Celebrating her 24th birthday, The City star Whitney Port was back in her native SoCal and the party was on like Donkey Kong. Here she is arriving:

Needless to say, Whitney Port looked gorgeous as always. The birthday girl presumably made a lot of expressive faces and had a great time at the party.

Interestingly, The Hills alum Doug Reinhardt and Paris Hilton showed up at the big bash, as did Doug's recent ex Amanda Bynes and a pal. Awkward!

Amanda Bynes and Doug Reinhardt looked like a happy couple Wednesday at the Pepsi Pre-Inaugural Celebration, but things went downhill shortly afterward.

By Thursday morning, she dumped his ass for exploiting her celebrity status, at least if you believe Us Weekly. Reinhardt is telling E! News a different story.

The former star of The Hills, who briefly dated Lauren Conrad, is saying, in a manner of speaking, that Bynes was an overbearing b!tch: "She wouldn't even let me have a guys' night out without flipping out on me. So it's over."

Amanda's rep says it ain't so: “She broke up with him.”

So who's telling the truth?

"The feelings are mutual. They’re over," a source close to the couple said. Doug told Amanda he was having a night out with the boys on Wednesday, says the source.

Around 2 a.m., Amanda Bynes reportedly showed up, unannounced, at Doug's house and banged on the door.The problem? Doug Reinhardt wasn’t home at the time.

Amanda left and the breakup was announced soon after.

Poor Doug. We totally thought they would last ... for a month or two more at least. The look in her eyes at the Lakers game when he caressed his own knee ... magic.

In a move no one (everyone) saw coming, Amanda Bynes has broken up with mediocre reality star / baseball player Doug Reinhardt, according to reports.

"She ended it. She had had enough," a source close to the actress tells Us Weekly. "Her friends didn't trust him. Everyone thought he was using her for celebrity. He was not good, and she was over it. It was definitely her who ended it."

The two began dating late last year. Reinhardt - who previously dated Lauren Conrad - denied as recently as Tuesday that their relationship was on the rocks.

"Amanda's great - she's an awesome girl," the former Hills fixture said. "We're having a lot of fun. Everything is really good. We were just on vacation in the Bahamas, and we spent Christmas together ... everything's really solid."

Bynes said in January's issue of Cosmopolitan that "I don't settle. I'd rather tell somebody, 'This is what I want - take it or leave it.'"

For Doug Reinhardt, these words will likely resonate for a long, long time.

The strange, out-of-nowhere relationship of Amanda Bynes and Doug Reinhardt has apparently gone from supposed sleepovers to a romantic rendezvous in the Bahamas!

The Hairspray star and the former boyfriend of Lauren Conrad (as seen on The Hills) have been enjoying a vacation all week at the posh Cove Atlantis resort.

According to sources there, they've spent most of their time in their suite because the weather has been largely overcast and windy. Don't you hate that?

"I only saw them one time at the pool," a fellow resort guest tells E! Online, adding, fortunately, that at that time, "She was in her bikini and looked great."

Here's wishing Amanda Bynes and Doug Reinhardt the best. Unless they go and pull a Speidi and get "married" in the Bahamas. Then all respect will be gone.

Don't expect your new girlfriend, Amanda Bynes, to want to walk down the aisle anytime soon. Or ever, necessarily. Hey, have fun in the meantime.

"I feel trapped with the idea of marriage," she declares in Cosmopolitan. "How can you really be with somebody forever? I'd get bored! As I get older, I don't settle. I'd rather tell somebody, 'This is what I want - take it or leave it.'"

The 22-year-old Hairspray star - who has recently been spotted with Doug Reinhardt, Lauren Conrad's baseball player ex - says she never falls for actors.

"Obviously, [Gossip Girl star] Chace Crawford is gorgeous, but I wouldn't want to date him," Amanda says. "He's too pretty. Maybe he's a smart guy, and maybe he's my soul mate, but that's not the type I go for."

Amanda Bynes often feels like she doesn’t fit in with Hollywood types - and gives props to someone else we know who matches that same description.

“Part of me relates to Perez Hilton because he’s an outcast I don’t have a lot of friends who are actresses. They’re catty, and they’ll cut you down. I like that Perez is proud of who he is and doesn’t care what anybody thinks.”

Rumored to have been cozy at a club last week, Amanda Bynes and Doug Reinhardt (of The Hills fame) made their affection clear at the Lakers game last night.

While Doug, who briefly dated Lauren Conrad before she decided he was too boring, was fairly into to the game, won by L.A. over Milwaukee by the score of 105-92.

Amanda, however, was much more interested in something else: Flirting. Hard.

In this day and age, you're just not "Hollywood" if you don't have fake hair (and a DUI conviction). Well, the newly 21-year-old Kristin Cavallari and Amanda Bynes have not gotten popped for DUI (that we know of), but both of these cuties have got some hair extensions all right! Nope, those blonde blocks aren't all real.

Doesn't mean they're not attractive, of course. Or are they? Tell us, who do you think is hotter, hair extensions and all - Amanda Bynes or Kristin Cavallari?

Somewhere, Heidi Montag is already thinking of when she can fit hair extensions into her busy schedule of staging bikini pics and talking $h!t about LC.

It's approximately 139 days and 10 hours until it's legal for certain acts to be performed on Hayden Panettiere. The actress turns 18 in four and a half months.

Fortunately for Amanda Bynes, however, she's officially 21 today. So the law is no longer an issue in any way for this young celeb. Unless she needs to rent a car.

Last year, Bynes was named as one of Teen People's 25 Hottest Stars Under 25. She was joined on that list by Beyonce (who we like a lot) and Ashlee Simpson (who the world could do without).

We just hope Amanda remains as young and innocent as the wholesome characters she portrayed for years on Nickelodeon.

Sadly, other young actresses, such as Hilary Duff, have abandoned such sweet images for a persona that can only be described as "very, very skanky."

Don't go there, Bynesy. The world will always love you for who you are. Well, unless you're Rosie O'Donnell.
