During a recent tour stop in Zurich, Switzerland, Justin Timberlake busted out a cover of the Amy Winehouse hit, "Rehab," which is a cool track.

But what makes this noteworthy is that instead of the original lyrics - "They tried to make me go to rehab, and I said no, no no" - Justin threw his own variation in and sang "They tried to make her go to rehab, and she said no, no, no!"

Hmm. Wonder who he's talking about. Britney Spears, maybe? Just a guess. One that you don't need to own a celebrity gossip site to come up with.

Not unfunny. As if it weren't obvious enough, later in the show, Justin Timberlake pulled a similar stunt with a cover of Gnarls Barkley's "Crazy."

Unlike Akon, he didn't throw anyone off the stage - but Justin struck a chord with more slightly altered, possibly Britney Spears-bashing lyrics.

Once again, he changed the words from first person to "I think she's crazy... I think she's crazy..." and "I remember when... I remember when she lost her mind."

So do we. It was February. Enraged and bald, Britney went all "crazy" and attacked paparazzi with an umbrella, while stopping at a convenience store on her way to rehab for the third or fourth time. It was awesome.

Okay, ladies, you've made your point. When we announced our girl-on-girl action all-star squad last month, you got slighted. We admit it, we were wrong.

In an effort to prove their worth in this department, Liv Tyler and Kate Bosworth made quite the scene at a cafe in Manhattan's West Village - that's a full-on lip lock!

Liv was lunching with "Smother" co-star Dax Shepard, and Kate was eating food (for at least the second time in three weeks) with her pal, supermodel Helena Christensen. But when Liv and Kate bumped into each other, well, they couldn't keep their hot mitts off each other.

We wonder how Liv's husband, Royston Langdon, or Kate's boyfriend, James Rousseau, feel about this picture? Probably pretty turned on.

On an unrelated note, another famous Konvict, Akon, has agreed to cooperate with law enforcement (for a change) in the investigation of his recent fan-tossing incident, but believes he didn't commit any crimes, his lawyer said Thursday.

"Given the information that we have reviewed to date, it does not appear to us that Akon was involved in any criminal conduct whatsoever," his lawyer, Benjamin Brafman, said in a statement.

"We are prepared to fully cooperate with any law enforcement agency that may be investigating this incident. We are confident that after a thorough investigation it will be apparent that no criminal prosecution of Akon is warranted."

Police say the "Smack That" singer may face questioning after launching a member of the audience from the stage into the crowd during a concert last weekend in New York State.

The event was caught on video and posted online... making Akon's denial of any wrongdoing seem a tad ridiculous. But that's just the opinion of The Hollywood Gossip.

Police, meanwhile, say they have identified the concert-goer as a 15-year-old boy whose name is being withheld, the Poughkeepsie Journal reports.

Detective Lt. John Berlingieri told the paper the boy's mother gave police his name. So far, no charges have been filed against the man who likes to possibly bend people over.

Man, what is it with this dude Akon and 15-year-olds? Last month, he took heat for simulating sex acts with Danah Alleyne, 15, on stage in Trinidad. Gotta love it.

Akon, 25, has been in jail for a total of five years over the course of his young life for armed robbery and drug trafficking. He says that his time incarcerated made him what he is today.

That being a disturbed individual with strange sexual and rage issues that throws innocent fans off a stage as punishment for playing frisbee at his concert.

Her friend, Paris Hilton, is scared in jail, where she was banished following a DUI bust and then driving with a suspended license.

Nicole Richie is scared of the same fate.

"I'm just keeping my fingers crossed," she told David Letterman on The Late Show Wednesday.

"Of course, I'm scared also, but, you know, I'm willing to face whatever consequences come my way, and I take responsibility for what I've done."

The star of The Simple Life, 25, pleaded not guilty in February to driving under the influence on December 11.

Officers had stopped her after she was spotted driving the wrong way on an L.A. freeway, and police said she'd admitted to smoking marijuana and taking Vicodin.

Because of a prior DUI conviction in June 2003, by California law, Richie faces mandatory jail time (90 days to one year) if convicted of a second DUI within 10 years.

Letterman asked Nicole Richie when she would eat learn her fate.

"Probably the end of this month," she said.

"I hope you don't have to go to jail," Dave added helpfully.

Richie co-stars in The Simple Life with Hilton, who's doing time at the Century Regional Detention Facility in L.A. for violating her probation by driving with a suspended license.

Paris Hilton had been on probation after pleading no contest to reckless driving in a September, 2006 drunken driving case.

Richie told Ryan Seacrest on his radio show last month that she thought the way Hilton was treated by the court was "unfair" and said, "I can only hope that that doesn't happen to me, but I don't think that there's anything that I personally can do about that. The only thing that I can do is show up and fight my case."

