Miley Cyrus still hasn't gotten over the pain caused by her Vanity Fair photo spread.

Speaking to Billboard magazine, the singer to whom young stars such as Demi Lovato and Selena Gomez aspire said of the controversy:

"I don't think people will look at me any differently, because they're like, 'You know what, I'm going to do stupid stuff too, and I'm going to make mistakes, and that's fine. It still hurts when I think about it â€" but you know what, it doesn't mean that you can't move on."

Verne Troyer has filed a $20 million lawsuit against one of the better known celebrity gossip websites on the Internet.

The Love Guru star says TMZ violated his rights by publishing and airing snippets of his sex tape.

The suit was filed in U.S. District Court in downtown L.A., as Troyer claims TMZ violated his privacy rights, while infringing on his copyright and trademark by running portions of the tape on TMZ TV and TMZ.com.

Verne Troyer says the sex tape was stolen, mysteriously ending up in the hands of Kevin Blatt, the dude that distributed "One Night in Paris."

Here's the problem with the lawsuit and accusation of video theft:

Ranae Shrider has been identified as the woman who willingly boinked Mini-Me on tape -- and there's a photo  (taken before the release of her filmed tryst with Troyer) of her alongside Paris Hilton, the very woman that starred in "One Night in Paris" and has a relationship with Blatt.

He's no longer Doctor Jan Adams.

The man whose surgery on Kanye West's mother led to her death last year was arrested for drunk driving yesterday morning - and has now be stripped of his medical license.

But - get this! - it was for a different, irresponsible crime!

The California Department of Consumer Affairs â€" who oversees the Medical Board â€" sent Adams a letter on May 21, informing him that he had 30 days to pay his child support or he would lose his license to practice.

It didn't happen and now Adams is no longer a licensed to practice medicine.

A spokesperson for the California Medical Board said: "As of midnight last night, he is not allowed to practice medicine in California."

Thank goodness.
