We won't know her name and she won't get her 15 minutes of fame, but Jesse James' alleged fourth mistress apparently got a nice payday out of the affair.

That or she's just maintaining her dignity and laying low out of respect for Sandra Bullock ... we basically just wrote that to see if you are paying attention.

Jesse and His Kat

James' supposed fourth mistress came forward last week, in a manner of speaking, repped by celeb legal vulture Gloria Allred, who always seems invoived.

Allred announced she was representing a "beautiful model and businesswoman" who claims to have carried on a three-year relationship with Jesse James.

According to Gloria, their affair ended only after the Michelle "Bombshell" McGee story hit the news and James' multitude of mistresses became exposed.

Jesse James during a brief break from cheating on Sandra Bullock.

The mystery babe, who supposedly had hundreds of texts, emails and photos to back up her story, was deciding whether or not to cash in at Sandra Bullock's expense.

She will not... come forward, that is. Cashing in could be on the table: "I can confirm that she has decided not to tell her story," Allred said. "I have no other comment."

As we learned with Rachel Uchitel, whose affair with Tiger Woods blew the lid off the sex scandal of the century, that's Gloria's way of saying she accepted a fat check.

Uchitel clammed up as soon as Allred started representing her, allegedly securing a seven-figure settlement from Woods to keep her mouth shut. Nicely done, Gloria.

It's unlikely any of Jesse James' women would command that kind of moolah, but Melissa Smith was seen buying a pregnancy test yesterday. We're just saying ...

Lost spoiler alert: Actress Yunjin got married in Hawaii yesterday to her boyfriend and manager, Jeong Hyeok Park. The two have known each other since 2002.

"Yes, it's true. She did get married this weekend," her rep said.

The timing is interesting, given what's happening with Lost right now: "She always said she wanted to get married when Lost ended," a source close to Lost said, adding that Yunjin was shooting some of her final scenes ever for the series.

Make of that what you will, oh readers of Lost spoilers.

Yunjin Kim is a married woman! Congratulations!

Adam Lambert is scheduled to perform at the 21st Annual GLAAD Media Awards, to be held in Los Angeles on April 17. The Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation has tapped the American Idol runner-up for one of its biggest annual events.

Aside from Adam Lambert, many big names will also be on hand.

At the ceremony, Wanda Sykes will be presented the Stephen F. Kolzak Award, given to an openly lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender professional who has made a significant difference in promoting equal rights for the LGBT community.

Classic Lambert

Drew Barrymore will be honored with the Vanguard Award, after portraying the lesbian daughter of a widower (Robert De Niro) in the 2009 film Everybody’s Fine and joining public protests when the California Supreme Court upheld Proposition 8.

Other guests and presenters scheduled to attend include the Glee cast, Tom Ford (A Single Man), Eric Dane (Grey's Anatomy), Jason Lewis (Brothers & Sisters), and Sofia Vergara (Modern Family), plus Chaz Bono, and Benjamin Bratt (La Mission).

Also appearing will be Clementine Ford (The L Word) and from the reality TV universe, the incredible Countess LuAnn de Lesseps (Real Housewives of New York City).

Sounds like an entertaining, attractive roster.

Dancing with the Stars kicked off its second week Monday night by shuffling the order and injecting the Foxtrot and Jive into the mix for the 11 pairings.

Like last week, Nicole Scherzinger and Derek Hough led the pack, and are (right now) the odds-on favorites to win this thing barring one of two scenarios:

  1. Fans become accustomed to her terrific performances as the norm and consider her so much of a lock, they just don't vote (see Sabrina Bryan).
  2. She has a train wreck performance like Kate Gosselin's last night.

The first scenario is more likely, and you can't count out a number of other strong competitors, of course. But the name to beat thus far is definitely Nicole.

Here's a tiered breakdown of last night's Dancing with the Stars scores, along with the dance they performed and their combined two-week totals ...

  • Erin Andrews, Maksim Chmerkovskiy Photo
  • Damian and Pam

The judges were kind to Nicole, Erin, Pam and their respective partners.

Early favorites

Nicole Scherzinger & Derek Hough (Jive) - 53 (25, 28).

The competition

Evan Lysacek & Anna Trebunskaya (Jive) - 47 (23, 24).

Erin Andrews & Maksim Chmerkovskiy (Foxtrot) - 44 (21, 23).

Pamela Anderson & Damien Whitewood (Foxtrot) - 43 (21, 22).

Hanging around

Jake Pavelka & Chelsie Hightower (Jive) - 40 (20, 20).

Niecy Nash & Louis Van Amstel (Foxtrot) - 39 (18, 21).

Shannen Doherty & Mark Ballas (Jive) - 38 (18, 20).

Chad Ochocinco & Cheryl Burke (Foxtrot) - 34 (18, 16).

Hoping for a fan bailout

Kate Gosselin & Tony Dovolani (Jive) - 31 (16, 15).

Buzz Aldrin & Ashly Costa (Foxtrot) - 26 (14, 12).

Likely not going to get it

Aiden Turner & Edyta Sliwinska (Foxtrot) - 32 (15, 19).

Yeah, it doesn't look good for Aiden Turner. Kate Gosselin can at least count on voter support despite her terribleness, and Buzz Aldrin ... is Buzz Aldrin. You don't vote an astronaut off. Aiden lacks skills and a devoted fan base. Gone tonight.

