I am a senior staff writer at THG and a big fan of Taylor Swift, Justin Bieber and Robert Pattinson. I believe Kim Kardashian is bad for society, but great for attention, and that The Real Housewives should all be banned from existence.

It's official: Adrianne Curry can no longer refer to herself as a "celebrity."

Once someone resorts to attention-getting stunts that would even make Miley Cyrus ashamed, she should just throw in the desperate towel. It's over.

Curry Tweeted the photo below to her followers this week. It's a shot of her topless. Apparently Playboy wouldn't accept her calls; Dancing with the Stars turned her down. This is the only way she knows how to remain remotely relevant.

It's both sad and hilarious. Check out the half-naked self-portrait after the jump.

Kim Kardashian has a serious talent - and, for once, we're not making a reference to her sex tape with Ray J.

The reality TV star manages to find the most random magazines in existence and somehow convince them to pay her to pose on their cover.

Last week, Kim (sporting a goth bowl cut) was featured in YRB. Yes, YRB. Sports Illustrated or People, it is not.

This week, Kardashian graces the cover of Jezebel, which is apparently "Atlanta's Premier Lifestyle" publication. Makes perfect sense, considering Kim is known for spending time in Los Angeles, Miami or New Orleans.

Jezebel Cover Girl

Meanwhile, Kardashian has also been hired as Contributing Beauty Editor for OK! Weekly, a surprising gig for someone that rarely wears clothing.

The magazine reports that Kim will "provide her expertise in regular, seasonally-themed features and columns." Says the socialite of the honor:

“I’m really looking forward to being a part of the team at OK!. Now the types of tips I’ve given on my own blog can be seen by an even wider audience. I’ve always loved beauty."

Here are a couple more shots of Kardashian from Jezebel. Think she really knows anything about fashion?

Earlier today, Carrie Prejean actually filed a lawsuit against Miss California pageant officials Keith Lewis and Shanna Moakler.

The attention-starved beauty queen claims this pair discriminated against her religion and caused extreme emotional distress.

In response, Moakler's attorney, Mel Avanzado, has issued a statement that comes to the same conclusion any sane person would arrive at: Prejean is an idiot.

"On Ms. Moakler's behalf, I can say unequivocally that Ms. Prejean's lawsuit is without merit.

"More importantly, as everyone who watched or read her public statements is well aware, Ms. Prejean's unfortunate and bigoted statements are responsible for any public humiliation or damages to her reputation that she has claimed to have suffered. Ms. Moakler strenuously denies that she did anything wrong and looks forward to proving that in a court of law."

It's both incomprehensible and incredibly depressing that people like this exist.

But at last night's American Idol concert in Kansas City, awful, close-minded members of the Westboro Baptist Church stood outside and protested the mere existence of Adam Lambert.

They held signs that read "God Hates Fags" and, as heard on the video below, one of them referred to Lambert and other homosexuals as a "bunch of rebels against God... they're teaching rebellion against the standards and commandments of God."

Such ignorant, hateful morons make Jon Voight look sane and reasonable.

Rising above it all, Lambert Tweeted after the show:

Thank you all for the support. Love overcomes hate. Love has no color. Love has no orientation. All is love. :)

This is the second time this summer that a Church has sponsored this sort of protest. Other gay-haters picketed a concert in San Jose in July.

It's interesting to note how Lambert has handled these incidents of pure vitriol, compared to how the Carrie Prejean has handled her scandal-filled spotlight. Who do you think is a better Christian role model?

The good news: Miley Cyrus did not Tweet anything obnoxious, pathetic or attention-worthy yesterday.

The bad news: She did so on YouTube instead.

Miley and BFF Mandy Jiroux spent over five minutes filming themselves cleaning out the singer's enormous closet and making inside jokes. That's it. That's the entire video.

Oblivious to the fact that her walk-in closet is larger than most people's bedrooms, Cyrus casually tosses around items of clothing that likely cost more than many people see in a week, especially in this economy.

Why must this have been videotaped and released to the public? We have no idea. We didn't even know Miley owned any clothes, considering what she typically wears these days.

Cue the "Leave Miley alone/You're just jealous!" comments in 3... 2... 1...

Sorry, Adam Lambert. No major, breaking news on this talented artist today.

But with talk of his upcoming album, we wanted to give fans a taste of what they'll soon be listening to on iTunes all day, everyday.

Last month in Glendale, Arizona, Lambert joined his fellow American Idol finalists on tour. He serenaded the crowd with an emotional version of "Mad World," one of the songs he chose for his season eight final performance.

Check it out in the video below and, don't worry: no dildos were harmed in the making of this clip.

Considering they've hated their lead singer for months, it's surprising it took so long for The Pussycat Dolls to call it quits.

But the all-girl group (who really hate it when you loosen up their buttons and then just front) has finally broken up, as Kimberly Wyatt told Great Britain's The Daily Mirror.

“The girls and I have just finished our huge world tour and are taking a break from the band and doing our own thing. We’re all concentrating on our own projects and deciding what the future will hold."

For Wyatt, that future will likely include more bashing of Nicole Scherzinger. We can't wait!

According to Carrie Prejean, we now know what Jesus would do.

He'd exploit his religion like Denise Richards exploits her children, ignore the concept of forgiveness and seek as much money and retribution as humanly possible.

Following her June 10 dethroning as Miss California, Prejean has filed a lawsuit against pageant officials Shanna Moakler and Keith Lewis.

As first reported by TMZ, the suit doesn't name Donald Trump (even though he's the one that fired her), and it accuses Moakler and Lewis of religious discrimination, defamation, public disclosure of private facts, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and negligent infliction of emotional distress.

The final accusation is our favorite: Prejean is suing two people for accidentally hurting her feelings.

An Awful Human Being

According to Carrie, Miss California officials "fabricated a fraudulent list of some 50 public appearances allegedly missed by Prejean which they released to the media in order to justify her termination as Miss California USA" and tried to "set up Prejean to have her dismissed as Miss California USA by asking her to do a Playboy photo shoot for $120,000."

This just in: Taylor Lautner is a total stud muffin!

The Twilight Saga star is featured in the October 2009 edition of Teen Vogue, an issue that goes on sale September 8 and is sure to rank among the highest-selling copies of the magazine in its history.

While Lautner avoids controversial topics, such as Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson, in his interview with the publication, he looks exceptionally good in a photo shoot, while also touching on a number of topics. Such as...

Selena Gomez: “She’s a great girl.”

Twilight Saga supporters: “I think fans would love anybody who played Jacob. I’m just lucky to be the one who got the chance.”

Celebrity gossip photographers: “You can’t ever really get used to it, because it’s not normal to have people snapping pictures of everything you do. You just have to try not to let it affect you.”

Career goals: “I really look up to Denzel Washington as an actor. I’d love to do a film with him one day in the future. That would be my dream come true. And I love the action-drama films like Matt Damon and Brad Pitt do.”
