Kelly Osbourne thinks Luke Worrall is... a bad word for female genitalia.

In a new interview with Us Weekly, Elle Schneider explains why: this model carried on an affair with Worrall. It began "a year and a few months ago," Schneider says, and it's noteworthy for another reason:

Elle Schneider (pictured) was born as a man named Reynaldo Gonzalez.

Regarding her sex, Schneider - who is awaiting gender reassignment surgery - says of Worrall:

"He knew instantaneously... He was definitely not turned off by it at any point. In fact, he was turned on. He made it very obvious."

Schneider adds that Worrall is the second guy she ever slept with, doing so at the Four Seasons in early 2010 and then losing touch with him until November, at which point he said things with Osbourne were over...

... even though he was trying to reconcile with Kelly simultaneously, unbeknownst to Elle Schneider at the time.

Following surgery on Monday to prevent abnormal blood flow within his his heart, Bret Michaels is now resting comfortably at home.

"Bret's procedure had excellent results," said Dr. Mansour Assar, the cardiologist at St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center who operated on Michaels. "Because of the successful outcome and Bret's determination, I believe he will be able to return to normal activity within weeks."

New Family Man

For a change, that actually won't include the consistent banging of groupies. This is an engaged man now!

Michaels, of course, suffered cerebral hemorrhage last year that left him in critical condition. He's since gone on to win Celebrity Apprentice and inspire a nation. Get well soon, Bret!

She has the name of a movie star, as noted by Jennifer Lopez. But does Thia Megia have the voice of an American Idol champion?

Only 15, the contestant displayed impressive confidence and comfort in front of the judges last night, delivering one of the best performances of the evening on Adele's "Chasing Pavements."

Megia will have plenty of competition from fellow Milwaukee hopefuls alone - we loved Molly DeWolf Swensen and Scott Dangerfield - but she's been approved for Hollywood. We'll see her there in a couple weeks. For now, here's your chance to check out Thia's vocals once again:

She's 22. She's a Harvard graduate. She works in the White House. She loves our president, but NOT in a Monica Lewinsky-type way, she's quick to point out.

Oh, and Molly DeWolf Swensen is absolutely gorgeous, with a beautiful voice. Should we just crown her as the next American Idol already?

We kid, but it's difficult not to have been impressed with Swensen even before she offered up a version of "(Sittin' On) The Dock of the Bay" that was as pitch perfect as any contestant in Milwaukee last night. Listen for yourself.

We heard the story of Chris Medina days before this American Idol hopeful appeared on the show last night.

But that didn't make his Milwaukee audition any less emotional, as Medina recounted the story of his fiancee, Juliana, who got into a horrific car accident in October 29 and remained in a coma for over a month before awakening with brain damage.

Soon after impressing the panel with his sheer vocal talent on "Break Even," Medina wheeled Juliana into the studio, where all three judges greeted her before announcing the news: her man was headed to Hollywood! Watch the heartwarming tale in its entirety now:

Simply put, Scott Dangerfield doesn't look like the next American Idol.

The 22-year old student teacher showed up for this week's Milwaukee auditions with long hair, glasses and an overall genuine demeanor. Seriously, the guy didn't seem nervous or anxious or like he was trying to show off for the cameras.

But the approach certainly worked, as Jennifer Lopez referred to Dangerfield's rendition of Amos Lee's "Dreamin" as the best of the night. She couldn't wait to put him through to Hollywood, where he joined Jermome Bell and a host of others from the city. Check out Scott's performance here:

American Idol lowered the minimum age to 15 this season, but a 27-year old stepped up and delivered one of the best auditions of the night in Milwaukee.

Jerome Bell, a wedding/Bar Mitzvah singer, wasn't afraid to tackle a classic (Marvin Gaye's "Let's Get It On"), belting out a powerful version that left Randy to give the dawg mad props for his "hot, crazy, vocals."

A trio of positive votes later and Bell was off to Hollywood, joining Naima Adedapo and others there. Decide for yourself what kind of chance he'll have on the show:

While most American Idol chatter this morning centers around the tragic/inspiring story of Chris Medina and his girlfriend, other contestants from last night's Milwaukee auditions also left an impression.

Take Naima Adedapo.

Her name may be difficult to pronounce, but it also may be one viewers hear often over the next few weeks. This 25-year old mother works on the grounds of Summerfest, the country's largest music festival. Based on her rendition of Donny Hathaway's "For All We Know," however," she could be singing there herself one day. Watch the audition now:

Jimmy Buffett might look back at the video below and laugh someday. But, for now, fans of the iconic singer are simply worried about his health.

Following a performance in Sydney, Australia last night, Buffett crashed off the stage and on to the floor. He was rushed to St. Vincent's Hospital with head injuries and doctors now list the legend in stable condition.

He's expected to be released tomorrow, but a fan in attendance at the show said the incident was "horrifying," telling Radar Online: "It looked like he did a massive face plant after his encore and pretty much didn't get up."

Someone better have a margarita ready for Buffett when he gets home.

** UPDATE: Buffett has been released. No word yet on his status for his scheduled January 29 concert in New Zealand.