Glamour (which somehow named Victoria Beckham Woman of the Year - WTF - sat down with Katherine Heigl to talk about her rise to the top of the Hollywood heap.

Glamour: You've had a pretty crazy year at Grey's Anatomy. What prompted you to chastise Isaiah Washington?

Katherine Heigl: At the time, I was a girl whose best friend had been hurt. I was mad. I'd had a glass or two of champagne, and an interviewer asked me about it. I knew I wasn't playing the political game. The network wants us to promote a healthy, happy environment, and I'm usually all for that. But that particular incident infuriated me, and I couldn't hold my tongue. I think it's pathetic there's still so much bigotry in 2007. I would speak out again if the situation arose.

Glamour: How did people react to your statement?

Katherine Heigl: There was so much encouragement and gratitude. The man who designed my engagement ring, Ryan, and his partner, Ken, wrote me a letter thanking me for standing up for them.

When I read that letter, I realized the issue was larger than what happened to T.R. Knight, and I started to understand how very alone so many people have felt.

Glamour: Now you're starring in Knocked Up with Paul Rudd and Seth Rogen. You play a woman who gets pregnant after a one-night stand. What was it like to work with them?

Katherine Heigl: It was the best experience. I had to be on my toes, some of the scenes were improvised and the stuff they came up with was so outrageous. In one scene, I got into a fight with [Seth Rogen] about the way my body was changing. He said, "Don't worry, we'll pay for vaginal reconstruction." That's what came out of his mouth, unscripted!

Glamour: Was it weird to feel pregnant?

Katherine Heigl: No, the prosthetic belly felt so fake. Plus, my character was super-in-shape, so I had to lose 10 pounds for the role. When I do get pregnant, I'm sure I'll be the chick who looks pregnant from her ankles up!

Glamour: Was it hard to lose weight for a role?

Katherine Heigl: It was awful! I remember once reading an article about Jessica Alba - who must be the most beautiful, most in-shape person alive - and how committed she was to her regimen. And I thought, There's no way in hell that will ever be me. I can't eat only fish and vegetables or work out seven days a week. Then suddenly I was that person and I was shocked. But I could never maintain it. I like food too much!

Glamour: How do you ignore all the messages in Hollywood to stay rail-thin?

Katherine Heigl: When I see some of the people glorified in magazines these daysâ€"who are so thin it's bordering on sickness â€" I just feel exhausted. I would hate to think that young girls in high schools across America think that's what they're supposed to look like.

Glamour: Who do you think has a healthy-looking body?

Katherine Heigl: Jennifer Aniston and Halle Berry are in amazing shape. They look phenomenal but don't look sick. Then there's Kate Winslet: So confident, beautiful, talented, sexy. She owns it. I read an interview she gave about how the industry wanted her to lose weight; she basically gave them the finger and said no.

For reasons unknown to our celebrity gossip staff, Victoria Beckham took home Woman of the Year crown at the Glamour Magazine awards last night.

The fact that there are Glamour Magazine awards, and that we are writing about them for a living, is almost funnier than Victoria Beckham winning one. Almost.

In taking home the hardware, she was dressed like a total harlot - a posh-tit-ute, if you will (and we will) - in what appears to be a tuxedo-auto racing chic outfit. So damn hot!

Alhough for former Spice Girl and future reality TV star was touted by the editor as "a role model" and "indicative of the modern woman," as far as our staff can see it, Victoria Beckham's only notable recent accomplishments appear to be:

• Pouting like a stuck-up beeyotch
• Shopping with Katie Holmes
• Walking around like a robot
• Possessing enormous boobs

The ceremony was somewhat redeemed by also giving awards to Angelina Jolie, Beyoncé and Helen Mirren - though none of them showed up to receive their awards. Maybe that explains Posh winning... someone's gotta accept, right?

Looks like everything about Heidi Montag is fake!

It's not altogether shocking, as recent cutesy pictures of the two of them hardly look natural, but a new report verifies that the pics of Montag and her "fiance" Spencer Pratt - as well as their engagement - are contrived.

Moreover, the couple is profiting handsomely. Which is ironic, in a way, as it's the only thing handsome about them. That Spencer Pratt is one ugly son of a ...

Anyway. In a case of one celebrity gossip source spying on another, audio and video evidence has surfaced of the "set up" The Hills couple is doing to make themselves household names.

"They won't be walking down the aisle," says an insider. "But they will go through the motions of planning a wedding, then have a big break-up that will get lots of press. All caught on camera by photographers, of course."

Wow. And we thought Heidi ditching Lauren Conrad as a friend, then clinging back on to her when the cameras started to roll again was shameless.

Season 3 is still being filmed, but the drama has already begun.

Yes, fans. The Hills are very much alive ...

