-Cavs were even spotted in a three-way embrace with Audrina's infamous ex (and Kristin's fake boyfriend) Justin-Bobby Brescia.

Either they got over their season-long feud really, really fast, or everything you see on that show is likely scripted and fake. Oh wait, we know it's the latter.

Naturally, The Hills was picked up for a sixth season yesterday!

Something is very, very wrong with this picture. That something is that despite an aversion to personal hygiene, Justin-Bobby has gotten with both of these girls.

TOTAL: +15! SEASON TOTAL: +105! Week in and week out, The Hills remains a fun guilty pleasure, and the season finale was no exception. But without Lauren Conrad, things aren't the same. Speidi can't carry it alone, and we're indifferent on Kristin.

Spencer takes Heidi out for sushi to "test" her. She passes on wine, and on raw fish, then nonchalantly brings up neighbor Enzo to complete the trifecta. Plus 5.

In the morning, Stacie learns Kristin brought a guy home and he's in her shower! Minus 5 for MTV expecting us to believe Justin-Bobby drove five hours in response to this booty call, but Plus 8 for him bathing for the first time in history.

Audrina Patridge has dinner with Justin-Bobby bud Derek and says she's DONE! She's SO over him! For GOOD! Until next week's promos, that is. Pathetic. Minus 14.

Kristin, Justin and Stacie hit a strip club, where the latter complains about being a third wheel. Minus only 1, though, because Kristin wants to "learn how to work a pole."

Plus 17 for the obligatory Kristin-Stacie kissing scene. These two girls are such attention whores, it's really sad in a way. But hey, at least they're good at it.

Charlie: "Dude, you gotta be you." Spencer: "Me is not a baby." LOL. Plus 12.

Justin: [in bed the next day] "How you feelin'?" Kristin: "Pretty bad, but not as bad as I should." Justin: "That's 'cause I'm here." Massive eye roll. Minus 8.

TOTAL: +12! SEASON TOTAL: +90! Kristin and Stacie may be painful at times, but you've gotta give them credit for stirring up trouble, which is their sole reason for existing. We love the Spencer-Charlie heart-to-hearts, too.
