Gary Cole, a federal prison inmate in Northern Texas, has filed a lawsuit against Taco Bell because he says he invented the concept of the ridiculously popular Doritos Locos Taco.

And Taco Bell and Frito-Lay stole it from him.

According to a 35-page handwritten complaint, Cole insists he came up with nine product ideas in 2006.

The second on the list was titled "Taco Shells of All Flavors (Made of Doritos)" and the document says he submitted it to Janice B Cole and Keoiana K. Cole four years later. It's unclear who these people are.

But all it not perfect in the world of Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart, according to a new report.

"They are absolutely still together but are having some difficulties right now," an insider told E! News yesterday, adding vaguely that the main source of contention is "priorities."

As in... she wants to work more and he wants to focus on their relationship? Or vice versa? It's not clear.

Kim Kardashian and her baby will soon be coming to a stadium near you. Sort of!

Contrary to recent rumors, sources confirm to TMZ that Kim and Kanye West are not splitting up... not even temporarily this fall when he goes on tour.

That's right, the rapper's baby mama and the baby that will be born to him in July will be tagging along.

Kanye will be hitting the road in October - tour dates TBA - in promotion of his new album and insiders say the touring company has already been told:

Get the cribs ready. Soundproof the hotel rooms. Kim Kardashian and child-to-be will be making every stop with their man.

Because she loves him and can't live without him? Eh, maybe. Or because she must keep an eye on him in case those Kanye West gay rumors ring true? Now we're on to something!

Mariah Carey went from the judging table to the stage on last night's American Idol finale.

The panelist - who will almost certainly be replaced next season - belted out a medley of hits and reminded fans why she is the most successful female vocalist in the history of music.

The beloved former judge performed with Pitbull on stage, moving and shaking and singing along to the track "Live It Up."

A celebrity chef in that nation was killed this week, allegedly by diners displeased with his service.

Sources confirm that 57-year old Miki Nozawa died on Monday, passing away from injuries he supposedly suffered when a pair of angry customers attacked him over a meal of fried noodles with beef and vegetables.

The incident took place while Nozawa was on vacation on the island of Sylt.
