Akon Decides to Smack That Fan at Concert ... Again!

Akon fans beware: The sweet-sounding singer appears to have a penchant for violence - or at least controversial behavior - at his own shows.

First he got his freak on with some jailbait tease in the Caribbean.

Then there was whole fan-tossing incident that landed him in court.

Now this! At a concert on August 30 in South American, Akon became aggressive with a concertgoer - a female, obvs - and it was caught on video.

After crowd surfing to a camera stand away from the main stage, Akon appears to shove one fan off the stand and hit another (!?) upon arrival.

Check out the video here ...

Akon Charged in Fan-Tossing Case; Spiffy Mug Shot Taken

This is certainly one of the more debonair celebrity mug shots we've ever come across. Akon is nothing if not sharply dressed... and a little insane.

Prosecutors have formally charged Akon with endangering the welfare of a minor and second-degree harassment, after he allegedly threw some fan off the stage at a concert in New York State back in June. There's a video of it and everything!

In his court appearance Monday, he pleaded not guilty to the charges, and his lawyer issued a statement saying that Akon "deeply regrets" the incident.

Akon Mug Shot

Akon sure does take a mean, snazzy mug shot.

It is only fitting that this Akon booking photo comes the same day the African R&B singer earned four Grammy nominations for his album... Konvicted.

Akon Staring at Another Konviction For Chucking Fan

The video clip of Akon tossing a fan off stage into the crowd at a concert has come back to haunt him: Police are slapping the hip-hop star with criminal charges after a fan said she suffered a concussion in the incident.

Akon is scheduled to appear in a Fishkill, N.Y., court Monday to be arraigned on misdemeanor charges of endangering the welfare of a minor and second-degree harassment, the Associated Press reports this morning.

Akon: Konvict

The charges stem from an incident in June when Akon was performing at a concert and someone in the crowd allegedly threw something at the singer on stage.

Akon asked the crowd to point out the culprit so he could smack dat. A security guard picked a 15-year-old out from the crowd and sent him up to the stage.

Akon promptly tossed him end-over-end into the crowd, where he landed on another fan, Abby Rosa, who told reporters she suffered a concussion.

The singer, who has been a magnet for controversy, later denied wrongdoing in the incident. There was no immediate comment from Akon's representatives. Presumably they are too busy writing lame songs that they think sound hard.

Club Watch: Bob Saget at Hyde (WTF) & Lots More

Bob Saget at HydeFor all of those fearing that Hyde has jumped the proverbial shark, well, this isn't about to dispel that theory.

The man best known as Danny Tanner partied it up in L.A. Sunday. Yes, Bob Saget was the biggest celeb at Hyde, according to TMZ's club spies.

At least the Olsen Twins are old enough to get sloshed with him now.

Meanwhile, underage hottie Hayden Panettiere was spotted outside her home after visiting Nickelodeon Studios to support her little brother, Jansen Panettiere, in his new TV movie, Last Day of Summer.

Only 42 more days until she's legal. Just saying.

Back east, Akon and Samantha Cole were spotted rocking out to Amy Winehouse tunes in the Hamptons at the pleasure palace Star Room.

Fortunately, Akon did not smack that (well, at least not in public). We're sure he tried his best to throw someone off stage. Danah Allyene was probably mad jealous.

While Akon looked on, lyricist extraordinaire L'il Jon entered the scene and entertained the crowd from the DJ booth, taking over the beats.

We can only imagine, having heard his collaborations with Usher about 10 million times, that this involved a lot of L'il Jon screaming "Okaaaaay" and "Yeahhh!"

Meanwhile, back in the city, she of the large booty, Kim Kardashian and himbo Wilmer Valderrama rocked the Estrada Entertainment party at Home.

Hey, when you're no longer with Mandy Moore, you might as well move on to an inferior model. That guy's bedpost must be enormous to accommodate all those notches.

Akon Denies Wrongdoing in Tossing Fan Off Stage

KonvictWe've just heard Paris Hilton is out of jail. Which is too bad. We'll have more on that in a bit.

On an unrelated note, another famous Konvict, Akon, has agreed to cooperate with law enforcement (for a change) in the investigation of his recent fan-tossing incident, but believes he didn't commit any crimes, his lawyer said Thursday.

