I am a senior staff writer at THG and a big fan of Taylor Swift, Justin Bieber and Robert Pattinson. I believe Kim Kardashian is bad for society, but great for attention, and that The Real Housewives should all be banned from existence.

Two gorgeous, pretend blood suckers. One very lucky Upfront event.

Both Ian Somerhalder and Paul Wesley attended The CW's presentation of its fall schedule last week, as they were on hand to hype The Vampire Diaries, bring attention to new shows such as The Secret Circle - and look generally hot all around.

It all begins and ends with your friends.

So teases the following trailer for Entourage, which hypes the final season for Vince, E, Ari and company. The promo doesn't reveal any new scenes, but it should still get long-time fans excited for the series.

This isn't really goodbye, of course. Producer Mark Wahlberg has made no secret of his wishes to eventually make an Entourage movie. Let's hope that is more entertaining than the last three seasons of this lazy sitcom...

Taylor Swift's unique benefit convert has paid off - and then some.

On May 21, the singer/songwriter allowed 13,000 fans to sit in on a rehearsal for her upcoming tour, with all proceeds going to the victims of last month's tornado in Alabama. The result? Three quarters of a million dollars raised.

Taylor Swift on the Mic

“It was so wonderful,” Swift told Access Hollywood of the event. “It was almost like playing our first show because were playing for 13,000 people and it’s the whole show the way we would do the last dress rehearsal and I’m just so excited that we got to raise $750,000 dollars for the victims of the tornadoes.”

It's been a great week on a professional level for Taylor, too. She took home Billboard Awards for the Top Country Artist, Top Country Album and Top Billboard 200 Artist on Sunday night.

Ah, now we know why Justin Bieber jetted off with Selena Gomez over the weekend: he didn't want her to see him smelling another girl.

Debuting tonight after the Glee season finale, television viewers will see commercials for "Someday," the female fragrance created by the Biebs that will go on sale next month. We've got an early look at it here, as Justin gets awfully cozy with one VERY lucky model...

The singer will also soon be gracing the pages of your favorite magazine. This print ad will start appearing in publications over the next few weeks, making it next to impossible to get away from Justin Bieber.

But why would anyone want to do that anyway?

It's classic rock day on THG!

First, we wished a happy 70th birthday to Bob Dylan. Now, we're here with an update on arguably the most beloved band of all-time, The Rolling Stones.

Speaking to USA Today, Keith Richards hinted that he and his mates might celebrate the 50th anniversary of their debut gig with a new tour.

The Rolling Stones on Stage

"Something's blowing in the wind," the legendary guitarist said. "The idea's there. We kind of know we should do it, but nobody's put their finger on the moment yet. This is what we have to ask each other: Do we want to go out in a blaze of glory? We can, if Mick Jagger and Charlie Watts feel like I do, that we can still turn people on. We don't have to prove nothing anymore. I just love playing, and I miss the crowd."

Bob Dylan turns 70 years old today. But you wouldn't know it if you followed this legend's touring schedule.

The icon has played in Ho Chi Minh City and Australia, among other locales, over the past couple months. “I’m a firm believer in the longer you live, the better you get,” the rocker said. In 1968.

With timeless material such as "Blowin’ in the Wind," "Like a Rolling Stone," "Mr. Tambourine Man," and "Mississippi," who knows for how long Dylan will play and travel. We can't see the Minnesota native slowing down any time soon, nor would we want him to.

So happy birthday, Bob Dylan! May your talent and energy never be a-changin.

Oprah Winfrey concludes 25 years of her talk show tomorrow.

But a slew of huge names gathered in Chicago last week to tape a farewell to this television goddess. For a special that aired yesterday afternoon, Tom Cruise, Katie Holmes, Madonna, Halle Berry and Will Smith, among others, saluted Oprah inside the United Center.

The event also featured a couple touching musical performances: from Beyonce - who sang "Run the World (Girls)" and told Oprah "your persuasion can build a nation" - to Jackie Evancho, the 10-year old sensation from last summer's America's Got Talent.

Watch both below, and try not to get too choked up over the end of Oprah...

It's down to Scotty McCreery versus Lauren Alaina on this week's American Idol finale. But the contestants themselves don't see it that way.

"We're friends. This isn't a competition, we're just singing our hearts out," Scotty told E! News, while Lauren echoed her pal's sentiment: "I think whatever is meant to happen will happen. I think if Scotty wins, I'll be happy for him because he's one of my best friends."

That's sweet and all, and it's the typical refrain from the two finalists - but wouldn't it be a fun change if they actually acted like enemies one season?

  • Lauren Alaina Performs

Both young singers are from small towns, but both hope to make it big, likely within the same genre: country music.

"I'm going to go in there and try to make a country record," McCreery said of his future plans, win or lose. "That's what I love. That's what I've grown up with, and if that crosses over, great. But if not, country is what I want to focus on. Country music is hip. Country fans are loyal. They've gotten us here so we owe all of this to them."

Who do you think will win?

Lenny Kravitz has landed one of the few major roles remaining in The Hunger Games.

The musician, who impressed audiences with his range in Precious, will portray Cinna in the big screen version of this novel. That character is the personal stylist for Jennifer Lawrence's Katniss, a resident of the Capitol who grows more important, and sympathetic, as the story moves along.

"When I saw Lenny's work in Precious, I was just knocked out," director Gary Ross said. "It was quiet and strong and understated and open-hearted: all qualities which define this character."

Despite joining a blockbuster whose cast includes Josh Hutcherson, Liam Hemsworth, Elizabeth Banks, Woody Harrelson, and Stanley Tucci, Kravitz isn't done rocking:

His next album, "Black and White America," comes out on August 30.

Last night, they kissed on national television.

But now Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez are headed for a bit of privacy.

With the former having completed his recent tour, and the latter having wrapped up her latest music video shoot, insiders tell E! News that the adorable pair is headed for a vacation together. The destination? Maui.

"After working their asses off, they've carved out some serious time to hang out," the source says. "They're taking a well-deserved break together."

Enjoy the time off, Bomez. While you're gone, we'll try to come up with a better nickname than that...
