Free Britney

Teaming up with Hilton Hater to bring you the latest celebrity news, Hollywood rumors and gossip since 6/6/06.

With all the buzz surrounding nine-month-old Jayden James Federline these days, you don't hear all that much about his older brother, 21-month-old Sean Preston.

Ironic, since it's the eldest spawn of Britney Spears and Kevin Federline that actually appears in non-grainy photographs on a regular basis.

Sean P. is Huge

So we thought it was a time to give Sean Preston some more love. Check out this mostly adorable, yet at the same time somewhat disturbing picture of him below…

Eat your heart out, 50 Cent. Mofos just got paid … Foolz be rollin' on dubs in da Escalade … Lil' pro lookin' sharp like he ridin' on blades … Bitchez, take heed!

Here's hoping Sean Preston's got himself a license… and is sober. If Paris Hilton has taught us anything, it's that you don't wanna drive drunk, then violate your probation, then show no respect for the legal system, then whine like a spoiled biatch when you get punished. Skank.

While Sean Preston is living with Britney Spears (and being raised by her cousin Alli Sims), it's clear by his choice of miniature cars that he takes after his dad, the great K-Fed.

Big pimpin' y'all. Awwwwww yeeeeeeeah.

John Sundahl, a recovering alcoholic and the chairman of Britney Spears' AA chapter in Los Angeles, told the "singer" as bluntly as he could:

"If you fall off the wagon, I don't think you'll live."

Beaming Brit

In an exclusive interview with The National Enquirer, the man who's been trying to help Britney through her nightmare of booze and drugs talked about the tough tactics he's used in dealing with the troubled star.

"I told her: ‘If you don't want to get sober for yourself, do it for your kids,'" said John Sundahl, who, along with everyone else in L.A., was rumored to be hitting that piece at one point.

John Sundahl concluded that Britney Spears has, in fact, slipped off the wagon at least several times, but the counselor added:

"She truly wants to stop what she's doing... she's changed her life in another direction. She doesn't get drunk every night and pass out.'"

She could have fooled us.

Sources say the mother of Jayden James and Sean Preston has been pulling the wool over her eyes of late - and over those of her terrified mother.

"Britney is telling her mom (Lynne Spears) that she's trying to get her drinking under control. But clearly she's not," an Enquirer source said.

Counselor Sundahl admits he last saw his celebrity client on June 1. Since then, Britney Spears has been on a booze-fueled rampage.

In early June she took sons Sean Preston, 21 months, and 9-month-old Jayden James to Hawaii. They later hit up Mexico as a break from her busy life.

"She was drinking to the point where she thew up all over her hotel bathroom," said a source. "She later passed out, leaving [cousin] Alli to handle the boys by herself."

On June 11, Britney Spears was back in L.A., spending a girls' night out at Joseph's.

"She was downing rum and coke, vodka, and shots of booze," says the source. "She was feeling sad and reminiscing... and Britney drinks when she gets sad."

It was at Joseph's three years ago that Britney Spears first met Kevin Federline - a memory that may have been her downfall.

"The real problem for her is that she wants Kevin and the boys back with her... in a life like the one she had before."

Right, because that was so great. But in all seriousness, Kevin Federline has shown since their divorce that he's by far the more stable and responsible of the two, and is just as worried about Britney as her mother and the rest of the family.

"He insists she has a nanny at all times," says a source.

Seeing Kate Moss nude is one thing.

Heck, even we get that pleasure all the time via the paparazzi's topless photos of Kate Moss on vacations in various places.

Kate Moss Baby Bump?

But Pete Doherty is looking to make an honest woman out of his coked up model girlfriend.

The troubled rocker says he will marry Kate Moss this summer, but only on one condition. And it's a frickin' biggie, peeps.

He must first ditch the pesky heroin and cocaine addictions that have turned him into a walking train wreck.

In his newly published diary, titled The Books of Albion and excerpted in Britain's The Times, Pete Doherty, 28, recorded his thoughts on his drug problems during a stay in a detox clinic at a London hospital.

"I now surrender to the science of detoxification," he says. "... Once more in my love's loving arms. We have been close this time that passed and with the smack and needle free we shall marry in the summer and I become 1o times happier than any smackhead. Huzzah!"

In the memoirs, Doherty writes of taking up to 10 Valiums a day, spraying his apartment walls with indecipherable poetry written in his own blood while in drug-induced stupors.

Alright, now this guy makes even a knife-wielding Lindsay Lohan look tame.

But the Babyshambles frontman makes it clear he's also addicted to Moss, 33, a train wreck in her own right, whom he started dating in January 2005.

"My she is restless, endless energy, spirit, shaking her hips & shoulders to rock and roll in leather zip trousers & stripey T-shirt & one heel... what a picture," he writes.

In September of that year, Britain's Daily Mirror published pics of Moss snorting coke. Within days, she apologized and checked into rehab, but Doherty continued to have "troubles."

In October Doherty said he planned to marry Moss "soon," but by January he was arrested for drugs and back in rehab at London's Nightingale Hospital - at Moss' request.

