I am a senior staff writer at THG and a big fan of Taylor Swift, Justin Bieber and Robert Pattinson. I believe Kim Kardashian is bad for society, but great for attention, and that The Real Housewives should all be banned from existence.

Gwyneth Paltrow can be a total bitch.

What? That's what the actress herself says in the latest issue of British Vogue.

Paltrow, who will be making the media rounds often this spring in preparation for Iron Man 2, opens up about many personal issues in the magazine. For example...

On revenge: “I can be mean. I can cave in to gossip. I can ice people out and I can definitely harbour revenge. In fact, I’m having a situation right now with a friend where I’m feeling pretty angry. But revenge is corrosive and it doesn’t make me feel good. I’ll wake up in the morning and think, ‘Ugh, I feel terrible’, and suddenly realize, ‘Ah, that’s why. I’m holding on to so much hate.”

On working out: “Oh, I had to work hard to get it like this, but now I’m here it’s so great because I don’t have to think about it. I can just enjoy life. What a relief is that. I can eat what I want, as long as I exercise."

On home life: "I have this whole other passion, which is home-making. I always have done, since I was little. As silly as that sounds - it’s not 1955, after all - it’s really important to me, all that stuff, sitting round a table as a family.”

Paltrow is married to Chris Martin and has two kids.

When they first got together, it seemed like an odd paring between a goofball and a beauty.

Five years later, we're shocked to announce that Jim Carrey and Jenny McCarthy have broken up.

"I'm so grateful for the years Jim and I shared together," McCarthy said in a statement. "I will continue to be in his daughter's life and will always keep Jim as a leading man in my heart."

Carrey's rep also confirmed that "Jim and Jenny... are grateful for the many blessings they have shared and wish each other the very best."

Tweeted the funny actor: Jenny and I have just ended our 5yr relationship. I'm grateful 4 the many blessings we've shared and I wish her the very best! S'okay!

Both stars had been married before and always laughed off talk of ever walking down the aisle together. We hope each eventually finds what he/she is looking for.

Months after her character was killed off Desperate Housewives, Nicollette Sheridan has created the kind of scandal that makes Wisteria Lane the most famous street on television.

In court papers filed this week, the actress has accused that show's creator of assault and wrongful termination. Why did she come out now with the $20 million lawsuit?

"Nicollette worked very hard on the show and was a model employee," said her attorney, Mark Baute. "Mr. Cherry's behavior towards Nicollette was and is nothing short of abusive and appalling."

Baute's statement continues, explaining his client's motivation:

"The lawsuit is not something Nicollette wanted to do, it's something she felt compelled to do. "Nicollette asked ABC for help and protection from Mr. Cherry's abusive behavior, and ultimately, ABC was not willing or able to provide that protection.

"Sometimes the only way that a safe and normal work environment can be created is when a hard-working person like Nicollette stands up for herself and her rights, and in doing so help protect others who have had to work in a hostile environment.

"We expect the case to be hard fought, and it will not be a surprise if ABC and Mr. Cherry try to depict Nicollette to be something other than a team player and long-standing industry professional.

"She put her heart and soul into the role of the Edie character, a character that she truly enjoyed playing."

ABC is on record, saying Sheridan's allegations are "without merit." We doubt we've heard the last about this case.

Brace yourselves for shocking news: the new season of The Real Housewives of New Jersey will be full of drama.

At least that's the case if you believe Dina Manzo. At an event in New York City last week, she specifically called out fellow cast member Danielle Staub.

“Danielle loves drama. She loves every second of it and being the center of attention, whether it’s positive or negative," Manzo told Hollywoodlife.com.

And Staub's response to such an accusation? The former sex tape star attempted to take the high road.

“I’m not going to put stock in her opinion,” she said. “People are figuring out I’m not the person that [the wives] make me out to be... I try to live my life and stay away from them. I stay in the positive - look on my Facebook and Twitter. I do my absolute best to inspire people."

So, what can viewers expect on the new season, which premieres on May 3?

“It’s a lot of crazy. We’re Jersey so we keep it real and we’re a little bit more street than the other housewife series," Manzo hilariously said. "We’re not afraid to show everything – the good, the bad, the ugly. And you don’t mess with us, either!”

If you have any brains, or an iota of a life, you also don't watch them on TV.

In late February, it was reported that Adam Lambert would perform on American Idol.

Now, we can confirm that the former runner-up won't just sing "Whattaya Want From Me” on the April 14 results-show telecast - he'll serve as a mentor to the finalists on the night before!

No word yet on what theme the contestants will tackle during the special visit, but this much is certain: if anyone can spice up this lackluster group of singers, it's Adam Lambert.

Pretty Boy

Lambert will be the first former Idol to act as a mentor less than a year after he left the show.

Many will believe he's too inexperienced for the gig... but Miley Cyrus took on the same role a couple weeks ago and she's younger than every current contestant except Katie Stevens and Aaron Kelly.

Do you think he should be a mentor?