"Given the information that we have reviewed to date, it does not appear to us that Akon was involved in any criminal conduct whatsoever," his lawyer, Benjamin Brafman, said in a statement.

"We are prepared to fully cooperate with any law enforcement agency that may be investigating this incident. We are confident that after a thorough investigation it will be apparent that no criminal prosecution of Akon is warranted."

Police say the "Smack That" singer may face questioning after launching a member of the audience from the stage into the crowd during a concert last weekend in New York State.

The event was caught on video and posted online... making Akon's denial of any wrongdoing seem a tad ridiculous. But that's just the opinion of The Hollywood Gossip.

Police, meanwhile, say they have identified the concert-goer as a 15-year-old boy whose name is being withheld, the Poughkeepsie Journal reports.

Detective Lt. John Berlingieri told the paper the boy's mother gave police his name. So far, no charges have been filed against the man who likes to possibly bend people over.

Man, what is it with this dude Akon and 15-year-olds? Last month, he took heat for simulating sex acts with Danah Alleyne, 15, on stage in Trinidad. Gotta love it.

Akon, 25, has been in jail for a total of five years over the course of his young life for armed robbery and drug trafficking. He says that his time incarcerated made him what he is today.

That being a disturbed individual with strange sexual and rage issues that throws innocent fans off a stage as punishment for playing frisbee at his concert.

Akon Throws Fan Off Stage, Police Investigating

Akon Likes to Toss FansThis time, he did more than smack that.

He frickin' threw that. Clear off the stage.

Alleged musician Akon may face police questioning after he chucked a fan from the stage into the crowd during a concert... an incident he can't really deny, since it's documented on video. See below.

Detective Lt. John Berlingieri of the Fishkill, N.Y., Police said officers were looking for the young man at the Sunday concert who was plucked from the audience by a security guard, directed up to the stage, then literally thrown back into the crowd by Akon, the Poughkeepsie Journal reports.

"We're trying to identify that kid, just to find out whether or not we have any kind of criminal offense," Berlingieri told the paper.

"We are looking to speak to him. No victim. No crime."

The fan-tossing took place at WSPK (104.7 FM)'s annual KFEST concert after someone in the crowd threw an object past Akon. A video showing the man being hurled from the stage has widely circulated on the Internet.

Reps for the collaborator of Gwen Stefani and Snoop Dogg, among others, couldn't be immediately be reached for comment.

This was the latest controversy involving the oft-troubled singer, whose Konvicted album has sold more than 1 million copies.

He lost his concert sponsor, Verizon, after another video hit the Internet showing Akon simulating sex acts with a 14-year-old girl in Trinidad at a concert of his.

There's another side to this jailbait tale, of course.

The girl, later identified as Danah Alleyne, was discovered on MySpace, and found to have lied about her age to get into the show... and by the looks of some of the racy photos of the incident, appeared to enjoy the special Akon "treatment."

Anyway. Here's the video of Akon throwing the fan off stage, including the prelude to the toss, as well clips of the launch from multiple angles ...

Akon Jailbait Reveals Racy Self On MySpace

Danah AlleyneWe were pretty sure Hayden Panettiere had the jailbait market cornered, but she's apparently got nothing on Danah Alleyne.

While the dust is settling for Akon after his simulated rape of a 15-year-old Minister's daughter on stage in Trinidad, some racy photos of the girl have emerged ... on (where else) her MySpace page.

Danah Alleyne, or as she call herself on MySpace, "Diva Trixie," claims to be 19 and writes, "I'm a BITCH oh well... ima bitch, ive got class, mess wid me and i'll kick ur ass!"

We'll keep that in mind, Diva Trixie. Sounds like a line straight out of the Kristin Cavallari playbook from Season 2 of Laguna Beach.

Anyway. It seems to the Gossip that a 15-year-old searching for her identity may not want to go looking for it in an 18-and-over club... or an Akon show.

Just the same, Danah has posted a picture from the night of the controversial event (below), and the caption says, "girls nite out! best time!!"

Um, yeah. Not quite the way she described it the Trinidad Express.