Blake Lively vs. Beyonce. Gossip Girl vs. Sasha Fierce. It's a fashion face-off for the ages ... or at least a Tuesday morning in March. But a hot morning now!

The Gossip Girl cast member got a leg up a lacey Dolce & Gabbana dress at a recent premiere, while Beyonce took the same one to the stage just last week.

Nope, she's not pregnant. Beyonce, that is. Neither is Blake, but she wasn't the subject of such rumors for the past week and a half. Nope, no baby bump.

Anyway, who looked more fantastic in the frock? Vote below!

This dress is totally hotter on ...

Crystal Bowersox is a front-runner on American Idol this season.

But behind her soulful singing lies a difficult childhood dealing with diabetes, divorce and a father behind bars. Following her diabetes diagnosis at the age of six, things worsened still for the Ohio native when her parents got a divorce.

Not only did Crystal Bowersox witness a brawl between her mother and new stepmom, but a fight between her dad and 15-year-old stepbrother over the youngster’s school record and attitude landed her dad in jail on domestic violence charges.

Crystal

Are we looking at the next American Idol right here?

“Her dad’s predicament was especially rough on Crystal; she was always Daddy’s little girl,” her step-grandfather, Wally Kline, told Star of Bowersox's tough beginning.

That's very sad, but we're just glad she's come out of it fine, and was able to channel such difficulties into music that's captivating us week after week on American Idol.

We expect more of the same this evening!

Sarah Palin’s nemesis, nude model and her daughter's former fake fiance Levi Johnston does not hold back when it comes to Alaska's most famous family.

Recently, he weighed in on the former Vice Presidential candidate’s new reality show, saying it's going to flop ... compared to his own unnamed TV plans.

"Good for her but mine (show) is gonna beat it," Johnston said at Perez Hilton's birthday bash at LA's Paramount lot. What is "his" show exactly? Unclear.

And unimportant, for the most part, since as long as Sarah Palin does anything, and someone asks Levi Johnston for comment, we will get funny clips ...

I'MMA SMACK YOU: That's what Sarah Palin's thinking now, anyway ...

Sarah Palin's Alaska is about to make her the newest star of Discovery's TLC network, joining the ranks of Jon Gosselin, Kat Von D, the Duggars, etc.

The "travelogue" about our 49th state is being executive produced by the former Alaska Governor herself along with reality TV kingpin Mark Burnett.

Whatever. Now if someone got Levi Johnston and Sarah Palin in the ring for some celebrity boxing on pay per view, that would be worth tuning in for.

Same goes for a Sarah Palin-Elisabeth Hasselbeck throwdown. For the time being, we'll have to live with clips like this of Levi sort of taunting her ...

Having been conspicuously absent from celebrity gossip blogs and keeping a relatively low profile on Twitter for weeks, Tila Tequila finally turned up Sunday ...

... on The Cleveland Show.

We've got nothing, except to note that Charlie Sheen also made an appearance on Fox that night (with classic Family Guy quotes) and these quick points:

  • The quiet has really been rather nice lately
  • She looks hotter here than in real life ...

Ricky Martin, who has dodged questions of his sexuality for years now, officially revealed that he is a gay man in a statement on his website earlier today.

The Puerto Rican singer,, who is planning to write a memoir about his life, says the birth of his twin sons (via surrogate) led to his decision to come out.

Ricky's kids were born in August 2008, and similar to Clay Aiken, he says he did not want to live a lie while raising a child ... in Ricky's case two of them.

His coming out statement is well-written and at times poignant. You have to respect the honesty and emotion behind it, along with Martin's reasoning ...

"A few months ago I decided to write my memoirs, a project I knew was going to bring me closer to an amazing turning point in my life.

From the moment I wrote the first phrase I was sure the book was the tool that was going to help me free myself from things I was carrying within me for a long time. Things that were too heavy for me to keep inside.

Writing this account of my life, I got very close to my truth.

And this is something worth celebrating.

Holy freaking hotness. That's all we can say about the rumor that Erin Andrews and Maksim Chmerkovskiy, partners on the new season of Dancing with the Stars, are partnering off the dance floor as well. Maks even said it might be on!

Chmerkovskiy says that he and the ESPN sportscaster are "maybe" dating. That's a lot closer to dating than "no," right? He also lavished praise upon his partner.

"She doesn't hold back. She's open, and what you see is what there is," Chmerkovskiy told People magazine. "Everybody who meets her falls in love with her."

Himself included? Sounds like it!

Erin Andrews and Maksim Chmerkovskiy work it.

Chmerkovskiy, who was engaged to fellow Dancing with the Stars cast member Karina Smirnoff for a time, credited himself for pushing Andrews during their first dance together last Monday, which ranked among the season premiere's best.

"I made her do a cha-cha that I would make a professional dancer do," he said, and it paid off, as Erin Andrews isn't shy about gushing about him either.

"When Kentucky was upset, [Maks] texted me about it," the ESPN reporter said of having to miss some of the NCAA tournament for DWTS rehearsal. "Maks was like, 'You are the only person I know that cares about this.' He's been adorable."

Who are you rooting for on Dancing with the Stars? Erin and Maks? We can understand that, but there are other good candidates too. Vote below ...