Cynical, jealous haters will continue to conjure up arguments against her.

Tabloids will continue to quote anonymous sources and paint her as a mega bitch.

But THG will continue to look at actual facts and hammer home one simple point: Angelina Jolie is a true role model.

The actress recently spent time in Haiti and opened a school for refugee returnees in Afghanistan. Her latest act of charity and good will? Touring Bosnia and Herzegovina, where Jolie and Brad Pitt sat with people that have been struggling since that area's civil war ended in 1995.

"[I am] so inspired by these families," Angelina said. "Despite the grim realities of their unsettled existence, they have an incredible determination to make a better future for their children."

Approximately 117,000 people are still displaced by the aforementioned war, including the women seen below, who reside in a collective center in Rogatica, Bosnia.

Jolie, a U.N. Goodwill Ambassador since 2001, spoke with staffers from the U.N. High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) to help assist with plans of action for those suffering from a lack of basic needs.

"I hope we can find solutions for the remaining tens of thousands of displaced people... only then can we really close one of the most tragic chapters in modern history," she said. "[I hope] to return to this beautiful country soon and meet with political representatives to further discuss the solutions that are so badly required."

Go ahead and hate, cynics. We'll go ahead and admire a celebrity that does more than eat at Katsuya every night in front of the paparazzi.

Below, you can actually watch a brief video of Jolie and Pitt exploring the region.

It was already a series of novel.

Then, it became one of the most popular shows on TV.

Now, True Blood is taking another step toward its goal of dominating the world of pop culture and entertaining: the graphic novel.

Look for a set of comic books to be released this July, each featuring the same characters on the HBO drama, but each focusing on different storylines. Says True Blood creator Alan Ball, the man behind the project:

"I'm really looking forward to exploring this new format. Comics have no limitations, things that we could never do on the show because of time and budgetary constraints we can do in a comic. The writers of the show and I are closely involved in the creative aspects of the comic, plotting art stories, characters.

"They exist in the same world, but it's a completely different story than what you will see on TV."

In True Blood spoiler news, meanwhile: check out the first photo of Joe Manganiello as the character of Alcide. He'll play a major role on the show, whose third season kicks off on June 12.

Real Housewives of New York star Kelly Bensimon was in a giving mood last night.

The reality TV mainstay walked the runway of "Dressed To Kilt," a charity fashion show held in The Big Apple. It benefited The Wounded Warrior Project, The Paralyzed Veterans of America and The Erskine Hospital in Scotland.

All good causes, no doubt.

But Bensimon also gave those in attendance a mini show, as her right nipple sneaked its way out of her top. Heck, it was almost more revealing than Kelly's lame Playboy spread.

See what we mean below.

First, the cast of Glee. Now, Justin Bieber.

Targeting the tween demographic, Barack Obama made one of his smartest decisions as President this weekend: he asked the 16-year old crooner to perform at the 2010 Easter Egg Roll on the South Lawn of the White House.

Bieber entertained fans with “One Time” and “Baby," telling those in attendance:

“What a lovely crowd. How many of you guys think it’s a beautiful day out here? It’s a beautiful day! It’s a good time to play my new song, "U Smile."

All About the Hair

From there, Bieber put on a rendition of classic singles, including Michael Jackson’s “Wanna Be Startin’ Somethin’” and Aerosmith’s “Walk This Way.”

He even took to the drums on the latter song, as shown in the following video. First, though, check out a few more photos of Justin Bieber from this weekend's festivities:

After this year's Academy Awards, while most viewers were praising the personality and presence of Gabourey Sidibe at the ceremony, Howard Stern was taking a different stance.

On the air, he referred to the Oscar nominee as "an enormous woman the size of a planet."

In response, Jamiee Foxx called Stern out, seemingly inviting a feud between the stars and saying he hopes it gets "hot" because Stern "hasn't really made a big splash in a long time."

Relevance in the entertainment universe challenged, Stern replied to the actor this week, playing the same immature, uncreative card that's been played in so many arguments between men: Oh yeah? You're gay!

"He seems to be in some bizarre thing where he wants to start in with me so that he can get some attention for his channel on [radio show] Foxxhole, which is an interesting name too. The hole. I wonder which hole they're referring to? How many holes are in Jamie? He's got an ass and a mouth. I don't know what he does with them," Stern said, adding:

"It's interesting that he chose the name Jamie, I could get into the whole f-cking thing... My guess is we're probably not on the same team. I think he's playing for a way different team. I don't know what team he's on, but it ain't my team."

Foxx's take?

"I'm not gay... A lot of people say that I'm gay and that doesn't bother me, because I could eat a pizza in a male shower and not feel anything because I'm secure with myself. And I'm not gonna take that, Coward Stern. I'm not gonna take that from a person who has chronic gonorrhea."

So, to review: Stern says Foxx is gay. Foxx replies by making up a nickname for Stern and claiming he has an STD.

It may be tough to choose a winner in this intelligent debate, but do your best: Whose side are you on?
