Nashville police investigating the murder of former NFL quarterback Steve McNair now think the gun used to slay him belonged to Sahel Kazemi.

That would be the 20-year-old woman McNair was having an affair with.

McNair was found shot four times - twice in the head and twice in the body - in a fatal, mysterious incident at a Nashville condo early Saturday.

Sahel Kazemi suffered a single, fatal gunshot to the head.

Don Aaron, a Nashville police spokesman said this afternoon, "We believe the pistol recovered from the apartment was purchased by Kazemi."

Cops were told Kazemi and McNair "had been in a dating relationship," even though McNair was married to his wife Mechelle and has four kids.

The gun in question was found underneath Kazemi's body - the police think murder-suicide is a possibility, but have yet to say anything official.

While her death was the first time some people close to McNair even heard of Sahel Kazemi, she told her family she wanted to marry McNair.

Debbie Rowe has been totally out of the spotlight ever since she stood up for Michael Jackson at his child molestation trial in 2005 (a glossed-over part of the late star's past that was brought up by U.S. Rep. Peter King today).

How uncomfortable she is being back in it shows.

After first saying she would attend Jackson's memorial service Tuesday at the Staples Center in L.A., Rowe abruptly pulled out of the invite-only event.

Her attorney, Marta Almli, said, "The onslaught of media attention has made it clear her attendance would be a distraction at an event that should focus exclusively on Michael's legacy. Debbie will continue to celebrate Michael's memory privately."

Part of what changed her mind? An altercation with celebrity news photographers Sunday. Emerging from a Chinese restaurant near her house, Rowe yelled at the paparazzi: "You ready to get your butt kicked? Don't f*%king touch me."

Debbie Rowe Flips Out

GETTING INTO A ROWE: Debbie is far from pleased.

Debbie Rowe is the mother (supposedly) of his two eldest children, Prince, 12, and Paris, 11. The mother of Jackson's third child, Prince II (Blanket), 7, is unknown.

Last week, Rowe said she wants custody of the kids, though her attorney the said later that she "has not reached a final decision concerning custody proceedings."

Amid reports that she is not a biological parent of the children - nor is Jackson - Rowe told NBC that she is willing to submit to DNA testing to prove maternity.

A guardianship hearing has been postponed until July 13 at the request of attorneys for Rowe and Katherine Jackson, who remains their temporary guardian.

Over the objections of Katherine Jackson, a Los Angeles probate judge today ruled that Michael Jackson's 2002 will is valid and that, per the singer's wishes, attorney John Branca and music executive John McClain are executors of his estate.

A lawyer for Michael Jackson's mother, John Schreiber, argued to the judge that "there is concern over handing over the keys to the kingdom so quickly."

But Judge Mitchell Beckloff refused, telling Schreiber, "Someone needs to be at the helm of the ship." Jackson's estate is estimated at $500 million-plus.

Katherine Jackson had been appointed temporary executor last week, when the family still believed the star had died without a will. But Branca surfaced with a five-page will written seven years ago, establishing him and McClain as executors.

The estate will be split among the singer's mother, his three children and charities, dissing ex-wife Debbie Rowe and giving Katherine custody of his kids.

At a press conference, Branca's attorney, Howard Weitzman, said that the executors were pleased with the ruling and sent condolences to the family.

"We believe Judge Beckloff made the correct decision. We intend to carry out the wishes Michael Jackson set forth. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Jackson family this week in remembering Michael as a beloved father, son and brother."

Meanwhile, the court confirmed that another will, dated from 1997, was filed this week, also listing Branca as executor. The judge's ruling should not be affected, because Michael Jackson's last will from 2002 would trump any older one.

The Rev. Al Sharpton, a friend of the Jacksons, appeared on Good Morning America earlier today, expressing disappointment that the hearing wasn't delayed.

"I think it has been very insensitive, particularly to this family, that you would even think of scheduling a court hearing on the status of the mother the day before she has to go to the cemetery for her son," Sharpton said. "It's almost insulting."

Sure thing. Beckloff said he believed Branca and McClain would act in the best interest of the estate and be best equipped to sort through various complicated legal and financial problems, ranging from lingering IOUs and lawsuits.

The singer's private funeral and public memorial take place tomorrow.

The next hearing in the probate case is set for August 3. For more details, click to enlarge some of the key portions of Michael Jackson's will ...

Wow. We never would have imagined this happening so soon (Editor's Note: We totally would have), but Lady Gaga has gone and done it again.

And by it, we mean ditched her clothes for a magazine photo shoot.

In May, we saw Lady Gaga nude in Rolling Stone. That picture, with her covered in bubbles, jumped off the cover harder than the mag jumped the proverbial shark.

Now, the publication of choice is V Magazine, and the photo of the dance-pop diva even more revealing. Yes, the Lady Gaga naked bar has officially been raised.

When it comes to fashion, the "Poker Face" singer has her fans as well as her critics (see her Maxim pics). But when she wears nothing, the consensus is positive.

Follow the jump to see Lady Gaga in all her naked glory ...

For Anna Paquin, work entails embracing the supernatural.

And lots of boinking with real-life boyfriend Stephen Moyer.

"It's a very sexy vampire show," the star of HBO's True Blood said in an interview with AOL Television, "and yes, there's more getting it on, so to speak."

Paquin, who plays sweet clairvoyant Sookie Stackhouse on HBO's cult hit, doesn't seem fazed by - True Blood spoiler alert! - the gratuitous nudity required.

"I feel fine," Paquin says. "Although the way that people ask me about it all the time, I feel like maybe I should feel uptight about it. But I really don't."

Anna Paquin, Stephen Moyer

Of course, doing the scenes with real-life love Stephen Moyer makes it easier.

