Ever since Josh Duggar left rehab after six months of treatment for sex addiction, rumors that his marriage to Anna Duggar is soon to come to an end have seemed to surface about once a week.
This time around, however, several sources close to the family have insisted that Anna is serious about leaving Josh.
They say she’s been dissuaded in the past, but this time she finally feels as though she has no choice but to get as far away as she can from her child-molesting, philandering husband.
Of course, she’s surrounded by folks who believe that divorce is on par with any of Josh’s horrific actions.
So while any other woman on the planet would have people lining up to help her pack, Anna’s inner circle is reportedly still persuading her to give Josh a 37,000th chance.
In fact, over the weekend, Anna’s sister, Priscilla, and her brother-in-law David took Josh and Anna on a double date to celebrate … not getting divorced?
We’re not really sure, but it seems that for now, Josh and Anna are at least keeping up appearances.
"Thank you, Josh & Anna, for a wonderful weekend together topped off with a fun #doubledate this evening! You’ll are doing great!” Priscilla captioned the above photo.
We can’t help but feel that one was posted primarily to clear the air.
After all, when we post photos of our friends and family, we usually don’t feel the need to publicly assure then they’re "doing great."
Of course, this isn’t the first time that Josh and Anna have been spotted appearing to enjoy one another’s company in recent weeks.
Jinger Duggar married Jeremy Vuolo on Saturday, and Josh and Anna were not only in attendance, they appeared to actually be having fun.
"Josh and Anna seemed happy,” a source told Us Weekly.
“He had his arm around her. They were talking and smiling.”
But many have suggested that Anna is just fulfilling her media obligations as a member of the Duggar family until news of her divorce goes public.
The Ashley’s Reality Roundup points out that a new report from Life & Style claims Anna is being influenced by a "new group of friends," who are doing everything they can to convince her to leave Josh.
"They were horrified that she’d been persuaded to talk on-camera about Josh, and then wheeled out with the children, looking like everything was fine,” the magazine’s source stated.
“Hearing those outside views changed Anna incredibly… [she] agrees and feels angry that Josh has treated her so appallingly for so long.”
"Appalling" doesn’t even begin to surprise Josh’s behavior.
Here’s hoping Anna heeds the advice of her new confidants.
We’d love to see her starring in her own TLC spinoff about starting over as a single mom.