... with the sound of cat fights.

Insiders claim that the publicity-crazed Heidi Montag is so eager for more face time on the hit MTV reality TV series that she's been crashing scenes with former BFF, Lauren Conrad.

"Heidi's been showing up at shoots uninvited," a source tells Us Weekly.

That news is about as surprising as Britney Spears wearing awful outfits.

Heidi knows her best chance for airtime next season [which premieres in August] is to be in sequences with Lauren Conrad."

The drama came to a head May 30 after Heidi Montag, 20 - who recently got engaged to Spencer Pratt, 23 - clashed with Conrad, 21, at an L.A. nightclub.

"Lauren was screaming, 'You're pathetic!'" says a witness at Les Deux, where the fracas went down.

"Lauren was using her hands wildly, saying she didn't want to deal with Heidi."

But Montag's rep (who may or may not be Spencer Pratt), told Us Weekly that the actress and her new boob job weren't chasing drama or screen time.

"Heidi's recording her album. She doesn't have time to chase Lauren."

Yes, Heidi Montag is recording an album. We're guessing it will be a huge seller... up there in quality with the newest Lindsay Lohan compilations. If that.

This time, he did more than smack that.

He frickin' threw that. Clear off the stage.

Alleged musician Akon may face police questioning after he chucked a fan from the stage into the crowd during a concert... an incident he can't really deny, since it's documented on video. See below.

Detective Lt. John Berlingieri of the Fishkill, N.Y., Police said officers were looking for the young man at the Sunday concert who was plucked from the audience by a security guard, directed up to the stage, then literally thrown back into the crowd by Akon, the Poughkeepsie Journal reports.

"We're trying to identify that kid, just to find out whether or not we have any kind of criminal offense," Berlingieri told the paper.

"We are looking to speak to him. No victim. No crime."

The fan-tossing took place at WSPK (104.7 FM)'s annual KFEST concert after someone in the crowd threw an object past Akon. A video showing the man being hurled from the stage has widely circulated on the Internet.

Reps for the collaborator of Gwen Stefani and Snoop Dogg, among others, couldn't be immediately be reached for comment.

This was the latest controversy involving the oft-troubled singer, whose Konvicted album has sold more than 1 million copies.

He lost his concert sponsor, Verizon, after another video hit the Internet showing Akon simulating sex acts with a 14-year-old girl in Trinidad at a concert of his.

There's another side to this jailbait tale, of course.

The girl, later identified as Danah Alleyne, was discovered on MySpace, and found to have lied about her age to get into the show... and by the looks of some of the racy photos of the incident, appeared to enjoy the special Akon "treatment."

Faizon Love, the affable star of several movies, including Friday, Elf, and Blue Crush (with Kate Bosworth), is being sued by a woman who claims he "barbarically assaulted and battered her" after the she allegedly rejected his sexual advances.

She also claims that Faizon Love (no relation to Scrubs star Donald Faison) tossed her Gucci purse out of a second story window. Which is hilarious as well as maybe illegal.

In a lawsuit filed today in L.A. County Superior Court, a stage manager named Beatrice Eliza claims that Faizon Love (below, left) sexually groped her after picking up the actor from Burbank Airport in March.

Eliza claims "he did not stop until she threatened to kick him out of the car." According to the suit, that's when the attacks turned violent.

Eliza claims that days after the rejection, Faizon Love, who reminds us of a more jovial Suge Knight, attacked on the set of the production "Irresponsible Behavior" (how ironic) which resulted in threats, chair-tossing, damaged handbags.

Meanwhile, TMZ reports that actor Shemar Moore (above, right) was arrested early Friday morning, channeling his inner Nicole Richie.

In other words, he was busted for suspicion of DUI in Los Angeles.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the former Young and the Restless star was pulled over after officers noticed the actor speeding near Santa Monica Blvd. at 1:30 AM.

After he was stopped, cops reported that Shemar Moore "displayed signs of alcohol impairment and a DUI investigation was conducted."

Shemar Moore was then arrested and transported to a nearby station, where he took a breath test and was later booked.

Moore, who currently stars in Criminal Minds, was released a few hours later on $5,000 bail. Calls to Moore's rep were not returned.

Lastly, Tom Sizemore appeared at a L.A. courtroom this morning, expecting the judge to recall a warrant for his arrest. But it didn't go as planned.

The actor was unexpectedly handcuffed by the bailiff and taken into custody before the judge even arrived for the probation violation hearing stemming from his 236th drug arrest.

Moments later, Tom Sizemore's attorney filed a motion to transfer courtrooms, claiming that Sizemore would not get a fair trial with the current judge.

The judge obliged, and granted the motion - keeping Tom in custody. Sizemore will stay behind bars until a new judge assigned to the case decides when the hearing will begin.
