Sinbad is legally broke once again.

The comedian - who hasn't exactly been burning up the box office in recent years - filed for Chapter 13 bankruptcy last month, TMZ has confirmed. He made the same financial move in 2009.

In official documents, the 56-year old entertainer says he owes $374,979 to American Express... $32,199 to Bank of America... and $2.3 million to the CA Franchise Tax Board.

Give Porsha Williams credit: if the reality star is faking her divorce in order to remain on The Real Housewives of Atlanta... she sure is going all out!

According to court documents filed by Porsha, she was recently locked out of her Georgia home by estranged husband Kordell Stewart.

Despite pleas from opposing counsel, the ex-quarterback is refusing to give his wife a new key to the residence.

Moreover, Porsha says she attempted to get both sides together for a mediation session, but Stewart blew the appointment off, labeling it as a "waste of everyone's time."

With Brooke Mueller once again in rehab - she reportedly flipped out a few weeks ago and claimed she had connections to the mafia - the actress has been taking care of Bob and Max, the four-year old twins Mueller shares with ex-husband Charlie Sheen.

Who, of course, is also the ex-husband of Richards.

It's complicated... yet sort of sweet.

"You just figure it out because you don't have a choice. You have these children depending on you," Richards told Us Weekly of watching over the boys. "You prioritize. I had children because I want to be a parent, and I want to be there for them."

Contrary to earlier reports, Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez did not sit next to each other at last night's Billboard Music Awards.

But the estranged couple did greet each other with a peck on the cheek backstage. Much to the chagrin of Taylor Swift.

In a gif making its way around the Internet, Selena and Justin stop for a friendly, semi-romantic gesture... only for Taylor to catch a peek of her bestie and Bieber and react in hilariously disgusted fashion.
