Hilton Hater

I am a senior staff writer at THG and a big fan of Taylor Swift, Justin Bieber and Robert Pattinson. I believe Kim Kardashian is bad for society, but great for attention, and that The Real Housewives should all be banned from existence.

As part of her publicity blitz for New Moon, Kristen Stewart covers the latest issue of Seventeen.

(You can expect to read that sentence often over the next few weeks, with various magazine titles in place of Seventeen.)

While the photo shoot for the publication is far less interesting and sexy than the one Stewart took part in for Allure, the interview is a bit revealing. Here are excerpts from it:

On initial attraction to Bella: "I think it was the fact that she could hold her own against Edward, because it's a strange dynamic that they have. I think people relate to her just because she's got conviction."

Stewart on Seventeen

On success of the Twilight Saga: "I'm glad to be a part of something that's actually bigger than me for once. The success of it is the coolest thing ever because I can't tell you how much it hurts to do something that you feel like you can really learn from — and you feel is an important section of your life that you put everything into — and then nothing, it just never comes out. So the fact that we can share that, that's why we do this. It's the coolest thing."

On her life these days: "I'm kind of boring. I'd rather stay at home. I read a lot and I play guitar. I have to play a lot of guitar right now especially because I'm doing the movie."

To those residing under a rock: New Moon opens on November 20.

This is the most gleeful news we've heard all day.

Glee creator Ryan Murphy confirmed to The New York Post this week that the cast of his hit show will tour the country next summer. He said:

"We're going to do what American Idol has done and put the kids on the road. It all equals revenue streams for FOX."

Anyone unsure about whether the show is worth its own tour needs only to watch a clip from last night's episode. Check out Rachel and Finn making like Jordin Sparks and Chris Brown in this "No Air" duet:

Added Murphy:

"Glee's music is not only driving the show, making it the freshest program on broadcast television, but it's also driving revenues. This is a new sort of model. It used to be with TV that you would have the show, then foreign sales, then DVD sales and then syndication sales, but DVD sales have really taken a cut out of syndication. This is a whole new way for Fox to earn revenue on a show."

Will you buy a ticket for the Glee tour?

Note to Saturday Night Live security: keep your eyes out for Kanye West on November 7.

The rapper will likely be barred from the premises on that date, as Taylor Swift hosts an episode of the iconic program.

The lovely young singer performed on the show in January, but this will be her first time hosting. It's an opportunity she describes as "mind-blowing," adding:

"I love being around people who I feel have a different kind of creative genius. And the funny genius is definitely a fascinating one to be around."

Pretty Singer

Swift says she's "been thinking about skit ideas for a long time," though it's safe to assume the show will come up with something to mock her humiliation at the hands of West last month.

"There are definitely some hilarious things that have happened to me over the past couple of months that I think will be pretty substantial skits," Swift said, clearly acknowledging the VMA mishap.

Swift will also perform on Dancing with the Stars on October 27. Will tune in to watch her on Saturday Night Live?

Incredibly, as previously reported, there's a magzaine titled Kurv in Australia.

They might as well call this publication Kim Kardashian Weekly, as her body type and alliterative name makes her pretty much the only model suited for Kurv photo spreads.

In its most recent issue, Kurv celebrates the 50th anniversary of Barbie by dressing Kim up as the iconic doll, just begging witty celebrity gossip sites to toss out possible doll types the socialite represents.

Is she Sex Tape Barbie? Large Breasted Barbie? Attention-Starved Barbie? Bikini Body Barbie?

There are as many possibilities as there are ways for the Kardashians to milk every ounce of publicity out of their talentless lives.

Come up with your own Kim-inspired Barbie name, send it in and then click on Kurv photos of this socliate below. They're all very weird.

The New Moon publicity machine is in overdrive.

With a little more than a month to go until the second Twilight Saga film is released on November 20, expect Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and company to pop up on magazine covers, TV shows and radio interviews galore.

Smiling!

You won't mind, will you?

Tomorrow, for example, People releases a special issue dedicated to New Moon. It features a slew of new photos from the movie, as well as comments from various cast and crew members.

Let's take a look at what those associated with the surefire blockbuster have to say about it...

