Hilton Hater

I am a senior staff writer at THG and a big fan of Taylor Swift, Justin Bieber and Robert Pattinson. I believe Kim Kardashian is bad for society, but great for attention, and that The Real Housewives should all be banned from existence.

There is no network and no show runner attached to the project, but Charlie Sheen really is coming back to television.

In a statement today, the actor confirmed plans for a sitcom based on the horrific movie Anger Management. It will be produced by Lionsgate, who says the series will focus on "a mild-mannered, non-confrontational man ordered to attend group anger management sessions led by a therapist who could probably use some anger management himself."

Sounds like there will be room for one very lucky - or unlucky, depending on your perspective - lead co-star.

  • Anger Management Poster
  • A True Winner

"I chose Anger Management because, while it might be a big stretch for me to play a guy with serious anger management issues, I think it is a great concept," Sheen said. "It also provides me with real ownership in the series, a certain amount of creative control and the chance to be back in business with one of my favorite movie producers of all time, Joe Roth."

Roth previously worked with the star on Major League and Young Guns.

Taylor Swift did more than merely perform in Canada over the weekend. She honored some of that nation's best in the music industry.

During a concert in Toronto, Swift told fans she wanted to give credit to "incredible musicians" from the region and proceeded to churn out acoustic versions of "You Learn" by Alanis Morissette, "Baby" by Justin Bieber and other singles.

Sit back, watch and enjoy now:

Sad news out of the world of automotive game shows today:

The taxi used for Canada's version of Cash Cab struck a pedestrian in Vancouver over the weekend, leaving a 61-year old man dead.

The accident took place on Friday night, when a resident of British Columbia was crossing the street and tragically met his demise at the front of the replica taxi used by that game show. It was being driven by a producer after filming for the day had been completed.

"Our thoughts and prayers are with the victim and his friends and his family." said said Andrew Burnstein, president of Castlewood Productions Inc. "My heart also goes out to the driver of the vehicle, a member of our technical staff, who is shaken and devastated by this tragic accident, as is our entire team."

Police are investigating the incident and no charges have been filed yet.

At this rate, the 2011 Marine Corps Ball will be as star-studded as the 2011 Academy Awards.

With Mila Kunis and Justin Timberlake already on board for the armed forces gala, Sgt. Ray Lewis has now posted a video in which he asks Betty White to be his date.

"She's funny, she's sweet, she's mature. She's the all-around perfect woman," Lewis says below. "I really think we'd have a good time. I'm fun, you know. … I think I can make her laugh. I think she can make me laugh. I think we can laugh together... So, call me!"

Note: Apparently there are numerous balls and Kunis and Timberlake will not be attending the same one. No response from White yet, nor any word on which ball Lewis has extended this invitation for.

Move over Owen Wilson and Vince Vaughn. Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez are a pair of real-life wedding crashers!

Following a dinner date in Malibu over the weekend, the couple was taking a stroll down the beach when their heard a reception playing one of Justin's songs and figured, hey, let's stop by!

A guest at the party tells Perez Hilton that Bieber "took the microphone, congratulated the newlywed couple, and said a few nice words, while posing for a series of pictures with his fans." Check one out here:

Justin and Selena only stuck around for about 10 minutes, resisting the urge to perform karaoke for the guests. But they left an impression that will last a lifetime.

Forget a new toaster or vase. The presence of Jelena should be on the wedding registry of all future couples!

Justin Timberlake is headed to the Marine Corps Ball!

Asked about the invitation sent his way via video by Corporal Kelsey De Santis, the singer/actor said at a press conference late last week that he's in, schedule permitting.

It's not because De Santis quoted a classic JT song lyric. And it's not because she could likely beat him up, either. It's because Timberlake is a good American, as he jokes about in the following video.

Justin won't be the only celebrity at the armed forces event. His Friends with Benefits co-star, Mila Kunus, was initially asked to the gala by Sergeant Scott Moore.

Bruce Jenner did all he could to tune out his annoying family on Keeping Up with the Kardashians last night. He gets countless points for the attempt, but the clan as a whole lost a ton in this +/- review of its weekly, scripted shenanigans...

Kim asks Rob, in response to him having not seen Mason in awhile, "doesn't that hurt your soul?" She then sticks her chest out for a nice shot by the E! cameras. PLUS 7.

Khloe brings Bruce a "harmony comb" to help with his hearing. It's a paper plate and candle (below) resting on the side of his head. He then complains about Khloe taking a photo and putting it on YouTube. The E! camera man shakes his head and hands out MINUS 13 points for the irony.

"When in doubt, throw it away," Khloe says in regard to a turkey baster. MINUS 6 to E! producers for not taking the same stance with all copies of this show.

Kourtney is afraid Rob is missing her son growing up because they haven't spent quality time together. PLUS 5 to Rob for understanding he can just watch the process via the Internet instead.
