I am a senior staff writer at THG and a big fan of Taylor Swift, Justin Bieber and Robert Pattinson. I believe Kim Kardashian is bad for society, but great for attention, and that The Real Housewives should all be banned from existence.

Bruce Jenner did all he could to tune out his annoying family on Keeping Up with the Kardashians last night. He gets countless points for the attempt, but the clan as a whole lost a ton in this +/- review of its weekly, scripted shenanigans...

Kim asks Rob, in response to him having not seen Mason in awhile, "doesn't that hurt your soul?" She then sticks her chest out for a nice shot by the E! cameras. PLUS 7.

Khloe brings Bruce a "harmony comb" to help with his hearing. It's a paper plate and candle (below) resting on the side of his head. He then complains about Khloe taking a photo and putting it on YouTube. The E! camera man shakes his head and hands out MINUS 13 points for the irony.

"When in doubt, throw it away," Khloe says in regard to a turkey baster. MINUS 6 to E! producers for not taking the same stance with all copies of this show.

Kourtney is afraid Rob is missing her son growing up because they haven't spent quality time together. PLUS 5 to Rob for understanding he can just watch the process via the Internet instead.

It took being snapped with pot on the sidewalk, followed by an embarrassing confrontation with a stewardess on an airplane, but Brooke Mueller is headed back to rehab.

Sources tell TMZ that Charlie Sheen's ex-wife is trying something unique this time around: she'll spend seven days in a facility in Mexico. The reason? It offers a drug that is meant to help her kick her drug habit.

Brooke Mueller is Sad

Will the 16th rehab trip be the charm for Brooke Mueller?

Illegal in America, Ibogaine is a substance extracted from an iboga plant. Some experts believe it rewires one's addictions to alcohol, cocaine, methadone and heroin.

Brooke is reportedly referring to the program as "extreme" and she's confident it will work. Sounds a bit loony and desperate to us, but those descriptions also apply Mueller. And, hey, it could be worse.

She could be seeing Dr. Drew instead.

Move over Britney, J. Lo, Justin Bieber and a slew of other stars: Taylor Swift is coming out with her first fragrance.

"Wearing perfume is such a unique way to create memories," the singer said of "Wonderstruck." Like songs, a scent can take you back and allow you to relive a moment in time."

Taylor Swift Live

The scent was chosen by Swift. It combines fruits, such as raspberry and apple blossom, with notes of golden amber and sandalwood.

“I wrote the lyric, ‘I’m wonderstruck, blushing all the way home,’ for the song ‘Enchanted’ about the first time you meet someone,” Taylor said. “A fragrance can help shape someone’s first impression and memory of you. It’s exciting to think that Wonderstruck will play a role in creating some of those memories.”

The perfume will be available in October.

In what will likely be the first of many records set by Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2, the film has knocked The Twilight Saga out of a number-one perch.

The final adventure for Daniel Radcliffe and company $43.5 million at midnight screenings Friday morning, demolishing the $30 million mark set by The Twilight Saga: Eclipse.

  • Intense Harry Potter Poster
  • New Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Poster

Harry cleared $90 overall yesterday, blowing by the $72 million record by The Twilight Saga: New Moon. Look for it to gross over $180 million before the weekend is over, which would move it past The Dark Knight and prove once and for all:

Movie goers prefer wizards to vampires and mayhem-causing superheroes.

Ross is a former gang member and acquaintance of O'Neal's, who had falling out with the athlete over a record deal. The lawsuit reads:

"For many years O'Neal requested and directed [Ross] to perform many personal favors and directed him to perform various tasks including, but not limited to: ordering [Ross] to kill a member of the Downtown Gangster Crips who had disrespected O'Neal in front of his wife Shaunie."

Courtney Stodden, 16, and Doug Hutchison, 51, swear their marriage is not a publicity stunt. To prove it, they went on a national talk show this week.

The couple, whose marriage in May created quite the stir due to their age difference, appeared on Good Morning America yesterday and said the relationship was "totally innocent" at first, focused on business.

Stodden made the first flirty move over email, Hutchison said, adding that he then sensed "a struggle inside my heart... because I had already started falling for her."

Hutchison called Stodden's mother, who is on record supporting the couple, and said:

"I said, Krista, I don't know if you know this or not, but your daughter and I are falling in love.... If you and [Courtney's father, Alex Stodden] have any misgivings whatsoever about this... I will respect you, and Courtney will respect you. And we will step back."

Doug was given his now mother-in-law's blessing, which thrilled Courtney.

It took far too long in the eyes of many, but Rebekah Brooks is finally out at News International.

The woman who served as the editor of Great Britian's News of the World throughout its phone-hacking scandal - the tabloid broke into the voicemails of a 13-year old girl who had been kidnapped, along with the families of 9/11 victims and many others - resigned today.

Rebekah Brooks Picture

“As chief executive of the company, I feel a deep sense of responsibility for the people we have hurt and I want to reiterate how sorry I am for what we now know to have taken place,” she said in a statement. “I have believed that the right and responsible action has been to lead us through the heat of the crisis. However my desire to remain on the bridge has made me a focal point of the debate.”

Brooks added that recent times have been "tough" and that she plans to correct "distortions" about her record as a journalist.

We wish her good luck in explaining why her newspaper hacking into the voicemails of over 4,000 people.