"Obviously, if you're already with that person then you're not having to sort of get over the 'Wow, I'm naked with someone I don't even know the middle name of!'" the 26-year-old Academy Award-winner (for The Piano) laughs.

"I think that regardless of what kind of scene you're doing, the better you know the person ... the more open and real your performance can be," she adds.

"And that goes for stunt scenes and heavy emotional scenes and sex scenes. OK, so I have a little bit of a leg up in that area with my on-screen [partner]."

Stephen Moyer recently incurred the wrath of Twilight fans for calling Robert Pattinson a pu$$y and the Diet Coke of vampires. Now he's going to make people jealous by virtue of the fact that he boinks Anna Paquin on screen.

Or is he? Do you think Anna Paquin is hot?

Six months ago, former Tennessee Titans quarterback Steve McNair exchanged phone numbers with Sahel Kazemi, then 19 and working at Dave & Buster's restaurant.

Saturday, the relationship ended when they were found dead in a Nashville condo. McNair's death has been ruled a homocide; Kazemi's is still being investigated.

Police continue to investigate the circumstances of the events leading up to the deaths, but according to friends of Kazemi, she was smitten and so was McNair.

Steve McNair and Sahel Kazemi were kind of an open secret, it seems.

He bought her a black Cadillac Escalade for her 20th birthday this past May. Her family met the former NFL star over a sushi dinner that same weekend.

"We met him because I don't watch football and didn't know who he was," said Farzin Abdi, Kazemi's nephew, who was in town from Jacksonville to retrieve the body.

Kazemi's family and friends pieced together a portrait of their relationship - one they were leery of because of her age - as officials confirmed Sunday that McNair was shot four times in the early morning hours of July 4.

Police say Steve McNair was murdered.

They have yet to classify the death of Sahel Kazemi, who died of one gunshot wound to the side of the head. Police found a gun beneath her body.

Before the clandestine couple was found dead of gunshot wounds early Saturday, Sahel Kazemi had told her nephew that Steve McNair "owned multiple guns."

According to The Tennessean, Kazemi had discussed visiting a shooting range with Farzin Abdi, and had mentioned that she was unhappy living alone.

They discussed the potential for Kazemi acquiring a gun permit, but according to Abdi, "She told me she didn't have to because Steve had lots of guns."

Steve, 36, married Mechelle McNair in 1997, and no accounts of the couple's separation have been reported. The McNairs have four children together.

Soheyla Kazemi, Sahel's sister, rejected theories that her sister may have orchestrated a murder-suicide, killing the former football great and herself.

"It’s not true. She loves Steve too much," Soheyla Kazemi said in an interview with the Florida Times-Union. "She said they were planning to get married."

Nashville police have solicited the help of the Department of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms to trace the origin of the gun they found at the crime scene Saturday.

Chris Brown likely scared off some girls by beating Rihanna to a pulp.

Amber Rose apparently isn't one of them.

Brown and Kanye West's ex reportedly locked lips at the July 4 White Party thrown by Sean (Diddy) Combs and Ashton Kutcher in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The embattled singer arrived at the party with singer Teyana Taylor, his Rihanna look-alike pal, but is said to have hooked up quickly with Amber Rose.

"Diddy announced the deejay would do a tribute to Michael Jackson," said a guest to the New York Daily News. "Chris Brown did an amazing impression of Michael Jackson's moonwalk. It wasn't long after that before he was dancing with Amber."

Later, the pair nestled on a couch in the back yard.

"They were holding hands and making out in the shadows," said a witness. "[Amber Rose] had her hand on his leg." Wow, get a room, you two!

Teyana Taylor is said to have been irked by the amount of time Brown spent with Rose, but still accompanied him to an after-party at the club Guys.

There, Brown again got upclose and personal with Rose again, kissing her on the dance floor in front of Teyana. But he and Amber left separately.

Some wondered whether Chris Brown's blatant display with Amber Rose was a defiant message both to Rihanna and Kanye West. Rihanna dumped Brown, who last month pleaded guilty to assaulting her at what was to be his preliminary hearing.

West, who has said he was "devastated" by Brown's attack on a woman who was like "my little sister," has run hot and cold on Rose lately. Although he reportedly broke up with her last month, they were back together at the BET Awards.

U.S. Representative Peter King (R-N.Y.) says Michael Jackson was a “pervert” and is calling on society to stop “glorifying” the late entertainer.

King believes the singer - whom he called a “low-life” - is being unfairly glorified in the days after Jackson's death on June 25 at the age of 50.

Meanwhile, according to this member of Congress, our pathetic society is "ignoring the efforts" of teachers, police officers, firefighters and veterans.

King claims the “day in and day out” coverage of Jackson’s death is “too politically correct” and calls on America to “knock out the psychobabble.”

“He was a pervert, a child molester; he was a pedophile. To be giving this much coverage to him, day in and day out, what does it say about us as a country?"

While King does raise a somewhat valid point of Michael's troubled last 10-15 years rarely being mentioned in the wake of his death, what more is there to say?

Everyone knows Michael had issues in his past, and no one is denying them. Should we refrain from honoring the legacy of a legend simply for that reason?

His remarks are also flawed for two reasons:

  1. The media covering Michael Jackson isn't related to coverage of our men and women in uniform, who were honored nationally this past weekend. Morons capitalizing on their sacrifice for a good sound bite are also a problem.
  2. Michael Jackson was unquestionably a strange, disturbed individual with myriad personal problems, but was not actually convicted of any charges, nor was he determined to be a pedophile by psychologists in his 2005 trial.

Check out the video below and see what you think ...

Are Peter King's comments on Michael out of line?
