Olivia Mojica has already squared off against Kim Kardashian in a battle of sex tape positions. But now the former American Idol contestant is facing off against one of her own: troubled first season finalist Jessica Sierra.

The singer who can't seem to stay on the right side of the law had no problem staying on the right side - or the left side, or underneath, or on top - of her ex-boyfriend during the filming of their recent sex tape...

Sierra's naked romp on camera should hit stores soon. And when it does, Olivia Mojica will have another celebrity to try to outsell, following in the tradition of Kardashian, Keeley Hazell, Dustin Diamond, Toastee Toof and others.

The seventh season of American Idol kicks off next month.

But a poster on Idol Forums named "Joesplace" claims to have inside knowledge of the top 50 contestants that heard the magic words: "You're going to Hollywood!"

MTV reports that the obsessed fan "has listed the names, ages, home cities and MySpace pages of contestants fortunate enough to actually make it to Hollywood, where judges Simon Cowell, Paula Abdul and Randy Jackson will whittle the top 50 down to the top 24. And it appears that the list may be legit, based on information contained within the MySpace pages of the supposed [American Idol] contenders."

According to "JoesPlace," he started compiling the list a couple months ago and found the contestants "through media and word of mouth."

So take this with a grain of salt the size of Lucy Pinder's boobs, but the following names are supposedly part of the top 50 on American Idol this season:

While any true American supports the troops fighting for our freedom overseas, the same cannot be said about the commitment those men and woman have toward former America Idol finalists that curse out cops and make sex tapes.

Jessica Sierra was set to perform a holiday concert, sponsored by Move America Forward, but that organization no longer wants anything to do with the fallen Idol.

Move Forward America's Vice President issued a statement as a result of Jessica Sierra's current legal situation:

"It is quite obvious that Ms. Sierra needs to devote a great deal of time to putting her life back together. We wish Jessica Sierra all the best in her path towards overcoming her addictions, but that path does not include participation in the "A Song for Their Service" concert."

It does, however, include, "A Blow Job for an Arresting Officer" proposal.

Rumor has it that the Jessica Sierra sex tape will be released before the end of the year, just in time for the seventh season of American Idol. Expect a scathing critique from Simon Cowell.

Carrie Underwood may have relied on her natural singing talent to win American Idol, but the blonde bombshell has to work hard in order to maintain her figure.

"I'm slightly obsessive-compulsive about what I eat, more than I should be. I write down everything I eat," Underwood says in the latest issue of Glamour. "I started doing it last year. And in the last year is when I've gotten more healthy and lost weight."

She's also gained a pair of men in that time: Tony Romo, with whom Underwood had a brief affair; and now Gossip Girl star, Chace Crawford. It doesn't sound like either ate any meat while on dates with the singer:

We're not sure what's worse for former American Idol finalist Jessica Sierra:

That she has referred to police officers who arrested her as "crackers," or that she openly offered to give said crackers a blow job?

The train wreck of a singer called her Aunt Sheila on the Monday after her Saturday night arrest for disorderly intoxication, violation of probation and obstruction of justice. According to TMZ, though, Sierra had no idea why she was even in jail.

Jessica told her aunt: "I don't even know what they arrested me for... I didn't fight nobody but the police, little stupid f-cking crackers!"

Blake Fielder-Civil couldn't have said it better himself.

How would you describe the feel of the album, and the songs that are on the album, to someone who might not be a fan of yours yet?
Easy. Well, if they were born in the ‘80s they'll get it. I call it my 2080s record. All of my influences are very '80s derived: Michael Jackson, Prince, U2, The Police, The Cure, Erasure, New Order, Depeche Mode. All of my melodic tendencies are basically ‘80s driven, so the record has this very electro soul funk pop kind of feel to it, where every song transitions or doesn't transition into the next song.

Just like an electronic mix tape or a hip-hop mix tape. Yeah, there you have it. It's called ADD, Audio Day Dream. Everyone thought I had ADD growing up just because I'm very high energy and focused.

Why should Blake Lewis worry? The American Idol favorite has a new album out and a legion of fans.

You've been making music for a long time now. Do any of the song's have origins prior to American Idol?
Oh yeah, definitely. The whole concept of the album has been mine for years. I have old sample discs that say "B Shorty, ADD Sampler" from like four years ago. Three, four years ago. So definitely there's a lot of concepts of songs that I wrote that were in my book and my journals.

There's definitely a lot of stuff on there from the past, and working with these amazing producers that have inspired me for years. I'm very fortunate to make an album that I'm very passionate about.

In news almost as shocking as Lindsay Lohan going to bed with Heath Ledger, Paula Abdul was a train wreck during her stint as Saturday Night Live host in 2005.

So reports Tina Fey in the latest issue of Playboy.

"I was pregnant [with daughter Alice] at the time and probably a little moody, but I remember thinking, 'She's a disaster! I gotta prop this lady up and get her on TV,'" Fey, who was head writer of the series at the time, shared.

Fey said Abdul was "disastrous ... in the way she generally appears to be. "It was an American Idol sketch; she wanted to change parts. So Amy Poehler had to play her."

A year later, the 30 Rock actress spotted Abdul on a flight.

"We both looked at each other like, 'Do I know that girl?'" she said. "And then we both had that moment of recognition, and she was like, 'uuuggh.' I saw it register on her face that she had had a terrible time with us."
