New photos have been released that show Britney Spears and Adnan Ghalib together the day the star was released from Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.

The two are not saying whether they are a couple, but CelebTV spotted the duo sharing a lollipop and relaxing in Santa Barbara on Saturday night!

The celebrity news site also has exclusive video of Adnan - who is married - and Britney holding hands and kissing while making a Starbucks run.

In the photo below, a smoking, pants-less Spears and Ghalib are sharing a lollipop and getting cozy on the deck of a Southern California bungalow...

After they both headed indoors, Britney Spears was spotted again, still wearing no pants but having donned what appeared to be a different T-shirt.

Who the heck knows what they are up to. But a source at Finalpixx, where Adnan Ghalib works as photographer, confirmed that he and Spears have been getting closer, but would not go as far as to say that the two are dating.

"I know, but I can't say," said the celeb news source with a laugh.

They have become companions lately, that's for sure, prompting some to speculate that Adnan is using Britney and plans to sell pics of them for millions.

Sources say his pics suck, though, and he hasn't gotten a good offer.

And, speaking of using Brit, at least Dr. Phil called off his plans to.

Sam Lutfi says Adnan Ghalib is up to no good.

This is largely because Sam Lutfi - one of the most prominent Britney Spears leeches - is mad jealous.

Still, Adnan's motives for cozying up to Spears of late remain very much in question, and celebrity photo agency X17 cites sources claiming Ghalib is actively pitching a story and pics documenting his odd relationship with Britney.

According to X17, Adnan is hawking pictures of Britney Spears with him and asking for a staggering $5 million in return!

Adnan Ghalib, a member of the paparazzi who is employed by Finalpixx, and who makes up to $200K a year taking pics of Britney, has pitched photos of himself and Spears during their brief trip to Palm Springs back on January 2.

The pair got to the Parker Hotel around 2 a.m. and checked out five hours later.

But apparently, Adnan's pics are hella weak - most merely feature the crazy pop princess posing with him. Just bland, uninteresting, non-nude photos.

So far, no magazine or newspaper Adnan Ghalib has talked to has shown any interest in ponying up the seven figure fee Adnan's agency is asking.

All of this leads to three questions:

1. Is this story legit? We wouldn't be surprised.
2. Is Britney aware of what's going on? Highly unlikely.
3. Would she care even if she were aware? Who the hell knows.

Britney Spears has done the impossible since her discharge early Saturday morning from Cedars-Sinai hospital. No, she didn't shoot Sean Preston and Jayden James with her Beretta, or offer K-Fed $100 million to keep the boys.

Britney somehow slipped out of her Beverly Hills home undetected despite the horde of celebrity news reporters await her every move outside.

With her? Adnan Ghalib, of course.

The pop star, accompanied by her Finalpixx photographer and possible lover, was spotted in Palm Desert as she popped into the Daily Grill around 10 a.m. Sunday.

"She seemed in a really good mood, laughing with the guy she was with," says the restaurant's manager of Spears and Adnan Ghalib.

At the restaurant, Britney Spears shielded herself behind large, dark sunglasses and "had a champagne mimosa to drink," he said.

The walking train wreck stayed at the restaurant with her man for about an hour, as Vegas Confidential's Norm Clarke first reported.

Spears, 26, had been "keeping company" with Adnan Ghalib, 35, before her recent meltdown. They have apparently become good "friends" lately.

The two checked into two hotels over the past couple of weeks, but he was not on hand Friday and did not comment on her stint at Cedars-Sinai.

Wonder what that jackass Dr. Shill Dr. Phil will say about this one.

UPDATE: Celebrity photo agency X17online.com says the couple is currently holed up together at Shutters Hotel in Santa Monica, California.

And, in a bizarre case of the pot calling the kettle brown black, Spears' pal Sam Lutfi tells X17 that "he is worried about Adnan's influence over Britney" and he "firmly believes Adnan Ghalib has ulterior financial motives."

Give it a rest, Sam Lutfi. We all know you're just jealous of Adnan, man.

While Britney Spears hospitalized in Los Angeles and being monitored constantly after last night's psychotic meltdown, her ex-husband has moved to strip her of all visitation rights with their sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James.

