This day shall forever be known as America's Comedy Birthday.

Not only did we get the awesome first trailer for Anchorman 2 this morning, but now we have confirmation that another long-awaited comedy sequel is finally moving forward!

After over a year of will-they-won't-they style wavering, Dumb and Dumber To is a go!

Jim Carrey as Lloyd Christmas

The Farrelly Brothers announced that Universal will produce and provide the funding for the film, which may start shooting as early as this fall.

The best news? Jim Carrey, who previously dropped out of the project, is definitely back in! For now, at least.

It's official: Sam Taylor-Johnson has been hired to direct Fifty Shades of Grey!

For those who don't know, Sam, the 46-year-old director of Nowhere Boy, ended up marrying the star of that film, Aaron Johnson, who is half her age at 23.

Which kind of makes this choice perfect, given the theme of the novel (I really shouldn't call it a novel).

Aaron Johnson, in fact, has been talked about in the past to star as Christian Grey in the film. Whether that just got more or less likely now that his wife is directing remains to be seen.

There is a shocking number of animated bird-revolt movies.

I mean, Chicken Run and Free Birds. That's two. Two animated bird-revolt movies. That's a lot of animated bird-revolt movies.

Check out the first Free Birds trailer:

Woody Harrelson voices Jake, the only member of the Turkeys Liberation Front, who convinces a recently pardoned turkey, voiced by Owen Wilson, to travel back in time to change the Thanksgiving tradition of eating turkey.

The voice cast also features Amy Poehler, Dan Fogler, Lesley Nicol, George Takei, Colm Meany, Danny Carey, and Keith David.

Free Birds will premiere November 1.

Shailene Woodley was all set to play Mary Jane Watson in The Amazing Spider-Man 2. So set, in fact, that she already shot all of her scenes.

But it looks like she'll have to wait until the third film. Marc Webb announced that Woodley has been cut from The Amazing Spider-Man 2.

Shailene Woodley at the Oscars

"I made a creative decision to streamline the story and focus on Peter and Gwen and their relationship," said Webb about the decision.

Woodley is understandably upset, saying, "Of course I'm bummed, but I am a firm believer in everything happening for a specific reason."

The new trailer for The World's End revisits the first two films in the Blood and Ice Cream trilogy, which is sadly coming to an end.

But not without a murder-robot bang! Watch the new trailer below:

Filmmaking partners Simon Pegg and Edgar Wright return to the sci-fi/action comedy genre with The World's End.

This time, five friends go back to their home town to re-attempt an epic pub crawl that they failed twenty years ago.

When they get there, they learn that something sinister has happened (it wouldn't be Blood and Ice Cream if there wasn't something sinister).

Warner Bros. seems to have done it right with The Lego Movie.

The idea of a Lego movie may sound ridiculous (is it just a kid making a really bad tower for 90 minutes?), but the excellent cast and fun story look very promising.

See for yourself in the first Lego Movie trailer:

The film stars Chris Pratt as Emmet, a run-of-the-mill guy who is mistaken for the Master Builder, who must save the world.

Will Ferrell stars as his nemesis, Lord Business, a man bent on gluing all the pieces of the universe together.

At this point, we're so excited about Anchorman 2 that any updates are awesome updates.

Even if it's just a close-up of Ron Burgundy's mustache.

Scratch that. Especially if it's just a close-up of Ron Burgundy's mustache.

Check out the new Anchorman 2 teaser poster:

The fate of the world is in Brad Pitt's hands!

I, for one, couldn't think of anyone more capable.

Check out the latest clip from World War Z:

Pitt stars as Gerry Lane, a man who leaves his family behind to travel the world looking for a cure to the zombie pandemic that threatens humanity.

Here's hoping he finds one! And that it's not something like "be kinder to others," because that's not happening.

No offense to Christopher Nolan, but if superheroes existed in the real world, they'd probably be a lot more like these ones from Kick-Ass than his gritty version of Batman.

In the new film, Kick-Ass and Hit-Girl have inspired a plethora of other crime-fighters to don masks and join the cause.

And they have plenty to fight for, given that there's a new villain in town, whose name I can't exactly type here.

Check it all out in the new Kick-Ass 2 trailer:

Aaron Johnson, Chloe Moretz, Jim Carrey, Christopher Mintz-Plasse, Donald Faison, Robert Emms, Lindy Booth, Daniel Kaluuya, Clark Duke, Olga Kurkulina, and Morris Chestnut star in the action comedy sequel.

Kick-Ass 2 comes out August 16.

The very first teaser trailer for Frozen has arrived.

What's Frozen, you ask? It's a documentary about how yummers Dairy Queen is.

Not really. It's a new 3D-animated musical from Disney. Check out the Frozen teaser:

After a spell plunges the world into eternal winter, Anna sets out to find her missing sister, the Snow Queen, who holds the secret to unlocking the spell.

Kristen Bell voices Anna, with Jonathan Groff as a Mountain Man she meets along the way.
