I am a senior staff writer at THG and a big fan of Taylor Swift, Justin Bieber and Robert Pattinson. I believe Kim Kardashian is bad for society, but great for attention, and that The Real Housewives should all be banned from existence.

After a few weeks of rancor, it appeared in April as if Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry had reached a truce in their battle over their three-year old daughter, Nahla. A custody agreement was signed.

But the actress was back in court today, claiming that Aubry violated said agreement and accusing the father of neglect.

Picking Up Nahla

Details are scant at the moment, but TMZ first broke the story of Berry submitting a lengthy complaint to a judge. It outlines all the ways in which Aubry - a Canadian model who split with the actress in May 2010 - supposedly violated the former couple's terms.

One incident overseas, where Aubry allegedly imperiled Nahla's safety, is specifically cited.

The judge has scheduled a hearing to hear more on the matter and we'll keep readers apprised as news breaks.

Brooke Mueller was found wandering the streets of Maui this month, clutching cash.

But apparently it wasn't enough, as the ex-wife of Charlie Sheen has submitted court documents that demand Warner Bros. withhold $55,000 per month from whatever it owes the actor; Mueller is not confident he will be able to meet his child support obligations.

Doing OK!

Sheen is not actually behind on his payments, mind you.

But insiders say Mueller wants to take every precaution she can and has asked the studio to wire the monthly figure directly into her bank account. Hopefully that will give the troubled star something to smile over.

As you can see above, crying appears to be Brooke's default action during every appearance on The World According to Paris.

In a newly-released video, Nicki Minaj teams with Flo Rida and asks a question: "Where Them Girls At?"

Following this weekend's BET Awards, we need not ask the 26-year-old rapper where the award for Best Female Hip-Hop Artist is at, however: it's on her mantel! Tweeted the artist in response to the honor:

“Dear BET, thanks for keeping the ‘female rap’ category in your award show. It encourages so many young girls to go hard. Love."

In his autobiography, Hulk Hogan called out ex-wife Linda Hogan, referring to her as an "abusive alcoholic" who used to go after the couple's children.

Now, Linda is firing back.

On The Today Show this morning, the former wrestler's ex promoted her new book ("Wrestling the Hulk: My Life Against the Ropes") and said she feared for her life while married to Hogan.

"[He] tore my shirt," she said. "He threw lamps. He held me down on the bed with his hands around my throat during arguments, slamming doors, pounding walls. I was always afraid he would kill me in one of his rages."

Did he ever show remorse for these alleged actions? Nope: "To this day he’s never apologized for any of his actions," Linda said.

Why bash your kids' father in public? Who knows. But at least she isn't mocking her daughter's fake boobs anymore.

UPDATE: Hulk has responded and referred to these allegations as "delusional." Visit THG tomorrow morning to hear his entire reply!

It seems like Beyonce has been around forever, but the singer only turns 30 years old in September.

How does she feel about such a milestone? EXCITED, Jay-Z's better half told Piers Morgan last night.

"I feel like 30 is the ideal age because you're mature enough to know who you are and to have your boundaries and your standards and not be afraid of [being] too polite. But you're young enough to be a young woman."

The artist also hit on the topics of children and retirement. See what she had to say now:

Megan Fox did not enjoy the company of Michael Bay on the set of Transformers.

But the opposite can apparently be said of her time spent filming that movie with Shia LaBeouf. In the latest issue of Details, the actor says he totally got it on with his gorgeous co-star, nodding when asked if he and Fox ever hooked up, according to the author.

"Look, you’re on the set for six months, with someone who’s rooting to be attracted to you, and you’re rooting to be attracted to them," he said. "I never understood the separation of work and life in that situation. But the time I spent with Megan was our own thing."

Shia LaBeouf Details Cover

We're guessing LaBeouf would give this tryst better reviews than critics gave his most recent movie.

Fox is married to Brian Austin Green, but the pair broke up and got back together so many times prior to finally tying the knot that it's impossible to know if she was spoken for at the time of her alleged Shia shagging.

In related news: we officially despise Shia LaBeouf.

Not every movie critic thinks Transformers: Dark of the Moon is the worst film of the decade. That's pretty much all the third movie in this special effects-based franchise could hope for.

Let's take a look at what journalists are saying about the Shia LaBeouf action flick, which opens on Friday...

The kick of the first movie was the pleasurable shock of humans and these transformative mechanical beings interacting. The third chapter is dedicated to little more than wanton destruction. - Hollywood Reporter

A work of ineffable soullessness and persistent moral idiocy. - The Chicago Tribune

The funniest, best-executed film in the talking, bleeding, Earth-protecting robots-that-look-like-cars-and-trucks series, "Moon" delivers the popcorn in gigantic fist-fulls of fun. - The Orlando Sentinel

Bay misses every opportunity to make something interesting out of his characters; instead, he's content to spend his enormous budget on grinding destruction so generic and visually convoluted, it's often hard to tell who we're supposed to be rooting for. - The New York Daily News

Too long, too dumb and too loud, "Transformers: Dark of the Moon" is at least an improvement on its immediate predecessor. - The Arizona Republic

Melissa Gorga just doesn't get it. Why does Teresa Giudice gotta play her like this?

Asked about her sister-in-law this week, the latest Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member replied: "When I hear her call me pretty much a gold digger, it's like putting a knife in my heart and twisting it, because I know that she knows that's not true."