This followed rumors that the two were married, which later proved false.

"The last few weeks together have been so loving and so much positive looking to the future," he writes of the couple known to us as PeteMoss.

"It makes me sick to my heart but I must face it. I love the girl so dearly and that's why I'm in this f---ing clinic, isn't it? Another 36 hours clean now and sticking to it this time, I fancy."

Hey, at 36 hours, he's officially topped Britney Spears' career high! Baby steps.

In the midst of promoting Shrek the Third, tapping the incomparable booty of Jessica Biel and playing sold-out shows across the globe on his wildly successful FutureSex/LoveSounds tour, Justin Timberlake took time out to talk business.

Well, his business, that is. And he's got a lot. In this revealing chat, Timberlake speaks to Entertainment Weekly for the first time about sessions with Madonna, the artists he's signed to his new label, and why he's taking time off from his own schedule.

Justin Timberlake-Jessica Biel Us Cover

EW: How about the songs you've recorded with Duran Duran for their new album?
Justin Timberlake: It's crazy to be sitting in a room with people that you admired as such a young kid, and now they're looking to you for answers and suggestions and opinions. Literally, I'm just a fan.

EW: You and Timbaland have been writing and producing songs for Madonna's next album. How's that been going?
Justin Timberlake: The records that we've done so far are really exciting. There are some dance records, there are some mid-tempo ballads, there's all types of different stuff. But I don't want to gas it too much. People might like it or people might not. I don't want to say, like, [carnival-barker voice] "It's going to change the world!" You know what I mean? But we like it.

EW: Let's talk about the record label you're starting, Tennman Records. Would you say this is something you've always wanted to do?
Justin Timberlake: It's funny. Things that are this ambitious, it's not something where you sit around and say, "Oh, I'd love to do that one day." I kind of stumbled upon it. And then when there was so much interest from the people that I admire in the business, I thought, "Well, maybe I can do this." It just feels like a good time to do it. I've run the gamut on things I can do for myself [as an artist], and it seems attractive to me now to sit in the back seat.

EW: How did you decide to sign 18-year-old Netherlands native and Internet phenom Esmée Denters as your first artist?
Justin Timberlake: Being in the business for 10 years now, you look around and some people got it and some don't. I saw her on YouTube, got wind of what was happening â€" "Hey, there's this girl in Holland who's got a phenomenal voice." The word "phenomenal" in front of "voice" doesn't come often. Usually you hear, "She's pretty good, but there's this great song," which is usually bulls---. So I turned on YouTube and I was literally blown away â€" not only by her voice, but also her ear. I love the chance to discover talent so raw. And now I can just kind of sit back and help her mold herself into a superstar.

Who knew beating off would one day pay off.

An online porn company exec is offering a load of advice to wacky Anne Heche's estranged, whack-happy husband, Coley Laffoon: Stop getting busted, jackass!

TMZ has obtained a letter to Laffoon by Vice President, Kevin Blatt, explaining how our man Coley (below, left) might better address his "hobby" in the future.

Kevin Blatt could be described as a poor man's David Hans Schmidt. Blatt is best known as the gentleman who brokered the Paris Hilton sex tape deal and other celebrity porn agreements. He's also the mind behind the upcoming reality TV show, Virgin Territory.

But now, his focus is Coleman "Coley" Laffoon, the sap who married Anne Heche and finds himself in a custody fight in which his propensity for beating the meat is oft-discussed.

Here's Kevin Blatt's letter to Coley Laffoon:

We understand where you are coming from. So you looked at a little porn? Who doesn't? Heck, if Anne Heche were the judge, ANYONE looking at porn could be considered a "porn addict with compulsive masturbation problems."

Well, we know that's not true about you. For innocent guys like yourself, THE CRIME WASN'T LOOKING - THE CRIME WAS GETTING CAUGHT!

We're prepared to offer you something to protect you privacy - A Gold Card. With it you can join a ton of sites without anyone ever finding out - the website names don't show up on your credit card statements, and the websites never have access to your personal information - so nobody will find out what you're doing.

You are completely anonymous! It's perfect for celebrities who need privacy but want to look at porn (Charlie Sheen, you listening?) is the only company that can offer privacy protection on every transaction you make.

What do you say, Coleman? Wanna look at more porn (without getting caught)??

Well, it sure looks like Britney Spears is taking control of her life.

Whether that's a good thing, though, is subject to great debate.

Bangin' Britney

She fired manager Larry Rudolph and ostracized her own mom, Lynne Spears, for quote-unquote forcing her into rehab. What overprotective bitches, indeed.

Now, Jayden James' once-hot mama is getting all on her high horse and throwing fits over something different - a photo shoot regarding her popular perfume line.

"There was a shoot last week in L.A. for a new perfume Britney's coming out with and something happened," according to a source, quoted by the New York Post, regarding the bitchy Spears.