The rapper is in hot water after inviting Danah Alleyne on stage, under the guise of giving her the chance to win a trip to Africa.

But the "trip to Africa," the Trinidad Express reports turned out to be more like a trip on the baloney pony. Akon was "turning, twisting and even flipping [her] body," "mimicking sexual positions" and "sandwiching" the girl with the aid of another performer.

The recent collaborator of Snoop Dogg and Eminem and tour-mate of Gwen Stefani was axed by his sponsor, Verizon, and may face legal action over his antics - what officials are calling a "simulated rape" of the girl.

Possibly Bend Her Over …

Look at her face, though. While our celebrity gossip writers aren't taking sides, this discovery certainly casts doubt on her supposed unwillingness to let Akon smack that.

Interestingly, since the posting of this story, which first appeared on TMZ, little Miss Danah set her MySpace page to "private." Hmm.

Akon Possibly Bends Over Underage Fan On Stage, Dropped By Sponsor, May Face Prosecution in Trinidad

Rapper and R&B singer Akon has issued a statement response amid a firestorm over his onstage simulated sex romp with a 15-year-old during a concert in Trinidad a few weeks ago.

He smacked that all on the floor, 'til she got sore, then wanted her to give him some more. But the collaborator of Snoop Dogg and Gwen Stefani regrets his actions, and says he didn't know she was underage. His statement:

I Wanna F*%k You… You Already Know

"First, and most important to me, I want to sincerely apologize for the embarrassment and any pain I've caused to the young woman who joined me on-stage, her family and the Trinidad community for the events at my concert in Port of Spain on April 12.

It was never my intention to embarrass or take advantage of my fans in any way, especially those under the age of 18. That is why we tried to make sure that the club did not admit anyone under 18 in the audience. Somehow, that standard was not met.

Again, I apologize to those concerned and to all my fans and I pledge to all that we will strive to make sure this type of incident does not happen again."

Akon was fired by Verizon and is being threatened with prosecution over the incident, which apparently featured a simulated rape of the girl.

The rapper invited 15-year-old Danah Alleyne onto the stage, and the girl obliged, thinking that she was entering a dance contest to win a "trip to Africa," as Akon promised.

But when she "won" the contest, the "trip to Africa" turned out to be an on-stage encounter with Akon during which her "head was hitting the floor," as the rapper was "turning, twisting and even flipping [her] body" while "mimicking sexual positions" and sandwiching the girl with the assistance of another performer, according to multiple news sources.

Basically, this girl was conned onto the stage and unwillingly took the punishment that Lindsay Lohan gets from an assortment of gents nightly.

Verizon, which promoted Akon as one of the musicians on its mobile-phone music service, said it would no longer sponsor the Gwen Stefani tour in which Akon, who recently performed on American Idol, is the opening act.

This isn't the first time Akon has done some sketchy work on stage. Tara Reid got the Akon treatment during a party at the Sundance Film Festival.

Akon is also a convicted felon who has spent several years in prison.

Akon Fans Smack That (Up On the Floor) in Vegas

Singer Akon appeared to be losing his pants to the hands of fans at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas yesterday, but you know what? It just "don't matter" to him.

The recent American Idol guest star played the pool at the Hard Rock over the weekend, and for whatever reason, there were plenty of chicks on his jock.

No word on whether Akon asked if he could possibly bend them over, or if they'd like to sit back and watch him smack that.

Possibly Bend You OverSit Back and Watch MeI Wanna Love You

Akon headlined a concert to welcome back the Rehab pool party. The recent collaborator of Gwen Stefani, Snoop Dogg and many, many others was anything but "lonely" in Sin City. We can tell you that much.

Despite a penchant for cheesy-sounding (albeit insanely vulgar) love ballads that bring to mind the likes of whiny crooner Howie Day, Akon seems to consider himself at least semi-hard core, and fans seem to agree.

At least he has some street credit. Akon, whose real name is Aliaune Damala Bouga Time Puru Nacka Lu Lu Lu Badara Akon Thiam (look it up) has spent nearly five of his 25 years on this planet in jail.

Put that in your crack pipe and smoke it, Jason Wahler.
