Pete Wentz is speaking out for the first time since his weekend wedding to Ashlee Simpson. "We have signed a pre-nup," the newlywed rocker admitted on Ryan Seacrest's KIIS-FM radio show Tuesday.

As for whose assets are being protected, well, no elaboration.

As for Ashlee's name, "she legally is a Wentz ... I don't know what she'll do with her stage name, that's up to her. She hasn't decided that."

He said they're skipping out on a honeymoon (for now) and have been content hanging out in their basement in L.A.

"We got some blow-up palm trees," Wentz said. "A little fake-n-bake tanning booth... We're eating DiGiorno's pizza, getting in that tanning oven every once in a while, it's great. We're gonna save that 30 grand, you know?"

As for married life: "I feel great!" he said. "It is sunny and 65 in my head."

Pete Wentz still refused to confirm he got Ashlee Simpson pregnant.

It's official. Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz were married in an intimate ceremony at her parents' house in Encino, Calif.

"We're delighted to confirm that Pete Wentz and Ashlee Simpson were married Saturday evening in front of family and close friends," a spokesperson said.

Father and pimp Joe Simpson performed the non-denominational ceremony, while sister Jessica Simpson served as maid of honor.

Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz are wife and husband.

In the side story to end all wedding drama, Jessica Simpson did in fact bring Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo as her date amidst a week of breakup reports. There were rumors Joe personally asked him to attend.

Tony Romo arrived at the house hours ahead of time.

Other guests included Nicole Richie and Joel Madden, as well as Scrubs actor Donald Faison with girlfriend CaCee Cobb.

With one daughter devastated over two recent breakups and another daughter preggers and tying the knot tomorrow, it's chaos in the Simpson household.

As we reported earlier, Tony Romo and Jessica Simpson are broken up - but her dad still wants the quarterback to hit up Ashlee's weekend wedding!

Crazy Joe Simpson, Ashlee and Jessica's pimp and father, "called Tony and asked him to come to show support for the wedding," Us reports.

It's unclear if Tony Romo accepted Joe's request, but he's scheduled to fly to L.A. - where the wedding will take place - this weekend.

Tony Romo wasn't present at a bachelor party Joe Simpson threw for Pete Wentz, Ashlee Simpson's finace, and a few pals at Mr. Chow Thursday night.

E! reports that a steady supply of beer and wine was brought to their table. After the celebration, Joe Simpson picked up the $1,000 tab!

Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz will wed Saturday, May 17, at a "top secret" location, a source close to the couple has spilled.

"Proper wedding invites have not been sent out but instead guests have been given a save the date notice," the source told Us Weekly.

The rehearsal dinner - described by the source as "an intimate affair" for "family and close friends only" - will be on Friday.

On Saturday, "all guests will be transported in shuttles to the wedding location," the Simpson-Wentz source explained.

Regarding Simpson's upcoming wedding, her spokesperson told Us:

"This is a private matter. There is nothing to confirm."

Talentless hack Singer Ashlee Simpson is being a shameless attention whore keeping coy when it comes to those persistent pregnancy rumors.

The 23-year-old sister of Jessica Simpson, who's engaged to Fall Out Boy's Pete Wentz, tried her best to avoid answering questions regarding whether or not she is with child on The Ellen DeGeneres Show.

The episode is set to air today, if you really care.

When asked directly, "Are you or are you not pregnant?" Simpson demurred: "Well, that has been going on for quite a while. That is something that I choose personally not to discuss."

That way, we can continue to talk about it and she can sell more albums, you see. Ashlee then skillfully changed the subject.

"Do I look like I had 10 cheeseburgers or something?" she asked the crowd, standing up to show her still-slim figure. "Because I don't think I do."

Ashlee Simpson continues her shameless attempt to milk publicity out of carrying Pete Wentz's love child. She's a Simpson - did you expect better?

Ellen DeGeneres then asked Ashlee Simpson to promise that if she is in fact pregnant, she won't keep fans in suspense as long as Jennifer Lopez did.
