Ashton Kutcher Files for Divorce from Demi Moore
The long anticipated divorce action between Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore has commenced, with the 'Two and a Half Men' actor filing Friday in Los Angeles Superior Court.
Legal documents, citing irreconcilable differences, were filed on his behalf by high-profile divorce attorney Laura Wasser.
Kutcher is not seeking spousal support but he left the door open for his estranged wife to request alimony payments. Child support and custody are not a factor because the union didn't produce children.
The couple ended their six-year marriage in November 2011 after he cheated with a woman while partying in San Diego on the couple's anniversary.
Ashton has moved on with Esquire's 2012 Sexiest Woman, actress Mila Kunis. His soon-to-be ex was recently linked to Vito Schnabel.
