I am a senior staff writer at THG and a big fan of Taylor Swift, Justin Bieber and Robert Pattinson. I believe Kim Kardashian is bad for society, but great for attention, and that The Real Housewives should all be banned from existence.

First Lady Michelle Obama and Dr. Jill Biden, wife of the Vice President, served as grand marshals yesterday prior to a NASCAR race at Homestead-Miami Speedway. They were on hand to promote the military family-based project Joining Forces, starting the race along with a wounded veteran named Andrew Berry and his family.

And the famous wives were audibly booked upon being introduced to the crowd. Hear for yourself:

On an evening chock full of impressive performances, Mary J. Blige stood among the best last night.

Following an introduction by Alanis Morissette, the artist - accompanied by Drake - belted out a version of "Mr. Wrong" and then paid tribute to the late Heavy D, saying: "Rest in peace to my dear friend, my loved one, my brother, the lovable and great Heavy D. I miss you so much brother. God bless."

You've gotta admire Jennifer Hudson for stepping up to a major challenge in the following Fashion Face-Off.

The singer/Oscar winner has lost a great deal of weight over the last year, making her feel comfortable to walk the red carpet of this year's American Music Awards in a leg-revealing dress - and even to take on super model Heidi Klum in a matchup of style mavens.

Adam Lambert and Justin Bieber both got their seriously dapper fashion on at last night's American Music Awards in Los Angeles.

Both singers dressed to the proverbial nines, with the former American Idol runner-up donning a three-piece suit and the 17-year old sensation going with a black tuxedo (a stark contrast to his white ensemble during this event performance).

They can do a lot more than merely judge a reality competition together.

At last night's American Music Awards, Adam Levine and Christina Aguilera anchored a rendition of their hit, "Moves Like Jagger," which had famous faces in the crowd up and dancing. Watch this duo belt out the track on stage now, as Jaden Smith, Selena Gomez, Taylor Swift and others groove to it while watching from the audience:
