Ashley Dupre - yes, her again - thinks she could be the next Dr. Phil ... in tight pants and stripper heels. Yup, we're talking reality TV style!

Previously, she was in talks to star in a reality show in which she would return to dating and search for a man. Yawn. But this is different.

The guy who brought Amy Fisher and Buttafuocos together for TV is trying to get Ashley Dupre, a.k.a. Ashley Youmans, a.k.a. Ashley DiPietro, a.k.a. Amber Arpaio, a.k.a. Kristen, a.k.a. former New York Gov. Eliot Spitzer's hooker, a TV deal.

"She sees herself as a kind of Dr. Phil," says David Krieff, reality TV producer, noting that Ashley Dupre already put together a "team" to help guide her career, and they nixed the notion of a Tila Tequila-style dating show.

"They wants something that shows the positive things in her life," says Krieff, presumably without even trying to be ironic.

One positive: She (supposedly) could get $2 million for the deal.

Poised to ruin yet another marriage, the 23-year-old former prostitute spent a day - and night - cavorting around Manhattan with the handsome, rich president of a major New Jersey asphalt company, Thomas Earle, a.k.a. T.J. Earle, 35.

Whether it's selling herself for sex with former New York Governor Eliot Spitzer, or stealing another person's drivers license in order to take part in a Girls Gone Wild Video, Ashley Dupre can't stay out of trouble.

The former incident is well-documented at this point.

But there's a new development in the latter case, as the New Jersey woman whose identification Dupre used (to claim she was of legal age to appear naked in the aforementioned video) is suing Dupre for defamation and invasion of privacy. The federal lawsuit also includes Girls Gone Wild founder Joe Francis.

Ashley Dupre is accused of being a defaming girl gone wild.

To sum up this sordid issue:

During the 2003 video - that features Ashley Dupre nude shots you can see by following our link - the former call girl told film producers she was in her 20s. She even produced a New Jersey driver's license with the name Amber Arpaio on it.

Now, the actual Amber Arpaio seeks unspecified monetary compensation for being used in such a manner.

The entire story is more ridiculous than the notion of having sex with Perez Hilton.

The woman whose identity Ashley Dupre stole to (falsely) state she was 18 before being filmed by Girls Gone Wild is now suing the ex-hooker.

Joe Francis has pictures and video of Ashley Dupre nude and in "sexual situations." She was suing to block its use, but she withdrew that claim.

Back in 2003, Dupre duped Girls Gone Wild producers by using Amber Arpaio as her alias, showing a New Jersey driver's license with the name.

Problem is, Amber Arpaio is a real person.

One who is claiming - in a federal lawsuit - that her once-innocuous name has been dragged through Ashley Dupre's trail of skankiness.

Ashley Dupre was a girl gone wild - using a fake ID of Amber Arpaio.

Amber's lawyer, Robert Dunn, said his client's DL got in the hooker's hands only by accident, whatever that means. Joe Francis had no comment.

Hopefully they get the footage of Ashley Dupre deciding how to deal with these various lawsuits on her reality show, that's all we care about.

The show revolves around the idea that everyone has skeletons in the closet. For most of us, said skeletons do not involve giving the Democratic Governor of New York State condom-free fellatio, but that's neither here nor there.

BORRRRING: Unless it involves liaisons with some of her famous patrons like "Client No. 9," an Ashley Dupre reality show sounds like a snooze-fest to us.

Our fair heroine (also known as Ashley Alexandra Dupre, Ashley Youmans, and Ashley DiPietro) will work with a therapist to "come to terms with her past" and help her fall in love with one of her many male suitors, naturally.

Says a source close to the proposed Dupre series: "This is the story of a woman who is desperately seeking a second chance, and is willing to put her life under the microscope on national TV to try to redeem herself."

Or make money, we're guessing. Would you watch an Ashley Dupre reality show - and is it wrong to glorify a former prostitute with her own program?

Now that Ashley Dupre dropped her lawsuit (for $10 million) against Joe Francis and Girls Gone Wild, the sleazy entrepreneur says he's now got him "the green light" to release her crazy skin show from Spring Break 2003.

For those who may have forgotten, Francis offered Dupre $1 million to bare all for his videos and mags as soon as the Spitzer call-girl scandal broke. He then discovered that he had file footage of her when she was 17, natch.

Joe says he's got footage of Ashley Dupre in "some very interesting sexual situations." Maybe he and Eliot Spitzer can meet up and compare notes.

Ashley Alexandra Dupre, the highly overpaid hooker at the center of the call girl scandal that forced the resignation of New York Gov. Eliot Spitzer, has officially withdrawn her $10 million lawsuit against Joe Francis.

The suit, originally filed in April, claimed that Ashley Dupre's name and image had been exploited for profit by the Girls Gone Wild founder.

"Ms. Dupré wants to eliminate all negativity from her life and focus on the positive," her attorney, Richard C. Wolfe, said in a statement.

"She has prospects for many exciting new projects coming up this year and is looking forward to starting a new chapter in her life."

The lawsuit alleged that Ashley Dupre was duped into signing a release form and exposing her breasts for Girls Gone Wild cameras in 2003, when she was just 17.

THG NOTE: There was no doubt about her consent in going topless for the New York Post (above), once her tryst with Eliot Spitzer was exposed, however.

Joe Francis asserted that Ashley Dupre gave her consent on video when the footage was taken, and provided his camera crew with ID that showed she was 18. Francis later released video clips that supported those assertions.

Attention supporters of high-priced call girls: Ashley Dupre has a message for you.

The woman who made massive sums of money by sleeping with former New York Governor Elliot Spitzer has posted a blog on her MySpace page, thanking fans for their positive words:

"Thank you all so much for taking the time to send me a bit of strength and inspiration via e-mail or comment," Dupré wrote "Your words have touched me, and I thank you for that..."