Kevin Federline himself snuck into court this morning under the radar but left the area as the hearing adjourned, TMZ reports. He may return later as an emergency hearing in the custody case is believed to be set for 1:30 PST.

K-Fed's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, was in court this morning at 8:30 a.m. to ask the Commissioner to strip Britney Spears of all visitation rights - at least for now. Attorney Tara Scott from the law firm of Trope and Trope is representing Britney - awkward, since the firm asked to withdraw as counsel Wednesday.

The hearing ended but is expected to resume this afternoon. Through an assistant, Mark Vincent Kaplan declined comment to reporters.

While Federline asks the court to indefinitely bar Britney Spears from visits with Sean and Jayden, Lynne Spears simply hopes people pray for her daughter.

Spears' family has been showing their support. Her dad, Jamie Spears, has been at the hospital with his daughter. Brother Bryan Spears was expected to show up today. Spears' mother, Lynne Spears, who's been in "constant contact" with the troubled singer, is en route from Kentwood, La., as is Jamie Lynn Spears.

According to Access Hollywood, Lynne Spears was "extremely distraught and crying about Britney on the phone" when contacted by their staff.

"Just say prayers," Lynne said.

Conspicuously absent from Cedars-Sinai: Mr. Adnan Ghalib, 35, who works for the celebrity photo agency called FinalPixx, and who has checked into a pair of hotels with Britney Spears over the last couple of weeks.

Sources say that as Spears was holed up in her Studio City home during her epic meltdown, Adnan Ghalib was not present - nor has he visited her at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center where she was hospitalized early Friday.

When asked about Spears Friday, Adnan Ghalib would not comment.

UPDATE: As of 2:45 PST, the court hearing is over, and K-Fed has been awarded sole legal and physical custody of the boys until January 14.

We'll see what contact Britney Spears will have with Sean and Jayden as of that date. Kaplan declined comment on what was decided, but said: "There are no winners here. We are not happy about any of the events that have happened."

While details vary, Spears certainly has some relationship with the photographer, who proclaimed to a tabloid in September, "I'll get her sooner or later."

Last week, Ghalib "comforted her" at the Peninsula Hotel in Beverly Hills. Adnan said at the time that he and Britney Spears are merely platonic, that "we are just friends. She was just a little upset, pretty much about everything."

Seen with Britney Spears, Adnan Ghalib declined comment on his rendezvous.

The photographer, who works for the agency Finalpixx, did tell ABC's 20/20 that he's made up to $200,000 a year taking Britney Spears photos.

He has also called the singer "awesome." He must not own her CDs.

"I think she's a great person," Adnan Ghalib said. "It's unfortunate that she's the way she is, because of the people she surrounds herself with."

Spears reportedly spent parts of Saturday night and Sunday morning holed up in a Beverly Hills hotel room - along with a celebrity news photographer who regularly covers the troubled pop star. A paparazzi romance? Goodness, Britney.

According to reports, the pair was in Spears' room at the Peninsula Hotel until the early morning hours of Sunday. The celebrity photographer, whose name is Adnan Ghalib, departed the hotel at 6 a.m. Sources say Spears left around 9 a.m.

But when contacted by Us Weekly, the photographer denied a romance, saying, "We are just friends. She was just upset, pretty much about everything."

According to celebrity photo agency Splash News, the singer's "wild date" began Saturday night with Adnan Ghalib, who works for Finalpixx photo agency, handing Britney Spears his business card at a gas station after he heard she "liked" him.

Soon after getting Adnan Ghalib's card, Britney Spears contacted him and the pair was later spotted holding hands at a local supermarket.

"After discussing the possibility of him coming into her house she said that her house was too dirty and that she would rather go to a hotel," Splash reports.

"So they changed cars and she went back to her house to freshen up while Adnan parked down the road and waited. She then came out in her car and they left."

Britney was reportedly wearing a leopard print dress and ripped fishnet tights as they arrived at The Peninsula Hotel in Beverly Hills, hand in hand. Sexy!

As of Sunday afternoon, a source says Britney Spears back was at her Beverly Hills home with her two children, Sean Preston and Jayden James.