Director Chris Weitz, on the tone of New Moon: “Twilight is about first love; New Moon is about heartbreak. That requires the actors to go to some very dark places. There is more Edward in the film. Viewers will see him more often than Bella sees him in the book.”

Taylor Lautner on Team Jacob: “I get nervous trying to represent Team Jacob in the right way. This guy [Robert] is some pretty good competition. The fans would love anybody who played Jacob. I’m just lucky to be the one who got the chance.”

Pattinson on Edward: “When I read Twilight, and there are these moony descriptions of Edward as a godlike figure, I thought there was no way I could play him. But when I got in the room with Kristen, there was a certain chemistry. She’s basically the reason I did the movie.”

Ashley Greene on the fans: “Kellan Lutz and I look at each other and go, ‘What is going on? This is so insane!’ It’s very different from anything that I’ve experienced. But the fans are so passionate. Seriously, this is the coolest job in the world with the best fans.”

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt might have more children. They might not.

But one thing is for certain: Life & Style has to look up the definiton of "confirms."

On the cover of the supermarket tabloid's latest issue, it sounds as though Jolie is either knocked up again or has already filled out new adoption paperwork. Neither is the case. Instead, she simply said recently:

"I can see further additions to the family - both adopted and our own."

Life & Style says Jon Gosselin is the "worst dad in America." This is the first true story it's ever reported.

A source close to the couple anonymously added:

"They want one more biological baby and an adopted baby - for now. But who knows what the future holds. Some people get addicted to drugs and alcohol, but Brad and Angie are addicted to children."

Just like this magazine is addicted to falsifying its cover stories.

You've heard the rumors.

Now, you can actually see the character in action again, as Locklear has filmed her first scenes on the rebooted CW series.

Amanda will return on November 17, portraying the boss of Katie Cassidy's Ella. It's set to be a battle of the bitches, which fans can preview below. This is a shot of Locklear on her debut episode:

With apologies to Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart, as well as Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens, we think we've found the cutest couple in Hollywood.

American Idol runner-up Adam Lambert was spotted out with boyfriend Drake LaBry last night - and even an annoying celebrity gossip photographer couldn't get in the way of this pair's happiness.

In fact, right in front of the paparazzi, Lambert laid a wet one on his man. Check it out:

Kissing Alert!

You've gotta admire the openness and honesty with which Lambert lives his life.

While heterosexuals get divorced at a rate of 50%, it makes perfect sense many politicians wish to deny a couple such as this full marital rights... NOT!

Check out more shots of Adam and Drake below, including a random encounter the singer had with Brandy inside a 7-11:

Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson are notorious for craving their privacy, avoiding the press and only granting interviews when obligated to hype the Twilight Saga.

Incredibly, however, the couple has agreed to allow an unreliable supermarket tabloid into its home and has provided it with an all-access pass into its life!

After Party Pic

And if you believe that, you must also be impressed with how real Heidi Montag's boobs are.

In its latest issue, OK! Weekly claims to have "exclusive photos" from Kristen and Rob's apartment, along with first-person quotes from the pair that provide fans with "intimate details" about how they spend their free time.

Our best guess? By laughing at stories concocted by desperate publications.

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart did NOT grant this magazine access into its apartment. But the pair is starring in New Moon and you can check out a bevy of still images from the movie NOW!

When it comes to Kim Kardashian, we're often divided.

Our staff is against her transparent cries for attention, but in support of her occasional nude photos.

There is one cause, however, where we're firmly on Kim's side: equal rights for all Americans.

In response to last week's National Equality March in DC, Kardashian posted the following on her official blog:

We like to consider our nation one that promotes equality. But isn't that a little hypocritical considering there are so many people in this country who are denied the most basic civil rights? It shouldn't matter if you are straight, gay, bisexual, black, white, rich, poor... every citizen deserves to be treated as an equal.

Another Bikini Pic

The Hollywood Gossip is pro Kim Kardashian bikini photos and pro equal rights for all!

I think what President Obama has said he will do to move gay rights forward is such a huge step in the right direction. It is a breath of fresh air to see a leader be so open minded, modern and understanding of people of all lifestyles. I just hope he stands by his word.

Equal rights for everyone!!!!!