"She got very upset and stormed out of the shoot and wouldn't come back. Britney is not listening to anyone and doing exactly what she wants. Sometimes she doesn't know best."

Uh, sometimes? A rep for Britney Spears, shockingly, didn't return e-mails.

Meanwhile, another source, who's not affiliated with Britney Spears or her label that there are "four definite hits on her next album. It's amazing."

Well, that seals the deal, then. The Britney comeback is sooooo on! Whether she actually sings or lip-synchs on the record, however, was not specified.

After two months in "serious rehab" - and four drinking-related arrests in as many states, on charges ranging from disorderly conduct to assault - Jason Wahler is ready to face his demons.

"I relate to Lindsay," a repentant Wahler tells People.

Jason Wahler and Katja Decker-Sadowski Photo

"[Lindsay Lohan] is the same age as I am. I'm only 20. And to say that I can't drink ever again, even on my 21st birthday, is hard. But I don't care, as long as I'm healthy and happy."

Those weren't always his priorities.

"Anyone who's big in Hollywood who's underage gets in [to clubs]," he says.

Really? You're kidding. No one's ever seen Hayden Panettiere (the 17-year-old tease) at a club.

Oh, wait, that happens all the time.

Armed with a fake ID that he usually wasn't even asked for, the Laguna Beach hottie regressed from occasional social drinker to someone who partied hard three or four nights a week - a situation he considered normal.

"Until I started becoming someone I'm truly not," Jason Wahler says.

His ex, Lauren Conrad, broke up with him for just this reason.

"I did try drugs, but it was never my thing. It was alcohol, for sure. It would take me about 10 drinks before that other side came out. It's like I was Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde," said Wahler, echoing the comments voiced en masse by viewers of Laguna Beach and The Hills.

A scuffle Wahler and then-girlfriend Kristin Deluca had with an L.A. tow-truck driver in September 2006 led to a conviction on misdemeanor battery charges.

After passing out in a lobby, then allegedly punching a Seattle hotel security guard in the face April 8, Wahler was charged with criminal trespassing and assault.

"I'm embarrassed as hell, but I really do not remember my arrests," Jason Wahler says. "They're blackouts. And that's scary."

We're guessing the same goes for those gun photos.

On April 12, Wahler checked into the Chapman House, a no-frills inpatient facility not far from his home in Orange County, Calif. He said that his former girlfriend (and The Hills star) Lauren Conrad, one of many he mistreated in the past, has visited him.

Wahler is now dating tennis player Katja Decker-Sadowski, a freshman at USC. He says of the rigorous regimen at Chapman House:

"It's exhausting, but after I started getting back to my senses, it was cool to get up in the morning and not be all hurting."

Imagine that. Apparently Britney Spears, who resumed drinking immediately after getting out of rehab, missed out on this message at Promises in Malibu.

The great Pauly Shore has not had a decent film or TV role in 15 years, so you can forgive him for getting a little desperate for attention.

But this recent publicity stunt - accidental as it may be - is something not even Spencer Pratt or Heidi Montag could come up with.

In the most random celebrity feud in some time, legendary horror director Wes Craven is suing Pauly Shore - his next door neighbor - for negligence.

In court papers obtained today by Us Weekly, Wes Craven alleges Shore did not maintain or repair his yard, and as a result, water from Shore's pool, spa and sprinklers seeped onto his property, causing a landslide on December 19, 2006.

Similar to the dispute between Bono and Billy Squire over fireplace smoke, Craven is asking Shore pay the cost to repair the damage and other related fees.

We imagine any pre-suit confrontation between the neighbors went much like the one between Shore and future Lord of the Rings star Sean Astin in their 1992 hit, Encino Man.

Basically, Pauly Shore's largely autobiographical character, "Weasel," was accused of caring about nothing other than smoking pot and hanging out.

If Shore really did this just to get the attention of a director, well, he succeeded. But there are better ways to get yourself back into the public eye, dog.

Try getting in the pants of Britney Spears. It's not that challenging, and on top of not getting sued after the fact, you get to tell magazines you railed a former pop icon wheelbarrow style.

That, or claim you're Dannielynn's daddy. It's not too late.

Call Tom Cruise a couch-jumping loon all you like. We sure will!

Or joke that Suri Cruise looks Asian, and may not be Tom's kid. We'll do that too.

Suri Cruise Finds Holiday Cheer

Heck, go on and rip Katie Holmes' robotic nature and Victoria Beckham haircut all you like, as well. Our celebrity gossip staffers will do so until blue in the collective face.

But there's no disputing the cuteness of the photos below, in which TomKat and its TomKitten took a trip to France for a friend's wedding. That is one happy family.

Check out these precious Suri Cruise pictures...

It was a long day for Suri Cruise, having taken her first public steps. Hey, who can blame the little tyke for being tuckered out and wanting to chill for a while in Tom Cruise's arms.

Like just about every female celebrity with a significant other, Katie Holmes is rumored to be pregnant. She says she's not, though, and that's okay with us... as long as we keep finding Suri photos like these. That will tide us over a while.
